I can't tell you about the pizza but I can tell you about the experience of having it delivered. It's a Wednesday night and I ordered the pizza over 2 hours ago and still have not received it. Called at about the hour & 15 mark and was told it would be about 20 minutes. Just called again and I guess it might be out for delivery but I really couldn't tell because of the run-around I got. I stopped by after work to grab the family some pizza. I ordered the white chicken garlic pizza and cheesy bread sticks. I was greeted upon entry, and the front associate was very polite. I was quoted 25 minutes, but when I arrived 20 minutes later, it was ready. Both the pizza and bread sticks were absolutely delicious! I wish there were some stools inside to sit on while I waited or a system that would text you once your order is ready. Other than that, it was overall great! read more

Visited Jet City Pizza during the 4th of July for dinner after a long hike. This place fit our cravings and there were not that many people ordering. My husband and I got a 17" Chicken Bacon Ranch ($27.99) and a 12" White Spinach pizza ($20.99). Our friends got the Spicy Thai and the Chicken Bacon Ranch as well. The majority favors the Chicken Bacon Ranch, but for me i personally like the White Spinach pizza. The reason everyone loved the Chicken Bacon Ranch was because: the crust was crisp and had hints of garlic (all pizzas do but a reason to add why they liked it), there was a generous amount of bacon, chicken and tomatoes, and there were cheese layers atop the ingredients and below the ingredients. I personally loved the White Spinach Ranch because it was coated in feta cheese and the white garlic sauce reminded me a bit of asiago sauce (which i am a huge lover/nerd/geek over when it comes to pasta sauce). Overall, I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area. Especially if you just got done with a hike and you are looking for a satisfactory reward. read more

Picked up two grinders to take to the races Saturday the twenty eighth. Barely any meat , they were mostly bread. Spent over thirty dollars. They were good last year, but will not go back this race season. If you like a sandwich with is mostly bread, then this is the place to go. read more

Well I hate to do this, but this place disappointed me recently. The toppings where bare and instead was replaced by cheese. As you can see the last photo with just the slice. I am sad, I understand costs etc. But I wanted to give an update of my review. As you can see my old pizza photos compared the the latest which is part of a whole, but as I sit here with my slice I decided to write this review so no one gets the wrong expectation. I previously have a full 5 star review for this place. After the last pizza i got from here looked NOTHING like how they used to - i have to adjust my review. It's better than the national chains, but for the money and pack of toppings compared to previously I'd rather just go cheap or get better from local competitors. read more

We have always had a stellar experience from this Jet City Pizza! I always get gluten free, and they have never once messed that up, nor have I ever felt badly after eating it. I can't say the same for other places in the area that offer GF pizza. Their GF crust is my favorite in town, and they offer 2 sizes, and one is enough for 2 people! Sometimes we get one for my husband and I to share with a salad, and sometimes we both get our own. He loves their beer battered crust. Their sausage is delicious and their pizza sauce is really, really good! They are always on time, fast delivery and always nice on the phone and in person. After being disappointed at another JC location that is much closer, I finally ventured out to the Monroe JC to give them a try. That was a few months ago, and 3 times now they have provided the wonderful flavor I fell in love with at the other location. I order the NW Garlic and add chicken and extra garlic on beer batter crust. Best crust ever, and the quality topping combo make this a winner. The staff at the store make the business a winner. I just ordered my fourth pizza from this place, driving there from Snohomish now, I can't wait! Thanks Guys, keep it up! read more

We have had pizza two times here now. The first time the pies were great, the second time just ok, I don't think the crust was cooked enough

It looks like they just threw together my pizza by dumping an obscene amount of tomato sauce and for some reason put olives on it when I didn't order it. Not able to enjoy this. The quality drops with every pizza I order from here. That along with not delivering when they're still open, I can't recommend ordering here. With how they're so expensive, save some money and go somewhere else. read more

We think this is the best pizza to be had in the Snohomish area - and believe me, we've tried all of them. Their beer batter crust is perfect, and the imaginative specialty pizzas are fantastic (my favorite is the "Brewery Combo" - pepperoni, salami, sausage, onions, and (yes!) jalapeños, and cashews! Sounds weird, but it's incredibly tasty!). It's well worth the drive down to Monroe to grab carryout - online ordering is easy, they've never screwed up an order, the store is clean and the service is super friendly, but above all, the pizza is always *superb*. Ok pizza, very poor delivery. I've ordered well in advance (1-2 hours) and they take 40+ minutes past the expected delivery time. When you call, they say it's in the oven and can't explain how your ticket was passed over. Gordon Ramsay would have a field day with these donuts. read more

I can't understand the glowing reviews. It's an okay pizza is all. Toppings were sparse and randomly tossed onto the crust. You'd get a slice with a hunk of one of the requested toppings, while other slices had none of that topping. Speaking of the crust, we had the thin, and it was fine but not spectacular. I will never order from this place again... Pizza arrived under cooked, and doughy! I just don't understand why restaurants give you the opportunity to write special requests and then not pay any attention to it! Extra crispy crust, definitely doesn't mean under cooked!
