We ordered delivery and tried Flying Pie for the first time. The pizza was different from what we usually get, so it was interesting to try. It tasted fine, but it was not a hit with the fam. The garlic bread was good.

Had a 12" veg for lunch. Enough for 2-3. Toppings were fresh and abundant. I could not see or taste any sauce. Plenty of cheese though. The crust was ok, nothing special.

Ordered a giant slice of Hawaiian pizza and it came out super hot, fresh, loaded with toppings, and perfectly cheesy! The mango with chamoy and tajin was so ripe and delicious too. We did have to wait a few minutes for the pizza to be ready but it was so worth it. A meal here for 1 person will probably run you $15. Will definitely come back to this quaint pizza spot next time I'm over in Issaquah.

Office lunch, our boss wanted our team to tire Flying Pie pizza. I tired the combo slice and slice of ham&pineapple. It is good. The ingredients are fresh. Everything tasted proportionately. Each bite got the toppings, sauce and cheese. I was full after two slices and could use a nap after that.

We ordered online and it said it would take about 30 minutes. We did notice the menu ingredients online for make your own pizza didn't quite match the online order form. We asked in the comments section for them to add roasted red peppers if they had them since it wasn't listed. We ordered one Miss Piggy 16" pizza and one make your own: thing crust, pepperoni, meatballs, mushrooms, roasted red peppers with red sauce. If you order online and spend more than $35 be sure to add the coupon code "FREEPIZZA" for a 12" free cheese pizza. The bill came to $79.20 for two 16" pizzas...honestly it's a ton of money for two pizzas for four people. Knowing we also were getting a 12" pizza made it a bit more tolerable for the cost. But let's be honest- $5-6 PER TOPPING is just crazy when the basic pizza begins at $22. They were ready when we drove over. They are tasty and were not overcooked. BUT the make your own pizza was thin crust on the order and the crust looked exactly the same as the Miss Piggy thick crust so that was confusing. The amount of ingredients was good- thank goodness because $5-6 per topping is a bit insane. For me it's the taste of the pizza that gives it 4 stars along with the coupon code giving us an additional 12" pizza...the cost of the pizzas was 2 stars for me. I want workers to get a living wage but costs have gone up to a ridiculous amount for everything lately- even pizza. My husband said they have certain pizzas each day (pizza of the day) that are discounted and if we had gotten the Miss Piggy pizza on Wednesday it would have been $19.97 for the year they opened 1997. I see us ordering from them again but we will be strategic in ordering on the pizza of the day and/or coupon code for free cheese pizza.

1/2 Vegetarian 1/2 Primo Pesto Zappi no feta

I came here for dine in last night, but we ended up doing take out because they require vaccination for dine in and not everyone was. It took about 45min for our order to be ready and we were able to wait inside for our order, but it was so worth the wait! We had 1/2 vegetarian and 1/2 pesto (no feta) and I think the vegetarian was my favorite, although they were both tantalizing. The crust was the best part! Thick, golden brown and chewy. It was loaded with all of the toppings of a combo and I loved the addition of the fresh tomato. With a side of ranch it was the perfect slice of pizza! The pesto was also amazing. Smothered in artichoke hearts, tasty pesto, olives, mushrooms and tomatoes. 10/10 pizza!!

Don't lick your screen!

Wow! Great pizza! Great service! If it's "good" Pizza you're looking for, try Flying Pie. By far the best Pizza I've had in a very long time. The budget pizza places fill a void but for a few $$ more you can eat a great pizza that will fill you up. I had the Combo2 w/Alfredo Sauce, Pepperoni, Sausage, Onions, Mushrooms, and Black Olives. Generous amount of toppings, very good crust and cooked to perfection. The Sausage was bite size pieces instead of the pea size like the other places. Mine was carryout to pick up after 10:00 (they close at 10). A young lady met me at the door to unlock and let me in. Very helpful and kind. Try it!!

