Great food! The balsamic pork ribs were amazing. Lobster pasta was good too. Dan Dan noodles are also a must. So many good things to try here!

Pretty mid experience at this place. There were some things that tasted good as appetizers but other than that most of the food was extremely unbalanced. Either the food was deep fried and covered in batter or it was way too sweet or salty. Do the price it really wasn't worth it. It's not something you can go in and eat often. Food takes a while to arrive and we also waited for a long time to get our check because the wait staff stopped coming over to check on us. The restaurant itself is nice with a pretty modern interior and a bar area for drinks.

Amaaaaaazing food, I'm still so surprised that more people haven't found this place, like I honestly think as soon as word gets out I won't be able to find a table at all. The food is exceptionally good, I'm talking work sucked and I need a proper meal and drinks to vent with my friends, make my tummy live in bliss, yummy. Brought my coworkers here and they LOVED IT we started off with the Yuzu Margarita & Temptress oh man you cannot go wrong with either of these, not too sweet and a perfect accompaniment with our meal. We then went ahead and ordered the "Greatest hits" Crispy Popcorn Chicken 4/5 Wasabi Prawn Ball 5/5 I don't know if they come pre mixed with the wasabi but I always ask for the wasabi mayo on the side, Cumin Beef 6/5 this is beyond delicious and Creamy Kimchi Udon comes with beautiful plump shrimp that is always perfectly cooked and to round it up Crab Fried Rice 5/5 always a crowd pleaser. We also tried the Xia Long Bao (chicken) Dan Dan Noodle and chicken fried rice specifically for my coworker that does not eat seafood and LOVED IT

Welcome to Bothell Spring Bistro!! Lovely place, spacious, well lit and noise absorption for guests to have a conversation during dinner. I forgot what it's like to eat and talk to people without straining to hear. What a treat! The food was very good too. Prices seem very fair. We had a group of 6, reservation made ahead of time. It was not very busy for a Friday night but it is still new. Parking is limited around the restaurant. You may have to park farther and walk. They have a bar for cocktail lovers and ceremonial teas. A good variety to choose from. I would come back to try the tea flight for sure. The menu offers a great variety of Asian fusion. We ordered dishes in a family style to try as many different things as possible. My top favorites: Mushed eggplant: so delicious, garlicky, flavorful and soft texture of eggplant. I didn't expect to like it this much but I would definitely order it every time. Miso mushroom: my personal favorite! The mushrooms are in a lovely miso sauce. I was blown away by how good they tasted. The scallion pancake felt unnecessary. I would eat a whole bowl of just those mushrooms. Or maybe would prefer it with some kind of potato side such as creamy mashed potatoes. Dan Dan noodles: I love how this was served with each ingredient separately and sauce on the side. So satisfying to mix it all together. Pretty good portion and tasted lovely. Noodles are cooked well and are super long. Rice wine pudding: very soft texture with a sweet floral syrup on top. Fun to share and very enjoyable on the palate. I love the presentation of it too. Other dishes we tried: Beef tongue: thin slices with a spicy sauce. Not too soft or tough. I liked the texture. But I also grew up eating beef tongue so im biased. Popcorn chicken: small pieces of breaded chicken and peanuts and chillis. Pretty good although not something I would seek out. Squid: not for me haha. Braised pork belly with taro: good flavor, soft pork belly. Taro threw me off a little. I can't wait to come back and bring people here!!!

Aaaaaaamazing!! Solid Chinese fusion place but can't go wrong w the classics! The beef/lobster pasta is a perfect mix of surf and turf and the crab fried rice is always a classic The menu had interesting fusion options like creamy kimchi udon noodles and mushed eggplant, which I'll definitely come back and try...my stomach just didn't allow for more food after the beef and lobster! Come give it a try and sit under the beautiful indoor tree with some yummy tea!

