Unfortunately tonight, I decided to place a take out order and specified that I did not want aioli or bacon jam on my burger. When it arrived (via Uber Eats), it came with bacon jam and aioli. I called Tapped to ask how I could ensure this doesn't happen in the future and was told to do exactly what I did do (put the request into the notes section on the bottom) and that "...human error occurs and we'll just have to do better." No offer for a refund, a new order, nothing. Just an 'oops'. Pretty bummed - expected better.

I had a couple pints of Bodhi IPA for $5.75 each. Our beers were ice cold and filled to the rim. We each ordered one crunchy and one soft (fajita size) ground beef taco for $2 each. The tacos were stuffed with seasoned taco meat, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Filling and tasty. Overall, Player's is a decent bar for the surrounding area. Due to the type of bar that this is, top-notch customer service shouldn't be expected. Have a seat and enjoy a cold brew while waiting on food orders. You seat your self (if there is a table open). On busy days, you just fight for a table. I wish they implemented some form of queue or paper on which party is next. Tables just get wiped down with a rag. But the price / quality for the wings makes me come back every time.

However, after moving about half a mile away in December 2025, I started coming even more, sometimes three or four times a week, usually Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and the occasional Saturday. I genuinely considered myself a regular. Unfortunately, there's one small problem: apparently I'm a regular who has achieved invisibility. Unless Jackie B is working, getting the attention of the bar staff can sometimes feel like trying to communicate with a satellite. Jackie B has always been the highlight for me, she actually sees the customers, takes care of people, and somehow manages to notice that humans are sitting down in the dart area. Every time Jackie B is working, the experience is noticeably better. The service in the dart area can otherwise be extremely hit-or-miss, particularly during the day. If you're shooting darts, you may want to bring a flare gun, smoke signal, or possibly a small flag. There seems to be a mysterious service blind spot, especially around the first few tables near the smoking area. But honestly, the biggest disappointment for me has been the removal of the Medalist dart boards. When Cactus Moon got rid of them, it didn't just mean losing a couple of dart boards. It left several of us regular dart players without a home bar with no explanation from anybody at Cactus Moon. And unfortunately, many of my Medalist dart partners simply stopped coming to Cactus Moon altogether. We had a group, a routine, and a place where we played. Suddenly, we didn't. It was honestly embarrassing to be left scrambling for somewhere else to play after years of treating Cactus Moon as our home. For a group of regular customers who had invested that much time and money into the bar, it felt like being politely evicted from your own clubhouse. And that's the frustrating part: Cactus Moon used to be my favorite bar. I even chose my apartment partly because I was so close to it. There are still plenty of things I like about the place. The food is genuinely good. The Wednesday and Thursday half-price burgers are a great deal, and the Thursday night wing specials are worth showing up for. And the Friday-night prime rib is really darn good. If you come here hungry, order something--I've had consistently good food. Then there's today, 8/30/26. I came in for breakfast and darts, fully prepared to spend some money at a place I've supported for years. After 94 minutes and two drinks, I finally gave up on breakfast and went somewhere else to eat. It was nearly 30 minutes between receiving my second drink and finally asking for my tab so I could take my business elsewhere. I understand that bars get busy, staffing can be difficult, and sometimes service falls through the cracks. Today was not one of those days. When you're coming in three or four times a week, tipping well, and spending a lot of time there, repeatedly feeling invisible gets old. At this point, I'm pretty sure I've reached a level of invisibility normally reserved for ghosts. The irony is that I'll probably still be back. It's the only dart bar around, and I'll likely show up for the Friday dart tournament in the near future. I just may be bringing my wallet along strictly for moral support. Cactus Moon, I really do want to like you again. Please find your dart players, and maybe find me while you're at it.

Big crunchy rings, cooked just right, though a little less batter would bring them into balance better. Good flavor, though, from both batter and onion. The beers are on point--clean lines, and a few true craft options mixed in with the big industrial choices. Everything comes out in a shaker glass, which is to be expected. The Bodhi is always good. There are big tables, sturdy chairs, pool tables, darts, pull tabs, a decent collection of Seahawks memorabilia on the walls. Probably gets pretty packed for Hawks games. So this place is already on its last leg, pretty much a sh**hole! and they decided since my female friend was having a smoke out front instead of on their smoking deck with all the propane tanks around :) very smart by the way berts staff! stash all the flammable shit in the smoking area haha wow! ya anyways since she smoked out front instead of the deck she got up and of course buzzed off a cig and the 1 drink she had all night she lost her balance getting up then stood up completely fine and the young doorman said he couldn't let her back in or the place would shut down haha now this place will shut down because i didn't come out there to get one or two drinks i didn't go to this piece of crap place for a buzz i came to get drunk, not like drunk to me means sloshing all over the place being an ass it means I'm having a good time and i need a cab at the end of the night but i couldn't get past 2 drink the whole night without this idiot saying my friend and i were too messed up, so for it being a "watering hole" they sure do hold up standards like their place actually has class, never would i recommend going there or drinking out of the filthy glasses i had my 2 beers in EWW that was nasty good luck if you attempt a low class bar like this, better luck at the casino across the street read more

