After two separate visits we likely will not be returning. Our party was not told that drink refills were no longer free and we're surprised to see such a large bill. We asked if this was an error and were told that they've changed the policy and they now charge for soda refills. One of us held up our drink to show that it was mostly ice and the gentleman replied "Madam truthfully I barely added any ice" well, the photo clearly shows otherwise. We won't be returning.

Food was amazing! Def recommend the tortellini and also the rigatoni con Prosciutto. The bread is the clear winner so make sure you ask for it

Amazing food and vibes, especially at Christmas Eve. To my surprise, I successfully reserved a table on Christmas Eve afternoon!

Firenze is a busy place, full of energy and life. The food is fabulous, bursting with flavor that makes your taste buds pop. Good wine selection. Set in a strip mall type area. Plenty of parking. Good Italian food.

My son loves pasta - vegetarian pasta. So this new year, I ventured out a place we can add to his list of places to go for a treat. To be honest we started out with search for pancakes, but happily ended going for pasta. We were the first customers and promptly seated. We ordered bruscetta al pomodero, fried champignon cortini , spaghetti in red sauce and melanzana soup. My son loved the pasta and I loved the soup. The appetizers were okay. We finished up decadent tiramisu and both our tummies and hearts were full. My rating - Price - 3 stars (definitely on the expensive side) Ambience - 3 stars Service - 4 stars Taste - 4 stars Happy to have something other than asian cuisine to look forward to.

    Carbonara with pancetta

I absolutely loved this restaurant! I just happened to be parked across the street so went in to give it a try and it was so amazed! Honestly, the best carbonara I have ever had and that's generally what I try at all Italian restaurants. I would give this restaurant five stars for food, service, and ambience! Thank you!!

Our food was bland and sloppy as though the kitchen gave up caring about flavor or delivery. It may be an off day. The service was fine but the food was lackluster at best. We started with the bread appetizer, which was stale, dry and not the house made bread pictured on their website. The caesar salad lettuce looked like it left over stalks thrown hastily on a plate. I had a special, the puttanesca with prawns, and my wife tried the carbonara with prawns. Both dishes lacked flavor. Honestly it seemed to me that the kitchen gave up caring the day that we went, and I regret spending money and time on a Sunday dinner there. The service was fine, but the food was a letdown, to say the least.

    Linguine Vongole
    James A.

I want to support Italian restaurants but the serving size for the Linguine Vongolle is the smallest portion I have ever seen. $26 for the pasta and $7 for chicken breast for a total of $33 and the portion didn't even fill me up half way. Good thing you gave me bread.

If you want a taste of Italy or you want to be reminded of your travels in Italy, Firenze is the spot! I love the cozy ambiance that remind me of being in Italy. It's quite fancy in here with dim lighting and I'm here for it! The wait staff is super polite and they even take your coats for you. Food was pretty good. The bread was amazing and I loved how sweet the balsamic was. The bolognese was flavorful and the pizza was delicious. My only gripes were that the pizza had a lot of flour on the bottom and the fact that the bread basket was $6. Otherwise, it's a great Italian restaurant.

Penne alla vodka with peas and mushrooms - not on the menu but special made for me!
    Melissa C.

Really liked the penne alla vodka which they made for me even though it's not on the menu! It was delicious and hit the spot. My husband enjoyed his spaghetti carbonara although it was too cheesy for me. Service was great , attentive and fast! Cute spot by the movie theater and was not crowded on a Monday night.

Despite having lived near Crossroads for so long, I've simply never had the chance to come here! The ambiance of the place is great -- just what you'd expect from a homey joint tucked into the side of the mall. The staff was friendly and treated us with an uplifting attitude! I ordered the Linguini alle Vongole and my boyfriend got the Fettucine al Salmone -- we split one of their breads as well. Very thoughtful service! I got a tiny fork and bowl to put my clam shells, which was helpful. Would definitely come again! They're also so awesome for participating and being knowledgeable in the PRIME program.

