My favorite pizza in the universe!!!! I recommend the hot honey on your pizza. It's great that they let you get them by the slice. Customer service is always amazing each time read more

Updating my review as we frequent this place as busy working parents. Everytime we order a paid pizza it's usually great, crispy crust, and done perfect. Now whenever we redeem our FREE pizza, (ordering over 10 pizzas) it's always terrible. Please educate your staff that just because the pizza is being redeemed as free, doesn't mean it shouldn't be done properly. So disappointed as this is the 3rd time it's happened and shows a clear lack of care for repeat customers. read more

It was very average pizza comparable to Papa John's but more pricey. They do have a bunch of pizzas with various topping options but that doesn't really appeal to me. Having grown up in NY and NJ, I am a bit of a pizza purist. Maybe you will like it more than me. read more

Great tasting pizza with lots of pizzas to choose from plus build your own. Many free additional toppings too. You can split one pizza up by specifying what you want on the whole, the left side or the right side. Here's where things went wrong. I've ordered the same pizza many times with no errors. I ordered meat on the whole pizza, but no cheese on one side and artichoke hearts on the same side. The restaurant did not put any meat on the no cheese side but did for the rest of the pizza. Since I'd ordered the same pizza many times I didn't bother checking it when I picked it up. Needless to say we were very disappointed when we got home. read more

First time trying the pizza and I loved it! We got the white night and the signature and they were both delicious and you could taste the fresh ingredients as well. Will definitely go back. read more

We've ordered take out from here a few times and are happy with their service and food! The pizzas are fresh and ready within 20 minutes of ordering. Loved the sweet and spicy wings as well. I wasnt a huge fan of the cheese bread but in willing to try it again. I'd recommend looking at their special deals, which are a great way to try a couple of different items. Happy eating! read more

The service is really bad. When I came in the guy at the cashier was on the phone, and I was like ok I'll just wait for him to finish, but when he did he went into the kitchen and took forever, so then I got tired of waiting and went to sit down and wait, and then I heard a baby crying in the kitchen but it was just him and his friends joking around and laughing, then they were being very loud and laughing and talking, they acted like I wasn't there when they very clearly saw me. So I got tired and left without any pizza, and they had the audacity to say "have a nice day" after they just had the worst service, I hate this place never come. read more

The food is delicious. For dine in customers they give you a complimentary tray of buttered breadsticks sprinkled with Parmesan cheese which is delicious! I ordered the Riccotta Chicken Pizza and it is so tasty. Their crust or dough is divine. The service was quick and they have friendly people. The ambience is historic but very well kept. read more

I am new to Duvall and my family suggested red pepper for a quick shared meal. I'm glad to say they did not disappoint! While I have not had the pleasure of dining in, I've had to go and delivery multiple times. Price was decent but they are always fast and delicious. Highly suggest. Best pizza place in town by far! read more

Kudos to Red Pepper Pizza in Duvall. ordered my fav pizza, was given 55 min time frame (my experience is they always deliver earlier than expected) an hour after expected time, no pizza so I called to check status of order. jack helped me, told me their log showed it had been delivered, but driver had ret'd, logged out and gone home so he couldn't ask him about it; suggested maybe it was left on porch...(I'd benn sewing in front of window 2 ft from porch & had seen or heard nothing) I checked porch & there it was!! I was happy it was there..Jack said "I'm sure it's cold by now, let me see how I can help you" and he refunded the price of my pizza...(I wouldn't have asked for a refund as I was holding my pizza) I would like to say thank you!! (and yes, after a few moments in the air fryer, my pizza is delicious) Thank you for caring for your customers in all ways...with delicious food and by going the extra mile in service.. that's why you are OUR FAVORITE! read more

Every Friday my kids beg for red pepper. We love the pizzas. I also want to give a huge shout out to red pepper for their support off the school and sports and giving discounts to events. What a great community supporter. They always have friendly customer service and I love the updates they have done inside. read more

They really know how to cook pizza. Yaay because gluten free can get very crusty or hard to say so. But this one was very tasty. Regulars like cheese and the one with pineapple are so good that we have one every other week at least. They offer a very fast and friendly delivery. They can leave it by the door ;) I think they also help some scout kids with promotions so we can all support them :) read more

Solid pizza, salad, and nice staff. It was hot as blazes outside and we had just come from berry picking, so they let our fountain drink be free of charge which was so sweet. The ambiance of a former garage/service station and open air to the outside is fun. Thanks for the rest stop from the heat! read more

So I have contacted to owner more than once and I get a call but nothing changes so at this point I would not order anything for Red Pepper. The food is not any better than Dominos and it's said that customer service doesn't exist anymore. I will not order from this place ever again. read more

I looked at the Red Pepper website and found the "deal" in the attached photo. I was asked which two pizzas I wanted, to which I replied 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. The "deal" which I specified I was ordering when I called, was $48 when I picked it up. So, unless Pepperoni is considered a "premium topping" this place continues to take advantage of the community with false marketing and pull-the-wool-over-your-eyes deceptive pricing. Shame on this business for treating the community like this. read more

This place is awesome! I love their fettuccini and my bf loves the chicken bacon ranch Awesome breadsticks too!

