The edge of the crust is thick and fluffy, but the main crust is super thin like 1/8-1/4"which is my only complaint. Pizza is similar to NY pizza for the fact that it's super floppy. Been dealing with them for years, because they're the only real place in town. They never cook the pie... Ever. I, honestly, don't know how they haven't been hit with a health code violation. There is no evidence that they even own 1 oven that was designed to make pizza. (It's important to remember that I'm not using hyperbole.) Also, if you ask for no mushrooms - there will be mushrooms. Or Your pizza will have some areas with some of your ingredients while other areas totally empty AND it will have been cut so-terribly that you openly wonder at how many medical issues the person doing it actually has. I love this place and so does my very finicky son! They have really good pizza, breadsticks and salads. Much better than any National chain - by a wide margin. Just to get this out of the way, they don't have any inside seating and they have a very limited drink selection - basically just a few soft drinks but no juice for the kids; just water. Those are the only very small nits I cash think of. They have awesome salads with fresh ingredients (no store-bought salads like Papa Johns) and really good pizza and breadsticks. Even their peppers, parmesan and salad dressings are fresh and not packages from the store which makes a huge difference in the taste. Whenever the husband and I move to a new area there are always a few priorities to immediately nail down: Get internet set up, make sure all cats are accounted for, locate nearest gluten free pizza place. Frankie's was our first, and only, pizza spot we've frequented since moving to North Bend and we see no reason to explore further! They have an easy online ordering system where you can create a profile to facilitate the ease of future orders. They also send coupons frequently and we just absofruitly feel obligated to use them every time! We've only ever ordered delivery from them and are consistently impressed with how quickly our noms arrive to our porch. They offer gluten free pizza with understandable risk for cross contamination; however, they really do their best to minimize it! The first few times we ordered online they called us to make sure the precautions they were taking was enough to reduce my risk of getting sick, Just. Amazing. They keep the pizza separate from wheat gluten pizzas during the whole process and utilize separate utensils. I'm happy to report that while I may occasionally not feel well after eating their pizza, it is Always because I devoured the whole darn pie in one sitting and Never because of gluten! In two occasions, we placed a large party order for a scheduled pickup only to show up and be told that they forgot to enter the order or make the pizza. The first time, I thought sure, everyone makes a mistake, so I've given another shot. The second time around I asked to speak to a manager who just decided to blame it on the staff for not doing their job. The buck stops with you. No longer a fan of this chain. They must have changed the type of cheese they use in the last couple of years. It tastes cheap now. It is definitely overpriced. When I go inside to pick up my order, they take their sweet time to acknowledge me. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have also messed up my order on numerous occasions. I also really enjoy their veggie pizza and options for veggie lovers =D Its located in a strip mall across the way from the outlet shopes. Its my favourite spot if I'm coming from the mountains or a day of retail shopping. It tends to be busy for lunch and early dinner so be prepared to wait. I ordered pizza tonight for pickup and took it home and the pizza in my order looked wrong from what I ordered. I called in and they said they would remake it. When I went back in, I brought the pizza. I believe it was a manager that then helped me and she advised I had clicked on "veggie pesto" but she understood I wanted the "chicken pesto" so she was remaking it for me. I said she totally didn't have to since it was my mistake and she said it was already in the oven. She said I could take both. I apologized and thanked her for correcting my mistake in ordering. TL;DR: pizza was good, but give them your order number when picking up and not just your name. I tried Frankie's last week, placing my order online for pickup. The estimated time was 20 minutes, but said it might be longer during a rush. Since it was Friday evening during dinner time, I thought they might be a little busy, so I showed up after 30 minutes. I have the clerk my name, he looked around and told me it would be about 7 minutes, so I grabbed a seat and waited. 30 minutes later, after lots of people came and went, I finally was handed an order that had been sitting in a warming bag since I arrived. Halfway through my wait, I had heard someone give their order number instead of name and I realized that their number was 15 orders after mine. I didn't go ask because I had a bigger order and thought that some of it might have taken longer. The person at the counter actually checked the computer for the order number instead of just looking around for names, so that is definitely the way to go. I was frustrated when I left. However, when I got home, the pizza was still pretty tasty. My whole family was happy with their food and we'll definitely order again. Lesson learned. Give them your order number so that they chalk check the computer and you might not have to wait for an order that is already done. read more

So I'll start by saying I love the pizza, but the takeout service leaves a lot to be desired. I went in to pick up my pizza, they ask my name, told me it was almost ready, and I waited. While I waited several people came in without masks and they never said a thing to them. I also saw them give one guy the wrong pizza and when he realized and brought it back inside, The girl behind the counter took it back and handed it back to the correct person, without any offer to remake a pizza that had gone out and come back in. They then forgot to give another guy a salad, and finally I asked about my pizza again to find out it was ready the whole time. The original girl was clueless and didn't even look in the right place. Sorry Frankies, but you have to do better training and teach basic customer service. read more
