The pizza was very tasty and arrived fresh. The dough was soft and the sauce had a great flavor. The only thing I would change is adding a little more toppings. read more

To start off they have a great website with an easy to navigate online ordering process, they offer delivery without it being subbed out to uber. We ordered a create your own pizza w/chicken, Canadian bacon, onions, light jalapeños, with olive oil and garlic sauce. It was delicious!! Only 2 slices survived the night! read more

They will take your money online and your order. Then not give you food in return. Told us to make another purchase of 100$. We didn't and the previous order never came off. This is a stealing scam. You can talk to there 18yr old manager who can't take care of the issue. Don't go here! He said this has happened before. read more

Random find on our way back from snowboarding. Pizza is huge, fed 4 people and delicious! We got half cheese half BBQ chicken. The edge of the crust is thick and fluffy, but the main crust is super thin like 1/8-1/4"which is my only complaint. Pizza is similar to NY pizza for the fact that it's super floppy. They're isn't any seating inside so it's a pickup or delivery only place. We just ate in the car. read more

Love the pizza, but EVERY time we order pickup, it's a good 15-20 min later than what they sa. Lesson I learned tonight...Don't grab ice cream bars just before grabbing your pizza. It won't be ready on time. read more

We ran into this spot after a day on the trails. The gentleman who greeted us has great customer services. Just love a place where your greeted with kindness. So many choices to choose from. We got three 8 inch personal pizzas, bread sticks and a salad. When I say we wish we would of gotten a bigger pie. All three taste was fresh and delicious. Recommend to try if ever in the area where there is a location. read more

The pizza was very good, the crust is unbelievably good, the service was great and quick, and the atmosphere was very nice, I recommend, the only downside is the price. Overall it's very good read more

Solid pizza place in town. Pick up or delivery only. Ordered the medium size Super Kahuna pizza and it was ready in 20 minutes. Two people can finish the pie if hungry. The pizza was tasty and had plenty of toppings. The dough is on the thicker side and the cheese is pretty mild. read more

Unsure why this is popular amongst locals. Ordered twice to give it a go- still dry, tastes OKAY and not worth the $.

The pizza was great. The cheese bread was a nice side. Delivery took 30-45 minutes. You have the option to order online or call. The staff was friendly and I look forward to going back. read more

I love this place and so does my very finicky son! They have really good pizza, breadsticks and salads. Much better than any National chain - by a wide margin. Just to get this out of the way, they don't have any inside seating and they have a very limited drink selection - basically just a few soft drinks but no juice for the kids; just water. Those are the only very small nits I cash think of. They have awesome salads with fresh ingredients (no store-bought salads like Papa Johns) and really good pizza and breadsticks. Even their peppers, parmesan and salad dressings are fresh and not packages from the store which makes a huge difference in the taste. They offer online and contactless options for check out and delivery. One of the best places to eat in North Band by far. And at great prices, too. read more

No sit down but one of the best pies I've ever eaten. And they put cheeze over the toppings so they don't roll off. Highly recommended.

I love Frankie's!!! I go there all the time!!! One time the pizza wasn't all the way cooked on the bottom. It was doughy. When I called them, they were super nice and fixed it with no questions asked!! Love them, love the pizza! read more

Been dealing with them for years, because they're the only real place in town. They never cook the pie... Ever. I, honestly, don't know how they haven't been hit with a health code violation. There is no evidence that they even own 1 oven that was designed to make pizza. (It's important to remember that I'm not using hyperbole.) Also, if you ask for no mushrooms - there will be mushrooms. Or Your pizza will have some areas with some of your ingredients while other areas totally empty AND it will have been cut so-terribly that you openly wonder at how many medical issues the person doing it actually has. (It's important to remember that I'm not using hyperbole.) Also, giant hairs baked into the cheese. In multiple pieces. I'm being serious, though... Seriously trashy food. read more

Frankie's has great pizza, and I also enjoy their wings. The staff are fast and friendly, and somehow manage to keep up with the high demand on all the busy nights. It's pretty much a takeout or delivery type of spot, so don't plan on looking for tables! read more

Whenever the husband and I move to a new area there are always a few priorities to immediately nail down: Get internet set up, make sure all cats are accounted for, locate nearest gluten free pizza place. Frankie's was our first, and only, pizza spot we've frequented since moving to North Bend and we see no reason to explore further! They have an easy online ordering system where you can create a profile to facilitate the ease of future orders. They also send coupons frequently and we just absofruitly feel obligated to use them every time! We've only ever ordered delivery from them and are consistently impressed with how quickly our noms arrive to our porch. They offer gluten free pizza with understandable risk for cross contamination; however, they really do their best to minimize it! The first few times we ordered online they called us to make sure the precautions they were taking was enough to reduce my risk of getting sick, Just. Amazing. They keep the pizza separate from wheat gluten pizzas during the whole process and utilize separate utensils. I'm happy to report that while I may occasionally not feel well after eating their pizza, it is Always because I devoured the whole darn pie in one sitting and Never because of gluten! Their pizzas are delicious and perfectly satisfying. Just don't eat the whole thing in the first 10 mins like I can't help doing. Solid spot for anyone to crush on for their pizza needs. read more

The pizza isn't great, the service isn't good, and they don't follow even the simplest instructions such as "light cheese". It's been getting progressively worse over the years, which is probably why we've continued to buy it for longer than we should have. read more

