The Hawaiian is alright, the toppings (Canadian bacon and pineapple) are a bit dry, probably from sitting out for a while. But after reheating, the crust is very nice, just the right amount of crunchy and chewy, not overly hard or dry. Overall, 3.5 stars for a $5 slice. read more

I have been ordering Pagliacci Pizza delivery for 20 years, first at the Bridle Trails, Kirkland location, and now in another Kirkland area. My son (35 years old) flew in from Scottsdale, AZ to visit me for 2 weeks, and the only request he had was to order a Large Pagliacci CHEESE Pizza. He ate them as a child/teenager/college aged guy, so he hand I have such great memories of Pagliacci Pizza. But, he has never found in Scottsdale a pizza place as great as Pagliacci. We were both really looking forward to this. We also ordered a large Caesar Salad which was great, but the only thing I can say about the Pizza is that it was edible. It had a nice crust, and tomato sauce, but pretty much NO CHEESE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was just awful - worst pizza ever. My son and I were so dissapointed. The order cost him $46 for a horrible pizza. We visited this location around 9pm so it wasn't very busy. We ordered half Hawaiian and half brooklyn bridge. The food took about 20mins or so to arrive which they communicated to us. The restaurant had some movie posters as its decor which kinda not in relation to the brand itself. But that's okay it added its charm. The food though the brooklyn bridge was definitely delicious, but the Hawaiian was just so-so. But I did like the pineapple they used, but we didn't like the Canadian bacon. I resisted but now after second lack of caring incident, I feel compelled to share. Ordered pizza to pickup on Sunday and was told it would be ready in twenty minutes. Because of a previous experience, I did not arrive early. In fact I arrived promptly at the 25 minute mark. I stood in line for another 5 minutes to get to the counter to see if the pickup order for me was ready to pickup. After a contentious round of "what's my name" he looked at me and said let me check. He went to the gentleman staffed to monitor the oven and returned to tell me it would be a mere 3 more minutes. You can obviously tell where this is going, so I will cut to the chase. Twenty minutes later I stood in line at the counter to inquire. The same gentleman and I were off to another round of "what's my name". A second visit to the oven monitoring individual yielded, "its coming right up". This time it actually did come up several minutes later. In the mean time, the counter individual thought he might humor me and ask if I would like a gelato for my trouble. I declined politely and mentioned my humble thanks but insisted I came in for pizza. In particular the pizza I had ordered almost 5 minutes short of an hour previously. No actual apology was offered merely a statement that "we are busy". As a consumer, my first thought would be to resist making a promise you can't keep to your customers. Could have all ended amicably by simply telling me upon ordering, it would be ready in 45 minutes. To close this tale of woe, I should also comment that the prices on the website don't match the price on their menu, which in turn didn't match the price I paid with the operator on the phone. First, I wanted to give shout out to the delivery man who was professional and kind. He made sure I got the items by waiting outside and calling me. I had some bad experiences with Uber Eats delivery so it was extra noticeable. Food: we ordered AGOG Primo, Pesto Primo, and Riso Gelato. Pizza were hot and looked fresh. I definitely recommend AGOG Primo (mushroom lover here) and Riso Gelato (rice gelato? So creamy and not heavy). They also do a weekly community partnership giveaway and we got a set of cupcakes. Definitely another motivation to order from this place as they care about promoting local businesses. My only downside is that this place is bit pricey. A medium size pie for AGOG Primo is $25.99 that can serve 2 people. They do use local ingredients so it's understandable but under $20 would be better. I would order from this place again! It's a fun environment for kids. The toys aren't even in a beat up condition. They look relatively nice. The pizza here is decent but more on the pricier slice. Each slice is about $3.50 depending on what toppings you get. We got a slice of Italiano and rosemary potato. The flavors were unique but the toppings were sparse. I think I got two bits of chicken on the italiano one. Crust is good. I wouldn't say their pizza is exceptional. The staff here seem to keep to themselves or are more reserved but if you initiate conversation, they seem to be friendlier. read more

The online ordering through their website is easy with our past selections saved automatically- in case we forgot what we last ordered. The menu is diverse with various selections and puts a whole new spin on gourmet. The estimated time has been spot on for pick up and the pizza remains piping hot. The pizza crust is thin, slight crispy and chewy covered in tomato sauce, stretchy cheese, lotsa pepperoni/ sausage, peppers, mushrooms and olives...everything perfectly balanced. The first bite is heavenly and after the second slice you question if it's really too indulgent to have another whole slice. The success of this pie is in the crust which is light with heavy toppings without being weighted down nor soggy. As for the leftovers..we don't want to be too greedy and finish this in one sitting...remains tasty and still so satisfying delicious. Pagliacci is one of my top choices for pizza delivery in the greater Seattle area. Their ingredients are higher in quality compared to a lot of other delivery chains, plus I'm a fan of the crust and topping options. I placed my order and paid online, which was easy enough. For build your own pies you select the cheese pizza option, then you can choose toppings for a full pie or do half and half for some more variety, which I did. For the first half I chose onions, tomatoes (baked on), spinach (baked on), Kalamata olives, and imported peppers. Feeling like something a little different I chose green bell peppers, tomatoes (baked on), onions, and pineapple... that combo is surprisingly great, don't hate haha. With the delivery fee, tax, and a 20% tip the large custom pizza came to $50... which is a bit pricey for pizza but taking into account it fed 3 people and came with two delectable Cupcake Royale cupcakes for the local partner special I wasn't complaining. After I placed my order they gave me an estimated delivery time and noted that they would drop it off outside our front door, works for me! Before the estimated delivery time an employee called politely letting me know that after double checking our order before driving it over, they accidentally put the olives on the wrong half and we had the option to take the pizza as is, or they could make us a new one, which would take a little longer. I was sitting in the sun enjoying a hard seltzer, and clearly not going anywhere anytime soon so I said we'd be happy to wait for the corrected pie. The new pizza ended up arriving just shortly after the first time estimate with the mouth-watering cupcakes alongside. It was hot and exactly how we ordered. The pizza could have been cooked for another minute or two but it was still satisfying enough. Cupcake Royale packaged up a dance party (white cake with pink buttercream frosting) and salted caramel chocolate cupcake to go along with every pizza order that day.
