Dear Zeeks Pizza Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our team's experience at your restaurant today. Two days before our visit, I spoke with two members of your staff to reserve seating for our soccer team of 20 players to watch the Spain vs. France World Cup semifinal together. At no point was the reservation made for parents. The reservation was specifically for the players. We were told it was okay for parents to sit wherever. When we arrived, your staff insisted that any parent who entered the restaurant and was associated with our team needed to be included with our reservation rather than simply allowing those adults to sit separately at the bar and along the side. Because of that, we were told our reservation could not be honored as planned. Additionally, when we suggested that families could simply sit separately, we were told that if we did so, service would be refused to our group. What was most frustrating is that there was never any request for Zeeks to accommodate parents as part of the reservation. They were perfectly happy sitting elsewhere. Instead, management chose to apply a policy that prevented 20 athletes from having the experience we had intentionally planned for them. I understand your policy regarding parties of 32, max. However, that policy was irrelevant in this situation. We reserved seating for 20 people, and we arrived with exactly 20 players. We fulfilled every part of the reservation we made. Rather than working with us to find a reasonable solution, management appeared completely comfortable with our entire group leaving. As a result, 20 players lost the opportunity to watch one of the biggest matches in the world together. I've attached photos taken as we were leaving. They clearly show that the restaurant was largely empty after our group departed. In fact, only one customer remained. Seeing those photos makes it even harder to understand why there was no flexibility to accommodate the reservation we had confirmed. As the organizer, I also know the value of taking care of businesses that take care of our teams. Our families were prepared to purchase meals, drinks, and tip generously for great service. Unfortunately, because our reservation was not honored, Zeeks lost the business of our entire group. This email/post isn't about asking for compensation. It's about encouraging your management team to reconsider how team reservations are handled. Youth sports teams invest time into planning experiences like these, and we simply expected the reservation we made to be honored. I hope you will review this situation internally so future teams don't have the same experience. read more

Ugh. Ordered a pizza online for pick up. Half was supposed to be Veggie Thai and the other half was supposed to be Texas Leaguer (bbq chicken). Vegetarian here so obviously ordered it with NO chicken and paid extra to have mushroom added since the online system don't have a way to substitute. Well, one should always check the order before taking it home. Dumb me didn't so when I got home saw that the Texas Leaguer half had Chickens and not BBQ sauce. Ugh! See pics. I saw a guy forget his pizza on top of his car while driving by and when I saw that box fly through the air I wondered "how sad is he going to be when he gets home and realizes he doesn't have his pizza??". Well I finally tried it and he must have been DEVASTATED! My pizza was delicious! Between two of us we finished a medium Buffalo Soldier, it was sooo good. It came with a side of blue cheese dressing which my husband hated but I couldn't get enough of. The pizza alone is bursting with flavor so your totally fine without it but together it's perfection. It was a big soggy and I would have loved a crispier crust but it was cheesy and flavorful so it made up for it. I'll definitely have to work my way through the menu, if that was my first experience, I hope it only gets better! read more

We frequent this Zeeks location often since we live closest. It just so happens that this is the only Zeeks we actually enjoy. The food is far superior to other locations and the staff is always so friendly. I love how they still give kids dough to play with. We are also dairy free so the fact that they have dairy free cheese is a huge plus for us. read more

My wife grew up here and wanted to show me to her favorite places, this being one of them. The food was pretty good. I ordered the cheese sticks, pepperoni pizza with half pineapple, and some wings. By far, the wings were the best, and everything else was pretty decent. Would come back. However, it's way too overpriced for what we got. Service was good but could've been better. They rarely came to the table to refill our drinks. But it's a nice place worth a visit. read more

I don't normally review chains, but I really wanted to say that I enjoyed my lunch at Zeek's today. First of all, the server (my receipt says Mackenzie) was excellent! It's kind of a sports bar vibe which is okay... Food was tasty and everything was good, restaurant clean, etc. I did have one small issue though... the pizza crust was very chewy, even though it tasted great! I usually eat pizza with a fork and knife and I could barely cut it. I brought some home and it was still very chewy. I'm a little surprised because I have not had this problem at other Zeek's locations. Anyway, not a dealbreaker, and maybe just this one batch wasn't quite perfect. I'll assume it's an anomaly. Pizza was great. We got the foreger pizza. It curiously sweet. We asked our server about it and she told us there was a caramelized onion sauce on it. Strange because it was not mentioned on the menu/description. The mini is tiny! Did not think it was with the $20.00. Salad was pretty good. But overpriced in my opinion. It was served dry and we were charged extra for more dressing. Our server was great but we won't be back because the price did not justify portion size. read more