This is my kid's favorite pizza place in all of Woodinville/duvall area. My mom even comes up from Puyallup requesting it. We always get the garlic chicken, and it's always amazing. The crust is perfectly chewy and fluffy, and surprisingly reheats really well in the microwave. We've had the Supreme and the BBQ chicken, both good, but their garlic white sauce is the best in the business. Prices are standard for pizzas these days, and they do deliver to duvall and east Woodinville of you're on WD rd. Tip: If you order 2 pizzas, get their combo deals as you're pretty much getting the pop and breadstocks (or cinnasticks) for free. Their large pizzas feed about 2 adults or 3 kids. read more

I was not happy with what this place brought to the table left you heartbroken and wanting more. It's crazy to get pizza from a place like this. The owner was incredibly disrespectful and rude. I hope the people that work the counter can find a better place to work with more respectful morals!! read more

There are a few times in life when a meal is perfectly crafted, genius. This is not one of those times. Basically, Red Pepper Pizzeria is mediocre pizza. As another reviewer wrote here: "it's edible" and if you have absolutely no other option and you want pizza then yes, this place will scratch your itch. But I would much rather spend my hard earned money on tasty food, which this is not. For me, the bar is set by Zeeks Pizza. Zeeks is tasty, generous toppings and consistently good customer service. I would suggest to owner of Red Pepper Pizza to completely overhaul their menu top to bottom. For instance, why is it that when we order breadsticks they are drenched in a quart of oil. Like WTF? Seriously my family looked at that and was like that's gross. We didn't touch it. Then there's the dough. As another person said here "it's slightly better than Dominos" which isn't saying much. Please invest time and money on a new pizza dough. Yours needs to change. Experiment. Research better dough mixes. And finally, use better ingredients. When I bite in a Zeeks pizza slice my mouth goes "wow". You can feel how fresh the tomatoes are. You can feel how fresh the ham or mushrooms are. Red Pepper? Not so much. This is truly meant to help provide feedback to improve this local restaurant. I love supporting local business, I just can't support it now until things improve. read more

I am sad about this but I think I'm going to mark this small, family-owned pizzeria off my list of GOTO places. The last two times I've ordered from them have just been a tragedy. First, I ordered for pickup on their really strange online service. Apparently, there was a second submit button. So, waiting 45 minutes to find out they had no record of my order. Tonight, I ordered pizza delivery over two hours ago. 30 minutes ago, they were "waiting for their driver". I literally live less than 3 minutes away. I called back, 15 minutes later to cancel. They said - but he's on his way now. Here it is, now a total of two+ hours and still no pizza. Not staffed well enough. Not attentive. And now, I feel, dishonest. I guess I'll eat some nuts and call it dinner. read more

Really horrible experience when I called with an issue: I just spoke to Mary (which I don't think was her name) at the Duvall location and she was extremely rude. I ordered half Hawaiian/pepperoni and somehow it went through with no pineapple or ham. Anyway, her response of "not my fault" with an attitude was a horrible customer service experience. I wouldn't have ever order Hawaiian when I meant cheese. Why didn't they call to clarify? Morale of the story - if that's how I'm treated when I call I won't be ordering from you again. I'm not out to try to get free pizza here and won't be a patron of any place when talked to that way. Update: the management took my feedback, replied directly to me, and said they'll use is as a training opportunity for the staff - many of which are in first time jobs, and I appreciate the mentorship they plan to provide. read more

Love the pizza here - their crust and sauce are so good. Great toppings, and super friendly staff. Really happy we have them in town.

It was take out only set up when I went, the dining room was closed, it's going through renovation. We are new to Duvall and decided to give Red Pepper Pizza a try! We ordered take out since the restaurant is under construction. We had such a great experience! I am a fan of red pepper. But they need to review their pizza cutting. I've def had several pizzas in the last few months with cuts that needed to be remade with my own pizza cutter at home, or have gotten unbalanced slice sizes. Overall pizza quality is still good. read more

Local pizza that bakes pretty quickly but when they deliver they don't always pay attention of the address

We weren't huge fans of the menu options so we ended up ordering one of their specials = One large pizza (unlimited toppings) with salad and bread sticks for $23. We ordered the white sauce with chicken (had an upcharge, no problem) with no bell peppers, but ADDED bacon, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms, NUM!!! It was delicious. The house salad has a lot of toppings, cesar was not as exciting, but normal. We had it delivered. Delivery people were great. Nothing was messed up, both times we ordered. If we lived in Duvall we would definitely order this pizza regularly. We also had a supreme type, red sauce... Not as much a fan. I think it was one of the meatiest pizzas on the menu, adding a few veggies. Ehhh. (The chicken with bacon white sauce was devoured though.) read more

When we were there, it was extremely busy and our food was about 20 min late. The high school ordered 50+ pizzas and needed them fast, apparently. The food came hot and very good. Great bread sticks, pizza, and wings! Plus, the staff worked so hard to try and keep people happy. Although some people were upset and very rude - every employee apologized, smiled, and tried to make things better. I will definitely be back, especially seeing how hard the young staff worked! read more

Ordered 2 pizzas and a giant brownie at 4:40pm on a Thursday night. Finally got the pizzas at 6:25 pm, they were cold. Didn't get the giant brownie but got a large cookie which was not good. Called to see if we were going to get a brownie delivered. They said they could but it would take 2 hours. Chose to have it refunded. I don't expect that to happen. read more

I was watching a young man fold pizza boxes. After he unbundled them from the plastic wrapper he stood the boxes up on their end and leaned them against a table. I looked at the floor and it was kind of disgusting and noticed the edges of the boxes are sitting on the floor. The same edges that get folded into the box that the pizza goes into. I'm never going to eat anything from this place, ever. read more

Again....I really like the pizza but dang it every time something happens. This is the second time I've been on here about this place. This time I ordered and waited 45 mins and they gave my order to someone els and I had to wait even more. Very disappointed because the food is amazing. The bonus is, when I did finally get my food it was wrong. I love wasting $80. read more
