    The ñoqui was perfection
    Maura P.

Yes friends! You are not mistaken: two check-ins back to back. Came here last night for dinner with hubby's work, and had to come back today for the carpaccio- which is amazing. And so happy that Darian was my server again today because she suggested the Ricotta al Tartufo as a perfect pairing for the carpaccio. And last night I had the ñoqui as my meal, and it took me back to my childhood!!! I am in love with this place.

So glad my friends brought me to celebrate my birthday here! Such a treat! I'm gluten free and they make gf pastas and pizzas (yay). Everything we got tasted so good. I recommend the marinated olives as an appetizer. Their salads were delicious and also makes a great shareable. I'd love to try their pizzas next time. Great wine selection list too! Our server was super friendly and helpful. I even got a free flourless cake that tasted sooo good. How sweet :) Thank you for a memorable evening. Loved the ambiance. Cozy. Dim lights. Nice for a date night! Make sure to add this restaurant to your list especially if you like Italian food!

This is such a good date night spot! The Arancini were better than the ones i tried in Italy and the beef ravioli is amazing! 10/10 service and the staff are wonderful

What a wonderful Mother's Day dinner! Be prepared for $30-$50 per person. We had both burrata appetizers. The one with pear was tasty, but the one with heirloom tomatoes and pesto was incredible. Our table of 6 enjoyed a wood grilled Prosciutto pizza, lasagna, carbonara, and 3 pea cheese ravioli with crab. Everything was cooked to perfection and spiced just right. We all enjoyed our selections. They have an extensive wine list and specialty cocktails. A menu of nightly food specials too. My only negative would be the noise level. If you are looking for a quiet romantic dinner spot , this isn't the place. The noise level here is extremely high, but the food is fabulous. The servers are professional, friendly, and non intrusive. Great service, some of the best we have experienced ever. Parking can be tricky, but because it was Mother's Day, my son dropped us off in front. Would come back to enjoy more menu selections.

Nice neighborhood Italian with good food and ambiance. The menu is great and has some delicious options, the ravioli are definitely a standout. They also got some good cocktail options, but could work on some more different beers. Service is ok, but with their mandatory fees, there is no incentive to go above and beyond. Parking can be difficult, but there is a municipal garage close by. We were definitely surprised with the total 23.5% mandatory service fees, 20% tip + 3.5% us paying their staff. I have to be honest, if you can't price your food accordingly, so you can pay your own staff, maybe a consultant could help with making that happen. Just for this reason, I won't be back.

Found on street parking easily right in front of the restaurant. Was greeted promptly when I walked in the door and seated quickly. The server came over and introduced themself, brought water, and took my drink order. My dinner partner arrived, ordered their drink and then we ordered dinner, which was great for each of us. I finished with the Horchata gelato. Yum. There were only one or two other tables when I arrived, and by the time we left, the dining room was almost full. Appreciate the clean, shiny glassware, fabric napkins, and super absorbent hand towels in the clean, well-lit restroom. Nice touch. We will be back.

Wow had such a great experience at Amaro recently. Seriously everything we had was so delicious. There wasn't a single thing we ordered we didn't like, but if I have to pick a favorite the calamari was excellent! Services and ambience were great. I just love seeing all this good energy and gems in Bothell!

I enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Amaro. The food was delicious, cocktails amazing, but what really made the whole dinner was the service. We sat in the bar and the bartender was so kind, attentive, and had great recommendations. When we told him we didn't want meat in our carbonara, he suggested substituting mushrooms instead. Delicious and so thoughtful! He also made the most delicious Garden Gimlet mocktail with smoked rosemary. YUM. The Gorganzola E Uve salad was light and fresh, and Torta Mascarpone was beyond delicious. Please excuse the bite I took out of it. It truly was irresistible.

Rigatoni Bolognese and ravioli di manzo off
    Alex V.

Ordered take out on a Monday evening. We got the rigatoni bolognese and the ravioli di manzo off the regular dinner menu. I placed the order over the phone and asked to pick up the food at 5:55pm. Parking was easy, and the food was ready at the requested time. The food was hot and smelled great, but unfortunately the ravioli di manzo only included 6 raviolis for $29. I was shocked that the ravioli was 1/3 the size of my rigatoni bolognese. I even had to give the restaurant a quick call to ensure the amount was right. The flavor was there, but I don't think we would order the ravioli again. Will have to give this place another try sometime soon.

The service is always excellent here and it's the perfect average-priced Italian eatery! I always come here with my friends since we love the vodka penne, and it's always a quiet yet elegant space to enjoy a meal! I've only ever tried the pasta that I mentioned above but it's great, they also offer surprised us with free tiramisu because we were celebrating my friends birthday. I will say it's tough to find parking in front of the building during peak hours, but nothing impossible.

These bars might be where the locals hang out. Suite C's is right next to a Mexican market that appears to be packed with the good stuff. Suite C's is kinda small; there are a couple low tables, a couple high ones, and 3 stools at the bar. They're the western-Washington pour room for J Bell Wines. I tried the flight of these and liked the grenache blanc enough to buy a bottle. Their reds were forgettable. Suite C's also sells tons and tons of other Washington, European, and other wines. We tried flights of reds, bubbles, and roses while we were here. The Spanish and Washington reds were all tempranillos and all just great. The roses were from France, Spain, and WA, also all great. The sparkling wines were from all over Europe and had a nice range from drier to sweeter. The bartender showed us how different sparkling wine tastes in a flute compared to a wine glass, which was eye-opening and very fun. They know their stuff backwards and forwards here, and the more interested you are in learning about the wines, the happier they are to tell you about them. It's a little place, with just one closet-sized washroom in back. But their prices are good and the chance to try all different kinds of wines from all over is a welcome change from winery tasting rooms. I could easily see hitting this place many times in the future.

A 3 course was $35 which is reasonable (portions were pretty small so easy to finish). The highlight were the tempura shishito peppers; the aioli that came with the peppers was delicious and the peppers themselves were hot and crispy. The poutine appetizers was unfortunately disappointing (very meaty, actually no curds at all and large soggy potatoes). The entrees took awhile to come out which wasn't a problem since we were just socializing. The burger was decent; it came with a goat cheese and the soup was good. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the pasta; portion was very small and it was very very salty (and had capers on top which did not help). We ended up getting our desserts to go since our group was heading to the wineries and tried them later. We did enjoy the dessert. The lemon tart portion was very small but tasty and the pate choux was also good too, so I would recommend the desserts here.
