After two separate visits we likely will not be returning. Our party was not told that drink refills were no longer free and we're surprised to see such a large bill. We asked if this was an error and were told that they've changed the policy and they now charge for soda refills. One of us held up our drink to show that it was mostly ice and the gentleman replied "Madam truthfully I barely added any ice" well, the photo clearly shows otherwise. We won't be returning.

Food was amazing! Def recommend the tortellini and also the rigatoni con Prosciutto. The bread is the clear winner so make sure you ask for it

Amazing food and vibes, especially at Christmas Eve. To my surprise, I successfully reserved a table on Christmas Eve afternoon!

Firenze is a busy place, full of energy and life. The food is fabulous, bursting with flavor that makes your taste buds pop. Good wine selection. Set in a strip mall type area. Plenty of parking. Good Italian food.

My son loves pasta - vegetarian pasta. So this new year, I ventured out a place we can add to his list of places to go for a treat. To be honest we started out with search for pancakes, but happily ended going for pasta. We were the first customers and promptly seated. We ordered bruscetta al pomodero, fried champignon cortini , spaghetti in red sauce and melanzana soup. My son loved the pasta and I loved the soup. The appetizers were okay. We finished up decadent tiramisu and both our tummies and hearts were full. My rating - Price - 3 stars (definitely on the expensive side) Ambience - 3 stars Service - 4 stars Taste - 4 stars Happy to have something other than asian cuisine to look forward to.

If you want a taste of Italy or you want to be reminded of your travels in Italy, Firenze is the spot! I love the cozy ambiance that remind me of being in Italy. It's quite fancy in here with dim lighting and I'm here for it! The wait staff is super polite and they even take your coats for you. Food was pretty good. The bread was amazing and I loved how sweet the balsamic was. The bolognese was flavorful and the pizza was delicious. My only gripes were that the pizza had a lot of flour on the bottom and the fact that the bread basket was $6. Otherwise, it's a great Italian restaurant.

    Carbonara with pancetta

I absolutely loved this restaurant! I just happened to be parked across the street so went in to give it a try and it was so amazed! Honestly, the best carbonara I have ever had and that's generally what I try at all Italian restaurants. I would give this restaurant five stars for food, service, and ambience! Thank you!!

Our food was bland and sloppy as though the kitchen gave up caring about flavor or delivery. It may be an off day. The service was fine but the food was lackluster at best. We started with the bread appetizer, which was stale, dry and not the house made bread pictured on their website. The caesar salad lettuce looked like it left over stalks thrown hastily on a plate. I had a special, the puttanesca with prawns, and my wife tried the carbonara with prawns. Both dishes lacked flavor. Honestly it seemed to me that the kitchen gave up caring the day that we went, and I regret spending money and time on a Sunday dinner there. The service was fine, but the food was a letdown, to say the least.

Penne alla vodka with peas and mushrooms - not on the menu but special made for me!

Really liked the penne alla vodka which they made for me even though it's not on the menu! It was delicious and hit the spot. My husband enjoyed his spaghetti carbonara although it was too cheesy for me. Service was great , attentive and fast! Cute spot by the movie theater and was not crowded on a Monday night.

    Linguine Vongole
    James A.

I want to support Italian restaurants but the serving size for the Linguine Vongolle is the smallest portion I have ever seen. $26 for the pasta and $7 for chicken breast for a total of $33 and the portion didn't even fill me up half way. Good thing you gave me bread.

We had been here a few times about 2-3 years ago and we thought this place was pretty good. Then my bf and I went here for Seattle Restaurant week several months ago and we were just severely unimpressed. Almost everything was off - textures, flavors, etc. even the tiramisu was meh and I'm a big dessert person! The only thing I really appreciate about this place is the service. The only server working at the time told us right away that they're short- staffed and to please be patient, so we were. We understand things happen and pandemics happen so we were ok waiting. I would love to give this place another try but I just hope that they work on their menu.

Despite having lived near Crossroads for so long, I've simply never had the chance to come here! The ambiance of the place is great -- just what you'd expect from a homey joint tucked into the side of the mall. The staff was friendly and treated us with an uplifting attitude! I ordered the Linguini alle Vongole and my boyfriend got the Fettucine al Salmone -- we split one of their breads as well. Very thoughtful service! I got a tiny fork and bowl to put my clam shells, which was helpful. Would definitely come again! They're also so awesome for participating and being knowledgeable in the PRIME program.

Great service and a nice decor, but the food was not impressive at all! We were so happy when all plates arrived together to the table for main dish, right? Everything was almost cold, not tasty and... I cook better! Let us know when the chef is replaced please.

The chef cooks really fast; so, we were impressed. Food quality: we ordered Dungeness crabs and the menu has no price except "Market price". After all, all raw food prices are determined by the market, don't they? So, what does it mean? When a seafood restaurant says market price, it implies the price is determined by the local market, since they are fresh catch and the prices changes almost everyday. When we were served the crabs, one bite into the center, it was cold, almost frozen. OK, someone doesn't know how to cook crabs. So, I skipped the center of the crabs and go to the legs. The meat in the legs are still sweet (which is good), like most crab meat, but there were stringy and do not have the firm succulent texture of a fresh catch. And, the after taste has a slight fishy smell. No fresh crabs have fishy smell. I have eaten many Dungeness crabs in my life, and have bought fresh live ones and cook them myself. They do not taste like this. These tasted like they were in the freezer for weeks, may be months. I have no idea where they source their crabs but 3-4 bites of it did not convince me that these were fresh catch but looks like the owners had the confidence to demand MARKET PRICE when they were frozen crabs. Verdict: will I return? Definitely no. I want to see some honesty, please.

It's nice that Crawfish Chef is fairly close to where I live. My party of 5 came here at 1:45pm on a Sunday. Parking was plentiful at this time in the strip mall. I was surprised at how many people were there considering it was just past lunchtime, but we were able to get seated immediately. The menu has the usual Viet-Cajun flare, where you want to eat seafood boil or items cooked from the kitchen. I noticed that there was the option to order headless shrimp for those of you who are squeamish about shrimp heada. I ordered a pound of head-on shrimp with added corn tossed in House Sauce at Medium Spicy. The shrimp had nice texture, the corn was sweet and the sauce was pretty decent. We were provided gloves which was very nice. The server was very attentive and refilled my drink when she saw it was getting low. Overall, we had a nice experience and thought this place was pretty solid. If I had one suggestion it would be to have a stock of wet naps considering that this is the type of establishment where you eat with your hands and there is no sink outside of the bathroom.
