Can't beat $5 faves and Netflix for our stay home cheap Friday date night. 20 minutes in the oven and we have a hot pie ready to go. It's best to call in your order ahead of time so you just have to purchase once you arrive. No waiting in line. Within 15 minutes, it's generally ready for pick up. This pizza isn't life changing, but if you throw on some parmesan shaker cheese and chili peppers, it's fairly tasty. Staff has always been friendly and quick. My only complaint has more to do with the location than the pizza. The parking lot for this strip mall is terrible. It's very narrow and always full. The spaces on the opposite side of the stores have cars that are backed into the spaces. To me, that translates into store employee's personal cars taking up valuable parking all day and unavailable to shopping patrons. This issue should really be addressed by the strip mall management. If I can't park, I can't shop.

This was the worst papa Murphy's experience I've had and I've ordered dozens of times without issue. Tonya refused to add extra sauce or garlic to our order. What I took issue with was her lack of service recovery. She did not apologize or attempt to offer an explanation. She also insisted that it would take 20 minutes to make this order. As you can see in the image, our order number was 10001, which I assume makes us the first order of the day. The order was ready in 5 minutes, but we waited in the cold outside for 15 more minutes, assuming it was someone else's pizza. The pizza had less sauce than usual and the cheese was clumped together in large mounds. Not only is Tonya bad with customers, she was bad at making pizza. I worked in food service for 3 years and I am often forgiving of restaurants and employees, but this was an unacceptable experience.

Great pizza, clean place, and friendly staff make this an EASY 4 star review but constant failure of website in ordering pizza here causes us to go to another Bellevue Papa Murphy. See screenshot that happens when using a PC and either Explorer or Chrome browzers. If you have a GREAT Product but can't get it to the people then your business fails. Sure wixh I could order online...

Perfect for Mom's on the go. A take and back pizza was just what we needed after my son had a bad day.

My mom recently had a 75th birthday and the woman loves a sweet treat! I know that when I would fly over from NY, this would be one of our first stops. I wanted to take both my parents out for coffee and dessert. Our waitress was an absolute dream. The service was so stellar that morning. Yes, we ate cake at 9:39 am but it was way after our breakfast and before our nice walk in downtown Kirkland. We looked at the desserts before sitting down. There was a tray of a rhubarb crumb that looked good. I asked for that and the chocolate cake. I ordered a large cappuccino, my dad an americano and my mom got a latte. While the coffees were being made someone came in and snagged the whole tray because of Mother's Day. We made a decision to get the carrot cake. Secretly I think my dad was hoping for a Carrot Cake. We enjoyed both cakes and the cake slices were huge! I love baking myself and understand ingredients are not cheap so I believe they are very much worth the price. The space was nice and clean. Everyone's food around us looked delicious. I will definitely be back to try out the food next time I come to visit.

We ordered the La Catrina and Fire in the Hole pizzas and while a bit pricy, it's a wayyyy better deal than pizza at the other local spots like Pagliacci's and Zeek's. The crust was so light and crispy, the pieces held together well and none of the slices really fall apart when you pick it up to eat. They offered us some hot honey on the side too when the pizzas came out and that was a welcome addition too the Fire in the Hole. I didn't find it too spicy but consider your own spice tolerance before ordering. The La Catrina was my favorite of the two. The steak and the toppings all went together so nicely that it 100% beat eating tacos at your average PNW taco truck (but obviously not California tacos). Pickled red onions on the pizza really gave it the depth of flavor it needed.

While you wait, grocery shop or relax and have a drink at the Q20 where you can stay to eat your pizza, too. It's fast and efficient! And each pizza is only $10! I've eaten at the Tutta Bella at the Crossroads before. While I recall liking the pizza, it wasn't a wow factor to me then. Somehow, because of the simplicity of the process and a flat $10 per pizza rate, the total value is so much better here. Also, I now have a better appreciation to a true Neapolitan pizza. Tutta Bella is the first pizzeria in the Pacific Northwest to be certified as true Neapolitan - with a softer center (not meant to be handheld cardboard-like NY style) and a chewier crust. Read "Our Story" on their website about their VPN Certification, the culinary discipline of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) - from the preparation of raw ingredients to the cooking method in an approved wood-fired oven. We had two pizzas this visit - the Leonardo and the Mediterranean. Both were satisfying - with a balanced amount of toppings and cheese, not greasy, not excessive. Good meal!

The restaurant looks big and roomy. They have parking on their lot; the streets nearby offer parking, too. My BIL used to love this place because they have "cheese-on-everything". I am partially lactose intolerant, so I avoided it until now. LOL. The Food: Italian Sausage hot oven grinder - 2 Stars Menu: spicy Italian sausage, marinara, green peppers & cheese Hubby had pizza in his mind when he choice this grinder, meaning the individual chunk (globs?) of sausage meat. The Italian sausage was literally a sausage sliced in half and placed in the sandwich. He said it tasted like a polish sausage with hot dog texture (yikes). It also has a pale red/pink color that resembles a hot dog (yikes again). The toasty bread that we saw in other Yelp photos was less so for both of our sandwiches. They were toasted but much softer/limp when we unwrapped our sandwiches. Vegetarian hot oven grinder - 4 Stars Menu: mayo, lettuce, cheese, onions, green peppers, black olives, tomatoes, mushrooms & seasoning I asked if there's a half cheese option. She said they can do light cheese. My grinder is well filled with all sorts of veggies with discernible cheese. It's fine by me really. I asked for no mayo, and I added my own hot sauce at home. It tasted quite good that way. The next time I take-out grinders again, I will bake them in the oven to brown the bread a bit. These sandwiches lost some texture on the way home. Note the website says $13.95 for all grinders. The Yelp online ordering says $16.95 instead. I didn't ask for a receipt, so I have no idea what the correct price is.