We had been here a few times about 2-3 years ago and we thought this place was pretty good. Then my bf and I went here for Seattle Restaurant week several months ago and we were just severely unimpressed. Almost everything was off - textures, flavors, etc. even the tiramisu was meh and I'm a big dessert person! The only thing I really appreciate about this place is the service. The only server working at the time told us right away that they're short- staffed and to please be patient, so we were. We understand things happen and pandemics happen so we were ok waiting. I would love to give this place another try but I just hope that they work on their menu.

We started with a pillow pasta that I believe has been renamed a couple times but is essentially ricotta ravioli with a creamy white sauce, corn and herbs, absolutely delicious combination of flavors and texture... will remember and come back this place specifically for that! My one complaint is that there were not a lot of healthy options that had high protein and fiber, so it'll be a little difficult to make this regular spot. The Burrata app was amazing - perfect combo of fresh pesto and tomato jam - I could have licked the plate. For mains, we shared the Gnudi (Primi) and Beef Tenderloin (Secundi). The gnudi were pillowy soft and the sausage full of flavor. The beef tenderloin was 8 oz cut, buttery tender, slathered in a mushroom sauce that gave so much flavor. I'd put that against steaks twice the price at some nearby steakhouses. Cantinetta continues to be a favorite.

We ordered the Tortini del melenzane (baked eggplant dish) and rigatoni zii Teresa (pesto cream pasta). The rigatoni was cooked to a nice al dente and had good flavor. The creamy pesto was very tasty and the artichokes and mushrooms were cooked well. The baked eggplant was a little underwhelming but seasoned enough. For dessert we shared the New York style cheesecake which sadly did disappoint. The red sauce drizzled tasted artificial and the cheesecake itself was so so. Edit: we came back a second time because we wanted to try some of the other dishes. I enjoyed my gnocchi. It was very light and had a savory cheesy tomato sauce. The spaghetti pomodoro had a plainer tomato sauce but we liked the al dente cook on the pasta.

So we went 2 days before which worked out better for us anyway. Less crowded in the area. I absolutely loved my seafood pasta with homemade pasta. It was highly recommended by our server. It was rich, creamy and the seafood was so incredibly flavorful. The calamari, shrimp and scallops were cooked perfectly. Which seems difficult in a pasta dish. It was a big portion and I was very happy with it. My husband loved his lamb dish and finished every morsel. He then started in on my dish. He said both were incredible. He ordered the chocolate bomba and I ordered the tiramisu (one of my favs-I always have to try it when it's on the menu). Our waitress (the owner I believe), recommended it. I'm so glad she did. Because I actually preferred the chocolate gelato bomba dessert!! It was a ball of chocolate Gelato covered in hard chocolate. It was so cool, decadent and refreshing after the carb heavy entree. The tiramisu was excellent as well!! Creamy! The service was exceptional and exactly what you hoped for. We will definitely be back for our anniversary dinner.

We did a belated Christmas gift exchange with friends recently and our friends made reservations here. So glad they did! It's literally right down in the main Bellevue Square hub, so we were able to easily park at the mall and make a short walk to Castilla. Vibes were perfect with low lighting but still a bustling atmosphere. Our server (unfortunately forgot his name) kept solid recommendations coming all night and was so funny and personable! As this is a tapas spot, we tried quite a few dishes and split them amongst the table. Mixta Paella: our server promised us that the smaller size paella was good for 2-4 people and man he was RIGHT. The portion was absolutely insane and I don't think we even finished all of it. Everything tasted so fresh and there was so much flavor to the dish. They warn you ahead of time, but plan for the paella to take 30 minutes for them to prepare. Grilled Octopus Leg: Every time I have octopus (which is two times now LOL) I'm a little worried about the texture, but it was prepared beautifully here and the sauce that it was in was delicious. Salmon & Artichoke Dip: I'm a sucker for any type of artichoke dip and this was no exception. Creamy, rich, and great flavor! Beef Medallions: Tender and cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend. Chorizo & Onion Empanada: Another banger. So crispy and the filling was so good! I actually was on the fence about this one but my husband insisted, and it was a good choice. Patatas Aioli: Crispy layered potato with a garlic aioli? I mean, come on. You can't go wrong. Delicious.