This was a hit and miss experience for us. The "good" was the miso mushroom appetizer that was savory and paired well with the scallion pancake, and the chicken xiao long bao and the spicy wontons were also flavorful. Our server was also great, we appreciated her taking care of us during dinner. The "okay" was my negroni cocktail that was prepared well but was not inexpensive at $21, and the dan dan noodles had good flavor but were spaghetti-like in texture. The "bad" was the popcorn chicken appetizer that was all breading, peppers, and peanuts, with little to no chicken. The short rib was too tomato heavy, it was basically pot roast. And the mapo tofu was just odd, cheese over very little tofu over tomato rice? The flavors clashed and didn't make sense. We'll be back if someone can point out more of the "good" dishes and which of the others to avoid. Parking is also a bit of a pain, there's limited street parking and even less covered parking garage.

The service was attentive and friendly, but the food missed the mark for me. The baos, chili wonton and Dan Dan noodles were ok and will cure a craving. The "popular" popcorn chicken was all fried dough and peppers, but little chicken and super greasy. The beef rib and mapo tofu were oddly heavy on tomato sauce. The mapo tofu dish, typically a savory dish, was the most disappointing- rice, tofu, tomato sauce and cheese. Overall, these dishes were inconsistent and not what I expected.

The environment is nice and modern. Food is kids friendly. I love this Chow Mein! The way they cooked the chicken is very special in the noddle.

We had amazing experience in Spring Bistro, food was great, and so is the service. The location was easy to find, lots of parking were available, may be since we went on Sunday. We would definitely come back again!

The interior decor is amazing. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Very good food. Can't wait to come back.

The food was so delicious! They are good about less sodium if you ask as well. The service was attentive, and a one person show. This was on a weekday. Bartender, server, and host all in one. Yet she still carried a smile, great service. The ambiance was modern features, with large bright windows, that made it feel lively, clean. And open

Overall I would come again to try other dishes and the vibe of the place is nice. We had the crab fried rice and the beef lobster pasta. The fried rice use some more seasoning to bring out more flavors. The pasta was delicious and pleasing to the eye! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even let me pick out a birthday treat. The black sesame panna cotta was yummy, creamy & rich.

Pretty fun restaurant. Some interesting food selections. I got the premium flight which messed me up pretty good. Its an acquired taste. Also the braised pork belly. Which was super tender and fatty. It didnt look like much on the plate, but there was quite alot underneath. Enough to fill in every dough.

Sat at the bar and tried out some happy hour specials. Got the Korean sauce wings ($12) and cheese truffle fries ($8). Decent amount of fries, definitely has cheese flavor but not that much truffle oil aroma. I liked the wings which you get 6 per order. They weren't fried, but rather tender and juicy. Sauce was agreeable. Definitely enough food for my dinner. As for the drinks, I got the rosemary mule which is Moscow mule with some rosemary herb. The copper mug they use is good sized. Tasted refreshing although could feel the alcohol afterwards. Also tried a corpse reviver no. 2, which was a little sweet but has a punch. Cocktail prices are not cheap outside of happy hour, in the upper teens. Overall, was glad I tried the place out. Will drop by for happy hour once in a while.

The hostess was lovely and left us our menus and little black light flashlights. Interesting. I guess kind of cool. Our first drinks were delicious. Homemade limoncello...yesssss! Appetizers were next - hard Brussel sprouts and enough deep fried mushrooms to feed an army. This should have been our first clue that portions would be off...way off. The sausage rolls were lit though. Ready for dinner! Our waiter assured us that the shared chicken dish was "PLENTY" for 2 people. We couldn't hide our shock when it arrived and it wasn't even enough for ONE person. Two tiny pieces of chicken but overflowing with more beans than would ever be necessary for any dish ever. I ended up giving it to my husband and eating the mushrooms from earlier. Oh, the "carrots" that were listed on the menu was one baby carrot cut into thirds. No bueno. At this point we were frustrated, confused and still hungry. Honestly couldn't wait to get out of there except our waiter never came back. I had to go ask for the check on the way out. Awkward. As the waiter ran my card he said "are you mad"? No sir, just underwhelmed. Too much focus on cutesy, hidden menu messages and craft cocktails but not enough focus on getting the food and service right.