Ordered pizza to take in the car for a 6hr drive. Ordered: Frankie's special (no olives), cheesy Styx Pros: service was friendly and fast. Good amount of toppings. Styx we're amazing! Cons: sauce is a bit too sweet for me. Prices are a bit high for type of pizza. Overall: won't order again just due to my sauce preference being on the more spicy side vs sweet. read more

Okay. Sauce is a tad too sweet and the dough a bit too chewy. But I would eat there again. read more

No longer a fan of this chain. They must have changed the type of cheese they use in the last couple of years. It tastes cheap now. It is definitely overpriced. When I go inside to pick up my order, they take their sweet time to acknowledge me. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have also messed up my order on numerous occasions. I am not a big pizza person but my family likes pizza so we used to order from here because of it's convenient location. You're better off just buying a frozen pizza and baking at home if you're feeling lazy. read more

This became a little go to pizza spot on the way home from skiing at Snoqualmie in the winter. Hit the spot pizza. Seems staffed by nice local kids. Dough a little fluffy for my taste but good value. read more

This is one of the most inefficient places I have ever seen. In two occasions, we placed a large party order for a scheduled pickup only to show up and be told that they forgot to enter the order or make the pizza. The first time, I thought sure, everyone makes a mistake, so I've given another shot. The second time around I asked to speak to a manager who just decided to blame it on the staff for not doing their job. The buck stops with you. Horrible customer service and I'm definitely not going to waste my time with them anymore. Hopefully we can get some competition in the neighborhood.... Insane read more

Quite possibly the most incompetent run business around. Good luck getting your order correct. I've called and mgmt was rude and not helpful at all. I feel sorry for the kids working there as their management obviously only cares about $$ and not about their customers. Go somewhere else. read more

Highly recommend - Lemon Pepper Chicken Pizza! Never had something like this, and was super happy (paired it with Beer from Volition Brewery) In my opinion, North Bend didn't have a lot of great food options so this was definitely a great find :D My husband and I got a to-go 12 inch medium pizza and believe it or not, finished the whole thing!! Another pizza joint fails. Too bad. Frankies has been a favorite for decades. Recent fast food employees are just pathetic. Orders are ALWAYS fouled up followed by poor customer service. Frankies was LAST place for FOOD in North Bend. All others serve crap and serve it badly. Stay away from North Bend! They have a peththora of extremely incompetitant and uncaring aka Brain dead, FOOD SERVICE "workers." $30 for a pie is absurd. $30 for a pie made badly and incorectly? Memorable. Great pizza! Great Service! This is a takeout restaurant only so no ambiance. Excellent food!

249 Main Ave. South Ste. A North Bend, WA 98045 Phone:425-888-4477 www.northbend.frankies-pizza.com Okay, so my typical reviews I prefer the non-chain businesses with unique atomospheres located in hidden out of the way spots. Until recently, I thought this was the only location, but they also have locations in Maple Valley and Bonney Lake. I have only been to this location. I really enjoy their homemade honey mustard salad dressing. It has a nice kick and flavor which keeps me coming back. I also really enjoy their veggie pizza and options for veggie lovers =D Its located in a strip mall across the way from the outlet shopes. Its my favourite spot if I'm coming from the mountains or a day of retail shopping. It tends to be busy for lunch and early dinner so be prepared to wait. Also staff size seems to be small so be patient with service. Its worth the visit! read more

Just great pizza! We got the personal size and it's a great portion and loaded with toppings. Always wonderful customer service as well. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Good, but a little pricier than I anticipated. I always want to scold myself for complaining about price, as I know quality of employees and food rely heavily on prices! However, I have to be honest in this review and I honestly was surprised at the cost of our dinner, as well as the quality of toppings on the pizza. If I were to get pizza there are several other locations I'd go to before here. Pizza is good but I can't justify the cost compared to the other places in town. read more

We just moved to the area. We are very pleased with pizza's so far. the no touch delivery is great. We had 3 different pies so far and all have been really good, great crust plenty of toppings and when you ask for light sauce they get it right. read more

I ordered pizza tonight for pickup and took it home and the pizza in my order looked wrong from what I ordered. I called in and they said they would remake it. When I went back in, I brought the pizza. I believe it was a manager that then helped me and she advised I had clicked on "veggie pesto" but she understood I wanted the "chicken pesto" so she was remaking it for me. I said she totally didn't have to since it was my mistake and she said it was already in the oven. She said I could take both. I apologized and thanked her for correcting my mistake in ordering. It is service like this that keeps me going back as a customer. Thank you Frankie's! read more

Great pizza and service. It was a nice and easy to pick up treat during our stay in North Bend.

This was a great food option for us in the area. Ordering online was easy and fast, and the pizza was at our door in thirty minutes. It was hot and delicious, with just the right amount of cheese and pepperoni. The sauce was super yum, and the crust was crunchy and delicious. I would definitely recommend after eating overpriced and underwhelming options in Snoqualmie for a couple days. read more

Frankie's has always been great, still is. Sometimes the service is off but not the and pizza and pasta! Also a good selection of hot tea.

Always friendly with great service. They make a great and outstanding pizza! I stop on my way back to the Tri-Cities whenever I can. In one way I would love to see one in the Tri-Cities; in another, it is kind of good thing that I do not have access to the great food. ;-) read more