An average dive bar that has exorbitantly overpriced beers of average or low quality and low quality people. You could easily just stay home and save your money as one beer at this bar costs as much as an entire six pack... very unreasonable for absolutely no purpose other that someone that owns or runs this bar needs to fuel some kind of habit (coke/gambling). Doorman let's a total drunk guy leave and said that management would not call or pay for a cabs! I even offered to pay for it, so sad. The guy drove off super drunk not knowing his name. This place is a drunken over pour mess of a bar. Totally ill managed to say the least. I hope nobody got killed tonight due to their negligent irresponsible actions. The bouncer at the bar assaulted my wife and I. He rudely asked us to leave and when I questioned him. He proceeded to kick my wife in the chest out the door and then also kicked me. Mesh, the bartender was so amazing, friendly and approachable. I came into this little place with a feeling of history. You see, my mom worked here for years in the 70's, 80's and early 90's. I loved that the bar is modernized just enough to make it comfy, but with enough of the old feel to make it feel as though my mom was still there. As my mom passed away several years ago, I walked in with tear-filled eyes and Meesh totally understood and even allowed me to play my mom's favorite song on the juke box. So, with Lyin Eyes on the awesome and modern jukebox and the neon booze signs on the walls, I could actually feel my mom in the room, telling her infamous dirty jokes. I shared this with everyone, and we all raised a glass in her honor. Tequila shots for my companions and a water shot for me! I love that they serve hard alcohol here, makes for a nice variety in drinks and patrons. Now, on this particular night, there were only 3 others in the bar (maybe 4), but it was a great atmosphere. The entire place is super clean with updated bathrooms with the doors I'm sure were there when the place was built. Now, I don't drink and have never really been a regular at a bar, but the welcoming environment and friendly Meesh, I am certain I'll be back again & again. If you are in Kenmore, stop in for a nice beverage, good conversation and homey atmosphere!

Taco Tuesday is offered every day of the week; 3 tacos for $5. Food items consist of pizza, burgers and standard bar food. While deciding on our lunch, we slurped on a Manny's and Bodhi for $7 each. For our meal we ordered the 13" Chicken Ranch Pizza for $15: white sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, red onions, chicken and bacon. Ten-01 was out of mushrooms so black olives were substituted in place of the mushrooms. White onions were on the pizza instead of the listed red onions. The standard parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes were never offered or brought to our table. The entire pizza was a disappointment. Before leaving, my wife had a Jameson on the rocks for $10 and I had a Hendricks and soda for $12. Staff was friendly. Overall, Ten-01 is overpriced in their beers and cocktails compared to the surrounding bars. Pizza is an indulgence, instead I left mad about my lunch choice. I would love to see more Georgian food and drink on the menu, like dumplings, kubdari, kharcho, achma maybe, a real qababi to go with the plov... and how about a chacha- based cocktail? The tables and cues can be somewhat unkempt. We had to hunt considerably for straight cues with good tips, and brush our table free of debris. Tip: opt for a table further from the front entrance, for better equipment selection. This part of the experience needs improvement, but should be an easy fix. The music can be too loud and, frankly, too much of one genre. I feel they are trying to ride a line between nightclub and pool hall, to attract younger clientele. This may be tough on players that need relative quiet to concentrate. All and all, a fun time. I cannot say that it is a "clean" hall, either figuratively or literally, but I can say that at least at this point in time, it's still approachable to those just looking for a drink and a nibble while shooting a game or two with friends, with minimum drama. There was a distinct part of the place for pool, a separate darts area, and then of course the front bar area with high tables that were great for eating at and socializing. Walking through the pool area to get to the bathroom, I didn't feel like I was going to ruin anyone's shot. I ordered at the bar upon entering and grabbed one of these tall tables for our group. They knew where we were stting as the food came right out to us. The menu is regular bar food and it is not too bad. The bathrooms themselves were decently clean. The staff was friendly and eager to serve us. There is also an entire basement filled with pool tables that we did not check out. This place is open late so a good option for a late night hang.

I really enjoyed the three for 15 burrata trio. Our cocktails were also delicious. Definitely wanna come back here with my dog and sit outside.