I'd heard a lot about this place from word of mouth and wanted to try it with my fiancé since we've recently moved to the area. We went for lunch and we're able to seat ourselves quickly! We ordered 12 Italian mild wings, a 12 inch supreme #1, and their mac and cheese with chicken and bacon. The appetizers arrived in 15 minutes, and the pizza came hot in 25 minutes but everything came out piping hot! The big wave ale I had cold and the staff were very nice to us! I think we'll definitely be back again! Their pizza was especially delicious! Crust was crispy and the spicy sausage was amazing! The mac and cheese could have used more seasoning, but the wings were crispy and tasty! We also must say that the atmosphere was really laidback, sports channel on was great, and their decorations gave me dive bar vibes! Awesome time!

I've dined in and ordered takeout and I think their menu is just way too big and varied to do anything right and well. When I ordered takeout, I ordered the sirloin steak. It was overcooked and tough, and the potatoes were lumpy and undercooked. My dine in experience was better and I ordered the chicken fried fillet (NOT a steak to be clear, it's made with chicken) and while the portion of meat was small, it was fried well. The gravy was a little sad but it wasn't the worst I've had. Each time I've been in, the place looks empty, which doesn't feel like a good sign for them. The service is fine, albeit a little slow at times, but maybe they struggle with staffing such a large (and empty) restaurant. The location is great and there's plenty of parking available, so hopefully they turn things around!

The menu had a nice variety so we ordered 2 orders of the smoked lox & bagel that were really good other than not enough cream cheese which they brought out more for us. We also shared the turkey melt that was really tasty with lots of turkey & the fries were crispy & delicious that came with it. The owner was so friendly & attentive & asked if we'd like complimentary home ice cream with mango that was amazing & so generous of him! All of the food & drink presentations were just beautiful. We'll be back to try more on the menu!

My friend lives nearby and has been several times but this is my first time coming - I'll definitely be back when a soccer game brings me out to the Preston/Issaquah area. My friend ordered a salad and an iced tea, I had a coffee and a tuna melt on GF bread. Not a normal order by me at all but I was craving a sandwich for some reason and it was really good. Not too much mayo, good crunch and tanginess with the pickles. Fries were well seasoned and fried. Super affordable, nice easy spot to catch up and have a good bite to eat. What's not to like? My only small complaint is their house made ketchup - sweeter and runnier than I'd like and unfortunately, they don't carry any other type of ketchup.

Sadly they were out of their corn chowder by 6:30. My friend happily scarfed down her entire porkchop, which she was impressed to have done as they're quite large chops! I was not 100 percent sold on their interpretation of bread pudding but that was more a personal style preference than a bad item. Our server was great - friendly and checked in on us but not so much as to interrupt conversation. It's a fairly large restaurant and was bustling on a Saturday night. I will say if you have an important conversation to have, probably not the right place as it's quite noisy, especially if you're near the kitchen. Or ask to move to the patio, if the weather is good! If you want a busy place with a community feeling, this is perfect.

The coffee was hot, and there seemed to be quite a few regulars who came in often because the waitstaff seemed to know them by name. They had tons of breakfast options, including waffles, French toast, and pancakes, along with some more unusual choices like a pulled pork breakfast burrito and a breakfast quesadilla. They also had plenty of classic diner favorites, including eggs Benedict, steak and eggs, and chicken-fried steak. I ended up going with the veggie omelette, which came with pancakes. The food came out quickly, and everything was delicious. The omelette was packed with vegetables, and the pancakes were fluffy and came with maple syrup. There was so much food that I could only finish half of the omelette and one pancake, so I took the rest home for later. I also checked out their lunch menu, which had burgers and other diner favorites like a triple-decker club sandwich, Ruben, turkey melt, and a variety of sides Overall, great food, great service, and exactly the kind of traditional diner experience I was looking for.

So, I decided to try it out. I ordered The Dominic on the regular MOD crust. I have to first say that the service was amazing! Like truly friendly. I felt as if I had just walked into the local pizza parlor. And by some of the reviews I read it seems to be that in the Issaquah Highlands. The pizza crust was perfectly thin and cooked so well. I chose a pizza with an alfredo sauce and already chosen toppings as I did not feel like deciding. But of course, you can chose your own toppings. The pizza comes with a drizzle of your choice of sauces. I chose pesto. It is a huge restaraunt with loads of good vibes from the artwork to the seating arrangements.
