Amazing food, fast service, and easily convenient in Kirkland. Parking is always simple and they do a great job updating when the pizza is being cooked and all that on the app! Ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and it showed up from delivery with barely even the normal amount of cheese. It was mostly dough and overcooked to the point you couldnt even find the sauce on the pizza. And to top it off there were two huge bubbles in the pizza. This is an amazing location! Could not have been happier with my meal! food got to my home super crazy fast. Food quality was AMAZING! And the customer service from the deliver driver was so great. I don't want to leave nastygram, but the phone service and ordering needs remodeling I ordered a sandwich with no cheese (pictures below) because I can't leave work. Those two evening shift phone kids are responsible for this one star rating. One, for arguing over the phone and two for being dishonest. One of them went as far as saying he remembered making mine without cheese. They didn't provide their names. No disrespect to Rob and the drivers. They are always super cool. I accepted the order so nothing bad can be said about delivery. The phone kids were impolite and did not process the order correctly so this really a phone staff issue. read more

Pleasantly surprised with our order this time around. My husband has ordered a few times and always been disappointed but today he enjoyed the meal. We got a hand tossed pizza with the robust sauce and chicken + banana peppers since we had a free medium pizza coupon. Also added a few garlic sauces and the Italian sausage pasta. Everything was pretty good, nothing amazing but to be expected with domino's. He said he's definitely not ordering the other crust styles since they don't turn out as well as the hand tossed. This location is so wonderful ! I often buy pizza for my staff for meetings or busy days. I was literally called as I was driving to pick up a $120 order and told my order could not be completed because they were too busy and under staffed at the 100th Ave location. I called this store and they took care of me immediately. Had my whole order ready to go within 20 mins. I will be ONLY coming to this location from now on! I see a lot of bad reviews here, and I find the trend is with delivery. Tonight was my 3rd time picking up a pizza from this location; all the employees were fast and friendly. I always order online when it comes to pizza or anything similar to fast food as I know this is a densely populated area and the more hands off you are, i.e: requesting delivery, the longer it'll take to get your food. Unprofessional staff member behind the counter needs to work on his verbiage when dealing with customers and should learn to not berate his employees in front of customers. Ordered a pizza tonight for delivery. We were quoted 25-40 minutes. 20 minutes after the order was placed the dominoes tracker said the pizza was inspected and ready to go. Fast forward 30 minutes later and the tracker STILL said the pizza was being inspected. Thank you dominos pizza tracker for alerting me that my pizza was waiting in your shop for 30 minutes getting cold and stale. Very unprofessional staff. Pizza was delivered in 90 minutes and this is the second time it happened. During the first incident , I called this store and lady on the other line hung up on me after asking her why this has been happening. I called right after she hung up on me, where store manager answered the phone where he was very indifferent to my issue and he did not even apologize. This was the worst customer service I have dealt with when I called to order a delivery yesterday afternoon. The girl on the phone not only seemed very bored and ready to get off the phone with me, but I had to repeat my address three times. She continued to insincerely apologize and that it was due to technical difficulties. I also heard her repeatedly asking one of her coworkers what the abbreviation for "Lane" was. Then she asked me for my payment info without telling me the total. When the delivery guy got to our house he notified us that the pizza..had not been paid for. The manager tried to call me but, shockingly, the girl got my phone number wrong despite asking me to repeat it twice for her. Having worked in the industry for about a decade, I completely understand what's it's like to start working at a customer service establishment, especially if it's probably your first job. But the fact that she wasn't sincere and was unprofessional really got to me. read more

If i could i would give it no stars at all with my experience tonight.. where do i start, everything, the driver refused to search for my house which i live right off the street which is not hard to see, the driver never called me, when i called to talk to someone they were extremely rude and disrespectful as well as when i asked for a manager they manager Tim answered with "ok look here its your fault that the pizza was not delivered" in my experience is this how you are supposed to handle a customer? i dont think so, when i asked Tim if i was going to get a refund and he said well you ordered a pizza and im sorry it wasnt delivered but it was your fault. he was extremely rude and disrespectful and when i has asked him to calm down and not be so rude and that i was a customer he replied with " no your not a customer and never will be at my store again i will not service you again and everytime you order it will be canceled" i dont think that is how your supposed to handle things, i asked for his manager and he said he will not give me that because its not my business to know or talk to his manager and that his manager will not do anything because its my fault im sorry but this Tim person needs to be retrained as well as maybe take some classes on how to treat people read more

If I could give less Than one star I would. Ordered pizza and side on line for delivery. Wasn't really paying attention to time at first but realized I had been a while since I had sent the order. Checked their "tracker" and the pizza was showing ready but no delivery. This went on for at least 20 minutes maybe longer. The pizza and side were finally delivered... an hour after I ordered it. The delivery guy was obviously nervous because he didn't even bring the ranch that I paid for. I should have made him take it back right then. But I was hungry so I took it. The pizza was cold and uneatable the cheesy bread was the same. The delivery guy said next time I'd order I get a free side. So for spending $41 for a pizza and side that was delivered so late it wasn't even worth eating I'm going to get a $6.00 side for free? WTF!!!! I should have gotten a full refund! I sent them an email stating that and have heard nothing but crickets. I will NEVER order another item from dominos again. EVER!!! read more

The manager of this store (Will) is AWESOME, and so are his employees! He legitimately cares about people, and it shows - he and his staff are super friendly, and my customer service was second to none! He also has big philanthropic plans for the community, and not just to so he can put the Domino's logo on some posters.
