This place has been getting better in the last year, the food is really tasty, and they are quick to get it out to you. We tend to get the 2 for $28 meals which include an appetizer, and the onion rings and chicken wings are our favorites. My kids usually get the pasta meals which always end up very tasty, and we have gotten the burgers and chicken sandwiches, which are also very flavorful. My mom really loves the riblets and gets mashed potatoes instead of fries. The waiters always seem very nice and are quick to get the food out and refill drinks. Every time we have gone that hasn't been a direct dinner time, there has been room for us to sit down right away. We try to avoid going there between 5 and 6 PM just because it seems to be the busiest with the longest wait times, but times before or after this seem to be fine. A lot of chain restaurants get a bed rep for essentially being a chain. You're not going to find careful family meals, so that's not how I look at them when I'm rating them. Every time we come to this location (and the location is important as the individuals really make or break things!) we have a great experience. We are constantly seated right away, have the friendliest wait staff, and get our food quickly. We usually come for happy hour and order a load of apps for the table, and the price is unbeatable. We order 3 apps for the two of us and spend just over $30 with tip. Paying is easy with the devices on the table, and it even accepts gift cards right there. I consider myself lucky that this is the closest location to us, because as prices skyrocket, Applebees becomes a staple and it's great to know there's an attentive, quick, and friendly location nearby. read more

The staff were friendly, efficient, and our waitress checked on us periodically refilling our water and such. BE AWARE GLASS IN KIDS FOOD I was there Friday may 15th 2025 and my brother found glass inside of his KIDS yogurt. He is a 6 year old. It is unexceptionable to have it in any food dish, but to know an item is for a child off the kids menu to come to your table and have to find out that a childs food has glass inside it is despicable for a major food chain. Not only is this a kitchen management problem it runs as deep as a front/back of house quality assurance problem. I have been a manager before there is no reason for there to be any glass inside of a child's food. This is unacceptable. I've come for the vodka lemonades before - which were terrible due to the lemonade they used, but since long islands seemed more "safe" I was willing to give another go. Monday night stop in before the dinner rush. Greeted right away by a smiling host which seated us nicely in a booth. I like the colorful handing pendants within the space. Was a little chilly inside the restaurant for me so while my hubby ordered a beer I asked for a hot coffee. The waitress is very professional and efficient. No name tag but I later learn it was Lisa L from our receipt when you Kindly helped us check out with the machine on the table. She kept my coffee full, she brought out our food while it was hot, very attentive but not annoying at all. It was the perfect service expectation. She kept my coffee cup full with hot fresh coffee which was appreciated as well. The waitress was probably one of the best waitresses we have had anywhere besides our normal drop in who know us well. A+++ service. My hubby ordered the whisky burger and I the new sweet and spicy chicken sandwich. The new sandwich was messy and sticky by the time I was eating I needed a wet nap but used the napkin on the table dipped it in my ice cold water glass I didn't drink from and cleaned my hands off. I have some good times at Applebee's, and some really lousy experiences. So I never know what to expect. Lunch here was nice. I sat at the bar, and the bartender/ server was friendly and efficient. I had the quesadilla burger. What appealed to me is that I could enjoy a burger and pick it up without being filled up by bread, and this entrée delivered exactly that. The burger was done just right, not overcooked and dry. I had them hold the bacon because it just didn't seem to match the rest of the flavors. The fries were hot and plentiful. However, our waiter, Chris quickly put our concerns to rest. He was attentive, without being overbearing, patient while we decided, friendly and so courteous.
