Tried calling multiple times and got no answer like usual. Went to the location and was told that it was a 40 minute wait for crazy bread because she was the only person working and they were backed up on pizza orders but I was the only person in the store and they weren't answering their phones so confused on how they had orders but then another worker walked out as she was saying how backed up she was. Would not recommend to anyone. Asked for the managers number and got told that they had already been called once that day and to come back in 20 minutes for the number? Last 4 times I have ordered it's over an hour waiting for 1 pizza and breadsticks. Today was my last day ordered from there because they cannot get it together. I am having a hard time with this review. The people working here are always so happy and awesome. Our concern is with the quality of the product; extremely disappointed. We wanted to try to the Pretzel Crust - Pizza Sauce. This pizza is just normal crust with an insane amount of salt added. No sauce came with it. We also ordered the Slices-N-Stix with Crazy sauce. My fiancé doordashes from time to time, and every time he goes to this place to pick up an order, he tells me the workers have their masks hanging off their chins. What's the point of even having the mask? I get it's hot in the back, but the pandemic is still far from over, and we need all cooks to wear their masks for our safety. And they didn't take off their masks for a minute and then put them back on. He has waited 30 minutes for an order and watched them rub their hands on their jeans to clean themselves and never put on their masks. read more

I worked here for almost a year starting in oct 2022 and ending sept 2023, for the first few months it was an awesome job and I loved it. Great managers and a great business and community overall. That all rapidly changed once the singh family bought the restaurant. once the transition to the new ownership happened, I (and all of my coworkers) stopped receiving any tips through the point of sales system, and the owner lied to us stating that "Oh yeah the online tips go to the delivery drivers" but we had been receiving tips before he took ownership. After a few days, we called the old owner and she told us that we should be receiving tips from the pos system, so after being lied to about our tips and where they went, the owner then decided to turn on tips for employees, but we were never paid for all of the tips we missed (The store was still taking tips when we weren't receiving them). Aside from the tips, the work culture drastically shifted with the new owners, after about 2 months, all of the employees had been fired and business continued to drop, reflecting the poor leadership and management by the singh family. I advise anyone looking to buy a pizza, or work at this little caesars go elsewhere for their business. Im a firm believer in community and integrity, and this store has displayed the opposite of it. read more

If I could rate this location a zero star I would. I received the wrong order. The pizza was raw. None of the items were cut through. And the Italian cheese bread was burnt and really hard. I don't understand how a pizza can come out raw if it goes through the oven?? read more

Used to live up North and went to LC all the time. Just moved to Monroe, and was very disappointed. I used the Portal to order ahead of time. I was missing items from my order. A kid behind the counter was wearing his hoodie and they (staff) purposely would not answer the store phone. When 2 more people walked in to order pizzas a staff worker from the back said in a loud voice "F*#% they won't stop coming in". Will not be going back read more

I'm in love with Little Caesars!! You cannot beat the "Hot and Ready" pepperoni or cheese pizzas for only $5! Not only are they cheap, they're delicious. Their crazy bread is to die for too - try the Italian Cheesy Bread. The location is excellent and it's super easy to just run in after work and pick up a pizza or two. The place is always packed with customers (why wouldn't it be with $5 pizzas?!), if there is a wait, it's minimal. We used to order from Domino's and Alfy's, but no more! read more

This is lots better than the Little Caesars we used to get in NJ. Can't go wrong with a $5 pizza to feed a bunch of hungry teenagers. It doesn't have hand tossed crust, roasted red peppers, fresh handmade mozzarella or any other upscale thing about it. The whole point of me trying this place for the first time was because I keep hearing about the "hot & ready" pizza specials. I stopped in tonight between 7:30 and 8. There were NO 3-meat "hot & ready" pizzas available; only a few ham & pineapple and deep dish pepperoni's. I did get LOTS of excuses, but was told I would have to wait for a hot & ready that's advertised as "Ready NOW!". I was already there, so I paid my $8 +tax and waited with someone else who came in for pizzas that were supposed to be Ready NOW. At the very least, they could have had a radio available (or TV) with the season opener football game on. But nooooo :-( When I finally got my pizza home, it was a BIG disappointment. I didn't expect great pizza, but did expect decent edible pizza that didn't make me sick. Is that possible in Monroe? I'm beginning to believe NOT! read more

Worst experience ever! Went in tonight to pick up a couple hot'n ready's. The young gentleman at the counter with a beard, stocking cap, and dog tag tattoo's on his forearm was swearing up a storm about how he hate's his F@#$#ng job, F this F that. Ther were children in the waiting area. He was also taking money and going straight back and making pizza, all while bypassing the sink with no concern for customers. I went in. Our little ceasers was great im port orchard. Well we just moved to Monroe area, and I took my toddler in to get pizza, and instantly walked out. They had loud impolite music playing, and the guys working were filthy on top of the establishment itself was just dirty. read more

I love L.C. because you get a big bang for your buck. The kids behind the counter always seem to be having fun doing what they do and appear to always be busy working. The employees here are not trained right and young. The management could help the business by making sure the employees did better with customer service. The young guy there moves very slow and can't multi task. I've been here a bunch of times and it's too hard for him to ring up a pizza and pull it out of the heated oven before moving on to the next customer. So customers end up waiting for everyone there while he figures out how to complete his job. It only takes 20 secs to reach behind you and grab a pizza. Do that then move on to the next customer. Just a suggestion because I go to papa Murphy's now a lot more so they lose business and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Hope that get something out of this:) read more

I had a really bad experience with Little Caesars once when I lived in TN. Long story short I ended up with the flu. I was reluctant to go back but when we moved to Monroe, there were only a few recognizable Pizza places. I decided to give them another try and was pleasantly surprised. The $5 Pepperoni and Cheese Pizzas are excellent and the marinara sauce, superb. I don't know why there's so many negative comments about Little Caesars. They are decent, and fairly priced. This is a great go-to place for a quick grab and go meal. It's a $5 pizza for pete sake! What do you want for that value? Artisan, fancy-pants pizza? You're in the wrong place for that. It's pretty good for "fast" food. I've only experienced maybe twice a bad pizza there, but I've taken it back and I've been reimbursed for it. They are always busy and i'm glad to wait for a pizza that hasn't been sitting in the warmer for a while. I have called in orders and they were ready to go when I arrived. I've had the wings, and they are pretty good too. If you've got teenagers, this will do the trick. every time. They have great meal deals, and I can feed 5-7 teenagers for roughly 30 bucks. Where else can you do that? I've never had a bad experience from anyone behind the counter, never an attitude either. My biggest complaint is the pan handlers who sit out side, but I think the city is cracking down on it. Still, they are better than macdonalds! read more
