But frankly I did not feel very secure that someone has a picture of my driver's license,, maybe I should have hesitated forking over my driver's license. So don't know if this is even legal. From the start, I felt uncomfortable because I was pressured into replacing the battery as well, even though my battery was working fine and did not need to be replaced. After being told they were going to give me another battery, I was then informed that I would have to pay a very high price for the replacement, which I never agreed to in the first place. After that, communication nearly stopped. I didn't hear from them for almost two weeks. When I finally called back -- because the delay was beginning to hurt my business -- it felt like I was being avoided. Eventually, I learned the real reason for the delay: my phone had been burned beyond repair because it was left on a warming pad while they were attempting to remove the battery -- the very battery I never authorized them to replace. At that point, I had no choice but to escalate the situation. I contacted corporate H-E-B, where this business rents space, to get them involved. Only then did things move forward. TECHY refunded my money due to the damage they caused and provided me with another phone -- but it turned out to be a government phone that required a TracFone monthly plan, which I never agreed to. This entire situation caused unnecessary stress, loss of time, and disruption to my business. Please be very cautious if you consider coming here. This is why I am giving TECHY one star.

Two weeks later he informs I need to talk to ATT Customer Loyalty bc they won't talk to him. ATT tells me my old phone is "shredded" and no way to get back. Call manager back, he says he will talk to his region manager. I ask him to call me back, to which he agrees. Another two weeks later, I go to store and he tells me there is nothing he can do and nothing his authorized retail store or leadership will do. So, don't trust anything you are told by the employees here and know that the store does not care about customers when their employees mess up. I was lucky enough to he helped by Ramazan, who told me he'd do his best to recover my Hard Drive for $80 (a brand new hard drive was only $40 more). My laptop is my life, and I was very nervous about a self inflicted fatal error. Thankfully Ramazan was able to recover my hard drive and got me my laptop back good as new in about 5 hours!! I've heard about these Alice mushroom supplements. Was excited to see that Target carried them. My…read morelocal Target didn't carry them, even though the employee said they have them. We didn't even see a price tag/ label for them on the shelves. I do work near this Target in Bee Cave, and saw they carried them in store. Maybe I'll have better luck at this location. Came to check them out. Finally found them. But they only had the enzyme dietary supplement. Which I'm just happy to see that they actually had them. But what I really wanted was their night time one. Sadly, they did not. And I checked to see if there was a place for them on their shelves. And I didn't see a place for them. Also on the Target website they show they are $13.99 but the store shows them $19.99 on sale for $18.99. So there's a whole mess up with these. They don't have the different ones, even though it shows they do. And the price is different. I'd much rather buy them from Target to try them out. Rather than the Alice website, as they want you to be a subscriber or you have to buy a 2 pack. If it doesn't work for me, why would I buy 2 at $59.00 plus shipping cost? Other than that. The store was quiet and clean. I'll keep checking back every so often.