This review is long over due! Love this place having 3 Zeeks pretty much equal distance from the house does not make them all equal. This is our go to pizza place. The food is always great (One of the only places I tend to eat till I am uncomfortable full totally on me. They always have a good selection of beers on tap and one of the few places to constantly have a sour on tap. Place is clean and inviting. Mackenzie is definitely why this location outshines the others. Always friendly and attentive even when there are large parties and she is swamped. The care she puts in to her work showes. Down to the every last detail like labeling the box of leftovers with pizza type and date with handwriting that is so neat and perfect it matches the printed artwork on the box. Zeeks definitely needs to give her a raise and recognition! read more

The servers we have had have been attentive and it's never too chaotic of a venue for our family to visit. Stopped by to pickup a to go order my son ordered late Friday afternoon. (5PM) As instructed by the sign I proceeded to the Bar. The bartender was busy talking to the two customers sitting at the bar. Finally, after a minute or longer he acknowledged my presence and began the payment process. If he had made any effort to make me feel welcome I would have left him a tip. I just couldn't understand why he ignored me for so long and continued to talk with the two customers seated at the bar. this restaurant had extremely horrible customer service with the host being rude. we had came as a team of only 5 families and although we understood that it was a big party we had planed on paying on separate tabs always willingly leaving a good tip due to our circumstances but the host of the facility rudely let us know that we were all obligated to pay on one single tab when we had all shown up sitting on separate tables but just because we all knew each other we were all obligated to pay on one tab but then later was kicked out. this business needs better customer service because they truly lost out on some great pay read more

Second time having been to this location, and gotta say it's pretty awesome! Many places had been closed early or not open at all due to the recent snow, so we'd headed back to Zeeks in Bothell, and what a treat! While they too were closing early, they were very friendly and accommodating, and the pizza was amazing!! While the place is quite open as you walk in (clearly a great spot for parties, team gatherings etc), there's a nice comfy bar area towards the back, offering many tap pours, wine and cocktails. Nice deep red leather / old school button pinned type booth area in the back, while dimly lit, very comfy! Nice spot!! read more

I have come here a half dozen times since it's near my work. The food has been great! My personal favorite is the yetti (chicken, bacon, tomato, garlic sauce), but also enjoy their tree hugger (veggie) and tom candy (meat). They also have excellent cider on tap, and if you have a group, the pitcher is a great deal split (although it's not bad for a pint either). Happy hour also has great prices for mini (personal) pizzas that I have enjoyed as it's a cheap and delicious meal. They have plenty of room inside BUT parking is a nightmare at this location. It's limited and shared between buildings so if you don't come early, good luck. It also is challenging since instead of being able to turn around to go another way, you have to get back onto 228th which is very busy in itself and turn around. Long process. read more

The sauce was so good and they had plenty of sauce on the pizza so you could really taste it's wonderful flavor. The toppings were all fresh and so good. Zeeks Pizza was another restaurant that I went to in my continued quest to try out the three beers that Watts Brewing has exclusively in the Bothell and Bellevue areas at restaurants. Zeeks was the second place I landed and at this location they have Watt's Leafcutter beer. This beer is kolsch in style and I think my favorite one that I had as I toured the three eating establishments that had their beer. This kolsch also has Simcoe hops which I really like. I didn't get anything to eat here but I have had Zeeks in the past and liked their pizza. I had my beer at the bar and the service was very good, the bartender very nice and friendly. read more

My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday and were greeted right away. The waitress was very friendly and checked up on us often. This is more a PSA than a review. Do not carry out the Chicken club, im sure it's fine if you eat it in the restaurant but they use a lot of "wet" ingredients like spinach and sliced tomatoes that by the time we got it home it was a completely soggy mess. It doesn't feel fair blaming this on the restaurant (hence the 3 stars) but still wanted to put it out there because the texture got so slimy I ended up getting a burger and tossing $30 worth of pizza. read more

I love Zeeks! The prices are a little on the high side, and can be compared to other gourmet places like Pagliacci's, but I feel are really worth it for the whole dining in experience. Zeeks is very family friendly, which we love since we have a baby that they have no problem accommodating with a sling for her car seat. The wild greens salad is extremely tasty and fresh. It has frisee greens, blue cheese, cashews, tomato, and a raspberry vinaigrette. It's light, flavorful, and delicious. We have tried a bunch of different pizzas, but my favorite by far is the Buffalo Soldier. It consists of buffalo chicken, Gorgonzola cheese, mama Lil's peppers, jalapenos, and fresh cilantro layered over a ranch dressing base, with a side of blue cheese. It's spicy and delicious! Normally I try to stay away from overly rich pizzas, but they don't over do it on the sauces and toppings, so it really has a nice balance and isn't too much. For veggie lovers, the veggie Thai is really yummy!!!! It has a Thai peanut sauce base with carrot, broccoli, bean sprouts, and cilantro. Lastly, my favorite thing about Zeeks is the local beer selection. While they could be better about rotating what they have on draft, they have a very good selection. I've not had Deschutes Obsidian Stout anywhere else, or Reuben's Robust Porter, least anywhere in the north end. I hate to spread the word too much, I love that we never have to wait for a table and always have super fast and friendly service!!! read more
