Eek. Did not try the food, but the gentleman I spoke to on the phone must be angry about life or something. The website, yelp, and google states they are open on M-F starting at 10 a.m. So, I showed up at 10 a.m. because I was hoping to order pizzas for some middle school students (there's a middle school right up the road from here) who really deserved it. The gentleman was, unfortunately, very rude and horrible on the phone. He said "what do you want" to which I replied "to order pizzas..." (this is a pizza place, yes?) he then stated "does it look like we're open? (repeated this 3x's)" to then I replied "no. but your website, yelp, and google states you open at 10." he just then stated "NO WE'RE NOT OPEN." The sad thing is that I would have recommended this place to the entire middle school staff who are always looking for good pizza places, especially for the kids. read more

Less than a mile away, over an hour and a half for delivery.... And cold pizza....I ordered a med pizza just before 11:30 am yesterday for delivery. I had a meeting at 1 o'clock that I had to attend. When I ordered the guy told me my pizza would arrive between 12:15 and 12:30. Ok, that works. I never got the total for my purchase, so I called back and was told "I just stepped away from the register, could I call you back with that total in just a minute?" Ok, well no one ever called me back. 12:30 rolls around and no pizza. 12:45 rolls around and no pizza. I called again, but when the guy answered he immediately said "my we are 6min away". Ok, I tell him I have a meeting in 15 minutes and they need to hurry. 12:56 I call again and was told "I'm right down the street." 1:02 the guy rolls in, pulls my pizza out of his trunk. I asked him what was up with being late over a half an hour and he tells me because its lunch time. Are you kidding me??? That's the reason I was late to my meeting, and got cold pizza??? They have no idea how to run a delivery service. Then I still had to call back after my meeting to figure out how much I paid for my pizza. $25 for cold pizza. Not going back there. We had ordered lunches from here before and the food is ok. Nothing to write home about. The service is awful. The last time we ordered delivery called at 11AM when the website claimed they were open and got no answer, so we called back at 11:15 to make order, for noon delivery, and the man answering was rude. Then when he delivered the order 30 minutes late (we're only about a block away) he said it was because he had so many lunch orders. Why ask when we want it if you can't keep a deadline. Then when my Admin simply asked him about the $2 "plastic charge" the driver (the same person who answered the phone) yelled at her and told her and a coworker that she was rude to him and he "didn't want to deal with her anymore." Our food was late. Like REALLY late. So I was getting a little cranky. While waiting over 30 minutes beyond the promised delivery time, I was tempted to give a 1-star rating. I was STARVING. It's not like I'm being ridiculous and impatient--we called in the order three hours ahead of time to make sure it would arrive in time for a company lunch. Not to mention, we're less a mile away. Thankfully, we weren't feeding clients. Despite the wait, I was really happy with the food. It was delicious. We got a meat lover's and a veggie pizza and both were tasty, nice crust, and the sausage on the meat pizza was excellent. The green salad was fresh, AND came with several kinds of dressing. They were also the only place in the area that would deliver pizza during lunchtime and for a reasonable minimum ($12). So bonus points for that. I just hope they can be a little quicker to the draw next time...I still love delivery and want to try this again. Oh, and please do something about that website. The navigation is really terrible. Just let me click on "menu" and get to the menu. I don't need Flash-for-the-sake-of-Flash. I just want some lunch! read more

I ordered looking at the online menu and I ended up paying at least $2.00 more for every item I ordered I bought food for co workers at Andes up being a difference of $24.00 that I paid extra off six items 2 people ordered the same exact thing and even the price of the 2 same items were different. The only thing that is stopping me from giving these guys 5 stars is the fact that their delivery time is excruciatingly slow. (though their delivery car is this cute little smart car - it's adorable!) Every bit of food that I've had there is excellent so far. This last go around I tried the Gusto Mexicana pizza, not knowing completely what to expect, and I was very impressed by their "not your average taco on a pizza" take on it. I felt it had just enough spice, though jalapenos come on the side if you need them, and it was warm and gooey and delicious. I really like their crust too! It's chewy without being "bready" like pizza hut. Other favorites: the carnissima and the margherita pizzas... the Alfredo lasagna is next on the list. :o) read more

I really wish I would have read these reviews BEFORE I placed an order for delivery at work!!!! First of all, THEY dropped off menus at our building - so am I wrong to assume that they know where we are located? I was told our order would arrive in 45 mins. An hour later I called to ask about it and was told it would be there in 10 mins. Half an hour after that I called again and was told the driver wasn't sure if we were on the north or south side of the street. We were hungry, and now it was way past our lunchtime : ( And just like a previous review, he dropped it off so fast that I didn't get a chance to say A SINGLE WORD to him - he practically ran out of our office!! The food was still hot and fresh, which makes me suspect that it had just been prepared and delivered during MY LAST CALL...
