Yes, Pagliacci Pizza is a pricey local indie chain. However, one it is priceless for timely convenience and two you definitely get what you pay for...tasty goodness! My usual spot for takeout and onsite slices is near 145th/Greenwood in Broadview/North Seattle. But for convenience, I placed an online order after work in Woodinville and opted to pick up instead at their Kenmore site (1/3/23). Placed an order for a large 17 inch South Philly ($30.99) and a 4 pack of Olivia's Chocolate Chip Cookies from Macrina Bakery ($6) and thankfully it was ready at its appointed time upon my arrival. Plus I happen to order during the first community campaign of the year and received six free Cinnamon Rolls also from Macrina Bakery, bonus! Friendly welcome from counter staff too. Many thanks to the person who put together and baked this particular South Philly....perfect balance of sauce and arrangement of toppings of Cascioppo's Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, parsley, and mozzarella cheese. Once I arrived at my destination at University of Washington campus in Seattle, the tantalizing scent was so compelling, I had to pull over in an adjacent parking area and eat two slices sandwiched together. Probably one of the best Pagliacci Pizza. the pizza is really good from this location. The staff are some of the greatest in food service. They are always friendly and you feel welcome. Only real complaints is the parking is too small on busy nights. At 5 pm I have seen a line of parked cars in their own created spots that made leaving almost impossible. read more

I was responsible for the pizzas at my neighbor's Sugar bowl watch party new years night. Go Dawgs!! The group of us that have tickets together decided to watch this and make it simple to save his wife from "entertaining". I ordered three different large pizzas, one medium for my wife and daughter that chose to stay home and a small pag salad. I'll start by saying I didn't get any of the salad but it's always the best thing there and they were great with complimentary plates and cheese/red pepper condiments. If it were me I'd order from dominos down the street and splurge on that salad! But my buddy liked the better brand! So after all that and a 15 percent tip for carry out turned into $165! And there was more leftovers than there should have been. The pizza was of course made with good ingredients but rather dry and sauce less and way too rich to eat much. The staff was nice and my preorder still took five minutes to come up after I arrived on time which is cool on a busy day for them. Overall I don't order pizza much and usually go for price and flavor. Pagliacci is just plain too expensive to do regularly and I'll probably go forever before ordering again. But the pag salad is a good one! The next day I went by the new Zeeks pizza In Kenmore and didn't realize that was an option! My dad's motto was "You can't judge a company based on a mistake. They are run by humans so there WILL be mistakes. You judge a company by HOW they manage the mistake."" Pagliacci has REALLY dropped the ball on this! 1. A completely inedible salty pizza that only had toppings on half the crust. 2. They emailed they were sending a gift card.for a cash refund. I emailed back that I wanted a cash refund. Never heard back. 3. The gift card doesn't even cover the most basic pizza, if less the one I ordered. 4. Was told I was to receive a refund and a gift card. Checked my accounts - never got a refund. So basically I got the "gift" of paying $25 for an inedible pizza. And will now have to pay for half a pizza to replace the completely ruined one. ALL because we tried to support a small business during COVID. Zeeos is opening here in Kenmore soon. Love the ingredients and thin crunchy crust. The basic cheese slice or pepperoni are solid and they're known for all sorts of combos. The Sicilian chicken salad is delicious and the small is quite filling. I typically preorder via the app and pick up but I decided to dine in and they accommodated the change. I picked up at the Lake City location last night and it was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. We used to dine here but since Covid-19 they only do pickups and deliveries. We ordered two 11 inch pizza and Centioli. We got the complimentary tray of Macrina bakery cinnamon rolls as Pagliacci is supporting local businesses during this trying time. Centioli: Thin crust with red pepper flakes, garlic, fresh parsely. Cheese and olive oil. I liked the hint of spice with crispy crust. Verdura Primo: cheese, artichokes, parsely, spinach, and pesto. I typically get this as It's one of their best no meat options. I like this because of artichokes. Parma Primo: prosciutto, mushrooms, cheese, tomatoes, basil, olive oil. My son and my hubby are carnivores so we ordered this for them. They like the prosciutto on this. Macrina Bakery cinnamon rolls: They make theirs with brioche dough. We were so full after eating pizza so we split one between the three of us. I liked the softness of the roll. I like the fact that Pagliacci is supporting local businesses by doing community giveaways on Tuesdays. Quick, good pizza by the slice. RUDE encounter with a teenager wearing glasses and a Pikachu mask at the counter. Came in wearing a thick fleece facial covering because it's cold out and was handed a paper mask by the guy behind the counter with no word. Then was told after that my thick facial covering wasn't enough and that the paper mask was the "right material" and that I needed to wear that if I was going to be inside. My mask was thicker and fit me better than paper masks and me having to take my facial covering off to put that one on for a 2 minute interaction seemed ridiculous, not to mention a waste of a disposable mask. A love letter and a call to open another restaurant. Pagliacci, I live in a pizza ghetto, otherwise known as North Creek. I'm in that suburban area just south of Mill Creek that is considered Bothell, but is located nowhere near downtown Bothell. Heck, we're not even in the same county! If I want, let's say, Domino's or Pizza Hut, I've got it made, but I don't. Ever. And while The Rock is in the area it doesn't deliver and anyway, its pizza is a hit or miss. There are a few others, and by a few I mean like 2. But I hold no love for them. But Pagliacci, I do love you. Your crust is superb, your sauce is divine, your toppings are perfection and your quality is always there. I can tell you, if you opened up a restaurant here, let's say in the 180th and Bothell Everett Highway area, it would be an instant hit! There's an entire, huge community here that would embrace you and love you and welcome you. You'd be THE best pizza place in town! ... In fact, come to think of it, I know a PERFECT place for your new restaurant in North Creek! On the corner of 180th and Bothell Everett HWY there was once a convenient store, a few years ago it was knocked down and the gas pumps were taken out, now it's just an empty space in the very nice Bartell's shopping center. Took my mom to dinner there on 11/27 and ordered a large Brooklyn Bridge pizza. When the pizza came to the table, it was already boxed up and had two paper plates. I went to serve my mom and the first three slices were half slices as the bottom half towards the center, was no crust, only toppings! I had the person who took my order come take a look and he said the crust was missing because it got stuck to the pan! He offered to bring us plastic forks to eat the topping since there was no crust and then gave us some cookies! I paid over $40 for a pizza that is missing the crust and the crust on the next three slices, was paper thin! After a long time we tried this place and it was great. We are not pizza fan so rarely get to order pizza outside. This was a great choice and tasted yummm with different flavors. We did half and half , spicy chicken and Funghi salsiccia. I tasted the chicken and it was nice , my family tried the other and said they were nice too. My complaint though is the Sicilian Chicken Salad. The salad was a good portion for the large size, but it was literally just mixed greens. It's supposed to have chicken, artichoke, sundries tomatoes and a couple other things, but I had to dig through nothing but mixed greens to find a couple laughable pieces of each. If that's what I get for $13 (after tax), there's no way I'm ordering that ever again. I really hope Pagliacci's takes a look at how overpriced it is.
