This is the worst Papa Murphy's I've ever gone to. The two employees didn't have a clue what they were doing. I ordered my 3 items at 1100am to pick up at 130pm. One was not ready they did not have salad dressing I ordered and didn't even ask if I would like another. I paid on line but the said I did not until I had to show them my paid order on my phone. The women behind me bought two pizzas and wanted to use her coupon but they told her it had expired but it had one more day to use. Never again. Can't beat $5 faves and Netflix for our stay home cheap Friday date night. 20 minutes in the oven and we have a hot pie ready to go. It's best to call in your order ahead of time so you just have to purchase once you arrive. No waiting in line. Within 15 minutes, it's generally ready for pick up. This pizza isn't life changing, but if you throw on some parmesan shaker cheese and chili peppers, it's fairly tasty. Staff has always been friendly and quick. My only complaint has more to do with the location than the pizza. The parking lot for this strip mall is terrible. It's very narrow and always full. The spaces on the opposite side of the stores have cars that are backed into the spaces. To me, that translates into store employee's personal cars taking up valuable parking all day and unavailable to shopping patrons. This issue should really be addressed by the strip mall management. This was the worst papa Murphy's experience I've had and I've ordered dozens of times without issue. Tonya refused to add extra sauce or garlic to our order. What I took issue with was her lack of service recovery. She did not apologize or attempt to offer an explanation. She also insisted that it would take 20 minutes to make this order. As you can see in the image, our order number was 10001, which I assume makes us the first order of the day. The order was ready in 5 minutes, but we waited in the cold outside for 15 more minutes, assuming it was someone else's pizza. The pizza had less sauce than usual and the cheese was clumped together in large mounds. Not only is Tonya bad with customers, she was bad at making pizza. I worked in food service for 3 years and I am often forgiving of restaurants and employees, but this was an unacceptable experience. read more

I do the take and bake once in a while. I especially love the stuffed crust Chicago style. That pizza is a monster. All the calories that you can get. Service is slow and the wait times are atrocious especially on Tuesday's. Their pizzas also have very less salt and don't taste any better than the ones I make at home. The crust is bland, there are no dipping sauces which is a minus. Also it can get pretty pricey plus I don't have the patience to bake and have stopped going to Murphy's for this very reason. Even with a long line, this Papa Murphy's knows how to run an efficient location. The ordering process is easy and simple. The staff works with a clear sense of urgency and has teamwork. The pizza's are prepared to order so special requests are no issue at all. The staff accepts coupons via your phone and has frequent specials in store. It's a Papa Murphy's pizza, you honestly can't go wrong. Been going to this location for quite a while now, and I can whole heartedly say that I've only had a couple unpleasant experiences. The college kids working there are quite nice and respectful, and do a fantastic job of taking care of your order. As for one of the managers, terrible attitude and awful leadership skills with quite a hint of incompetence, but I don't think they work there anymore. What I like about Papa Murphy's is that for just $5 you can get a medium pizza stretched out to a large size (either cheese or pepperoni) to take home and bake yourself. 3.75 stars... Cause it wasn't mind blowing, but enjoyable. It's like the Subway of pizza. Pretty fresh. Though I did burn my last pizza (no fault of theirs obviously), it was still delicious. I got the Cowboy Pan Pizza, which was on special for $11. I don't know what turning it into "Family Size" entails, but that's only $2 more. This regular pan pizza was HUGE! I could barely finish one piece (okay, maybe two...and a half). The crust was nice and greasy, just how I like it. A lot of dough in the pan pizza, but I prefer that over the other thin, cracker type option they have. Lots of meat and cheese. Hit the spot. You can pre-order online, which seems like a great idea. I couldn't get the online ordering to work on my iPad, but that was probably just me. It would be nice to cut down on the wait time...which isn't too too long, but they do have lots of online orders being made while you wait. I waited about 8-10 minutes for my pizza to be ready. Friendly staff. Pretty quick with greeting and taking my order. The girl making my pizza was new and could use some practice getting the topping distribution more even, but all in all it was fine. Everyone is really friendly, the persons working always seem to be communicating behind their pizza building line and getting their job done. I don't think they're getting enough credit from the other reviews saying they aren't doing their job well because of online ordering - I personally think that would warrant a call to customer service and not a complaint to some people building pizzas. Anyway, I had a small error with my order today and called in, like always I received great customer service - they resolved the small issue quickly and professionally. Drove there (took 20 min) 3 guys in there, not doing a thing and no customers or waiting line and there and only one premade pizza on the rack. Sat down and waited. Consistent quality. Well managed location. friendly staff. Number of kids plus their individual tastes plus growing appetites divided by income, adjust for inflation and we've been loyal fans of Papa Murphy's for ages. This is the closest location to us and we love stopping in. The staff here is always friendly and quick. We almost never call ahead to order and even when they're busy they manage to move everyone out in efficient quickness. Eating out in any fashion isn't a very regular thing in our household. Between my own cooking and teaching all the kids to do so as well, we're pretty covered with meals and my Master Pantry shopping spreadsheet means we're always well stocked and on a tight budget. But, even