Somehow, because of the simplicity of the process and a flat $10 per pizza rate, the total value is so much better here. Also, I now have a better appreciation to a true Neapolitan pizza. Tutta Bella is the first pizzeria in the Pacific Northwest to be certified as true Neapolitan - with a softer center (not meant to be handheld cardboard-like NY style) and a chewier crust. Read "Our Story" on their website about their VPN Certification, the culinary discipline of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) - from the preparation of raw ingredients to the cooking method in an approved wood-fired oven.
