Well...here I found myself when the 18 was released to purchase the 18 Pro Max. The 15 is like new and I did upgrade the iOS to 26 but it's just not keeping a charge quite as much as I'd like it to. Plus as a freelance music journalist/photographer, I like having a phone with a good camera. It comes in handy when shooting shows (I often switch from my professional camera to my phone to grab candids of musicians). The 18 camera is impeccable. I like coming to this store for any phone related needs. Just like all locations they are busy but if you don't have an appointment, they still get to you rather quickly. I've found service here to be patient, welcoming, and friendly.

This was quite literally some of the laziest customer service I've ever experienced, and at Apple,…read morenonetheless. There were more than enough employees around to prevent a line from building to 20+ people, especially when several customers were simply there to pick up devices. Instead, there was one person managing the door with an incredibly lackadaisical attitude, spending 15+ minutes with individual guests while the line continued to grow, with seemingly no urgency or thought to ask another employee for assistance. Separately, I'm confused by the repair process. In the past, I've been able to leave my phone overnight for a repair. This time, I was allowed to book a 5:30 PM repair appointment, only to be told they wouldn't be able to complete the repair that evening. If there isn't enough time to perform the repair, I'm not sure why that appointment slot is offered in the first place. As a result, I had to make another trip back the following morning. I will say that the employee who helped me yesterday was incredibly kind and competent, and I appreciated her help. Unfortunately, my experience returning today was the complete opposite. The lack of urgency, organization, and basic customer service was honestly shocking for Apple. At this point, please recruit people from P. Terry's or Chick-fil-A who actually understand customer service, efficiency, and how to function in a fast-paced environment. There's no reason a store with this many employees should operate this slowly.

They definitely saw me walk in and not a single person acknowledged me. After what seemed like forever (must've been close to 10 mins) I finally spoke up and said "I guess you guys don't want my business." Then someone finally nonchalantly said " Someone will be with you soon." That's something you say when I walk in the door if you're busy, but not after I've been there waiting for awhile. I can't imagine this store being in business much longer. Awful customer service and I was ready to drop a lot of money in there.

He made sure her phone was backed up, helped her transfer her data, even tried to recover a password for her. When she didn't know the answer to a question, they called me in Colorado. Joe's customer service and people skills are exceptional. She's had a complete opposite experience with another employee at that store and been given the full 'you're old and not worth my time' experience. It was an employee named YUHEI. He was dismissive, rude and made her feel very bad. He didn't see any commission so he wasn't going to 'waste' his time.

Their online portal for doing this wanted my info, and it would not accept the request because my phone number(I have had for 20 years) was invalid. I called their so called bereavement line and they tried to do the same thing, but could not make it work. She told me to take an original death certificate to an "Authorized Company Store" so it could be scanned in. The closest one is 40 miles away. I get there and they try to do the same thing! Then they realize I am not a Verizon customer, that is why the system does not see my number. HOW STUPID!!! After that, they did not scan in the death certificate because there was "outstanding equipment." Why didn't the call service rep tell me this? I had explained that my brother was totally digital with his bills, and he left no passwords for me to access his computer. It is bad enough dealing with an unexpected death, but to be given the runaround like this is unacceptable.