with that, it's fun to stop in here and grab some pizza and head home for a fun night. I've always loved this place. Some of the best pizza I've ever had. Yes, you have to bake it yourself, but once the oven is done preheating, it really only takes about ten minutes until you are biting into a slice of pizza goodness. My favorite has always been the Cowboy pizza, but they are all good. They also offer cheese bread, which is ok. I always thought it could use a lot more cheese, but I never think there is enough cheese on, like, anything. If you feel like also baking your own dessert they offer a cinnamon dessert pizza and cookie dough. I love Papa Murphy's! And since this one is just down the road from my house I go here the most. Papa Murphy's is my go to dinner spot when I want pizza. I love that they use fresh ingredients, always have specials and even give you a punch card! I usually get one of the Delite pizza's, as they have about half the calories as the other pizzas. The only problem is they are on such a thin crust I have to eat more to fill up so I'm not sure it's all that healthy, but hey it's pizza, I'm not expecting it to be healthy. As for this location, the mostly kids that work here are pretty nice and don't seem to hate their job and get your pizza made nice a quick, even if there is a line and if you go around dinner time, 6 or 7, there is sure to be a line. The snot-nosed kid working behind the counter said it was too late to order a pizza because he closed in ten minutes. What? The sign said "open", and if you've ever ordered a pizza from Papa Murphy's you know it takes far less than ten minutes to make a take 'n bake pizza. I asked him why he couldn't make me a pizza, and he said it would "make a mess". Looking at the preparation line, it was obvious it had not been cleaned ( nor should it have been while the store was still open). I worked my share of fast food jobs when I was young, and I know I would have been fired if I denied a customer service while we were still open. Ordered one pizza four-five hours before set pick up time, when order was submitted it was during their morning open business hours. When I got there 7 mins past the pick up time the pizza wasn't ready and they didn't have two of the toppings that go on the pizza ready, one of which is my favorite veggies I couldn't eat the pizza without (gourmet vegetarian, so all the vegetarian toppings were basically already on the pizza with no good substitutions lol), so I opted to wait until the rest of the toppings were ready. I said I'd wait on the one toppings and instead of calling my name when it was ready the pizza went on the shelf while i sat there on my phone keeping busy. By the the time I was out the door the pizza was as almost a half hour late and then i realized the second topping missing wasn't on there as well, and that I paid for an extra topping, so I went back inside to see if I could get a voucher for the next time I come in to have that topping free. So the girl making my pizza initially (that should have let people down the line know I was waiting for the online order) acted annoyed when I asked and said "the boss" (the manager) was going to start cutting tomatoes right then and take my pizza back but I said I'd rather not wait any longer (Not to mention all the veggies esp the tomatoes usually drain overnight after being diced to rid their excess moisture so that the pizza doesn't become a soggy mess), all the whole the manager didn't make any eye contact me with at all and had the girl in the line making pizzas get my name so the next time I come in I can get a free topping to make up for the one missing. I really don't want to come back to this location though. I found it a really rude and unprofessional experience and lack of communication throughout the crew, and I never treated anyone so evasively when I worked at a Papa Murphy's in the past. This is the first time I have had this long of a wait when having many hours notice on an online order, and also my first time coming to this 124th Kirkland location. I won't order here again mostly because I know this will happen again. I worked at a Papa Murphy's myself in high school and college and never saw the prep crew in any of the local stores where I worked as late in the store (who handle making pizza dough, salads and sides, topping etc)as I saw this crew today. When done right, prep crew should come in the morning and be done before noon or latest 2pm with the toppings all prepped and ready to go for the day and even into the next day unless a topping is very popular say because a pizza with that topping is on special. Management or regional manager or store owner needs work on this stores protocol for prep work- though obviously I wouldn't count on the manager to make any improvements after this experience. This place is a disaster. They limited the lobby to one customer at a time with a sign on the door, which is understandable and great. The issue is that no one is calling out the completed orders for the crowd of people standing in the parking lot! Seriously, got there and there were at least 10 people just standing in the parking lot waiting to be the one person who could go in to see if their order was ready. 4 employees working with one leaning over the register doing nothing and no one thought to call out orders? Stood outside for almost 15 minutes and was about ready to just leave because I was cold when I finally gave up and just went in to ask about my order. Pizza is good but the online service to location is poor. Online said not working so call store. They didn't honor online price today when I picked up. Saturday I ordered $20 family 5 meat stuffed and when I got there had large made instead. Fellow said new person who just left messed up. A few weeks ago my son had to show me work around to order online by selecting pay at store button instead of paying online as wouldn't take expiration date. I was told how good Papa Murphy's was so I had to give it a try. I ordered a pan pizza with 5 toppings, all vege and 3 of them as extra. OMG, It was gorgeous, best crust and I loved it. The pizza extras were so packed and it was sooooooo fresh. The only thing I would add is roasted garlic and maybe caramilized onions but my pizza was perfect. The crust was amazing.
