Food was just okay. They skimped on the toppings, which is never something I think of when I think about Jersey Mike's. The girl making the sandwiches did not change gloves after taking payment from the previous customer before touching our food with the same gloves. The attitude from the workers was like we were a burden being there, and overall kind of rude. I absolutely love jersey mikes but i will never come to this location again after repeat problems. The employees need to be taught customer service skills and the manager makes it worse. I came past my time for my pickup and they said it wasn't ready, after waiting 5 minutes it had already been ready since before i got there and they forgot about it. The employees are SO rude. They act like it's a nuisance to be a paying customer and I tip $3 on 1 Sub Order all the time so I'm not sure what the problem is. They give you dirty looks even though i'm nice. They've also mixed up my order multiple times giving me someone else's. The food is decent here but I would rather go to woodinville jersey mikes as the experience is way better and i don't feel judged. I've experienced the same rudeness with multiple different employees and the manager bosses them around. I am a regular to this location as my house is close by and I come around 2-3x a week but I still experience this and sometimes will drive to another location to avoid this. read more

Emily the general manager and her team are true rockstars. not only is the food always fantastic but they have gone the extra effort to build relationships with their regulars. one of my summer time employees would always go see them every shift and get his sub. he recently had jaw surgery over the summer and has been dying for his JM sandwich. I had reached out to Emily to see if we could get him some merch, because why not? kid loves the place! after 6 weeks, he was finally able to get his sandwich and the staff had comped his meal and got him merch. He came back ecstatic, showed all employees and it was awesome. it's nice to see a team that pulls through and goes above and beyond showing extraordinary customer service by doing things like this. I ordered a veggie sandwich. The guy didn't change his gloves out for the register or between slicing meat for other sandwiches. There was no ice in the soda machine. I left really grossed out about the sandwich. It was a lot of money to have who knows what all over the sandwich because he couldn't slow down to change his gloves out. I have never thought of myself as a sub or sandwich person, but after trying one of Jersey Mike's Italian subs for the first time as part of their day of giving on March 31 (they donate 100% of sales to 200+ charities across the nation), I was hooked and came back within a week. Visiting the Kirkland location, a little after 8 p.m. on a Monday night with my boyfriend, the store was empty, but the employees were friendly and full of energy. The meat was freshly sliced right in front of us, and sandwich was assembled to our liking. We went with the giant original Italian sub, which was 3 meals in itself. The flavors were fantastic, and I loved the "Mike's way" toppings with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, an olive oil blend, red wine vinegar, and spices. Warning: it will probably be messy, but it is so worth it. Thank you Jersey Mike's for being the highlight of my Monday night and being a part of the Kirkland community! read more

This place is horrible. The customer service doesn't exist. I can't tell you how many times they forget the mayo/bacon on my #8. But what I really can't stand is being THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE RESTAURANT and having every employees back pointed at me for 10 minutes while I'm ignored for a Postmate/uber eats driver that isn't even there! What is not to like about this local place. They kick out subs in a quick but this place gets packed around lunchtime and between the on line orders and the walk ins the wait times can be a bit longer than normal. I like the flavors of the sandwiches better than the competition and owner is a true neighborhood hero. He helps out other businesses and neighbors in need. Everyone is usually quite nice, and the updated interior looks great. My only complaint is really from the perspective of a walk in customer, where many times you're waiting in line as Uber eats or Doordash orders just constantly cut in front of you now. It's hard to go in and pick something up over lunch at times because it seems like the online orders are the priority even if you're standing in line before they start coming in. Sandwiches and staff are great, being pushed down the line just because you walk in feels not so great. read more

Jersey Mikes might be my favorite sub shop. If you are a subway or Quiznos person and never stopped into a JM please do so. They cut all their meat fresh right in front of you with a deli slicer, and there are endless amounts of options for a sub. Not only additions but you can get it in a tub (no bread option) as well. I got the #13 (Italian) on the Rosemary Parmesan bread. It was amazing. Always tons of meat on the sandwich fresh veggies/lettuce, and meet requests for additions with a smile Rather than feeling as though you inconvenienced someone. The original size is plenty of you are hungry and the mini is a good size if you are not too hungry but know you need to eat. There is a busy lunch rush, so if there is a line don't worry. It moves pretty quickly, but not as fast as some other places because they slice their meat for you right there instead of pulling it out of a bin that's been sitting out all day, and worth the wait. read more

Over all the sandwich was filling and well stuffed. I appreciate the portion size. Very filling! Freshness was great but it might have more to do with going into order 1 minute after opening. You could really help customers out that order online by delaying the pickup times or just turn them off if you can't fulfill them. I like Jersey Mike's sandwiches, and this convenient location happens to be close to where I live. I typically order online and then drive there to pick up my lunch. Usually I am able to pick up the food immediately, but every once in a while, usually when they are busy, they seem unorganized, and I think online orders seem to suffer. At the moment I am a little frustrated because I spent most of my lunch hour waiting in their lobby. While waiting, I chatted up a food delivery driver who had been waiting there longer than I had, and he was understandably upset because he was losing money. I hope he gets a big tip for his trouble, but when the food is delayed as much as it was, I doubt the customer will understand that it was not the driver's fault. The staff are friendly and the food is great. I am not sure whether the problem is disorganization or whether there is something about the online ordering system that causes delays, but it can be frustrating, especially when you are looking forward to enjoying your lunch away from your desk, but spend most of your lunch hour waiting in a crowded lobby. To be fair, the employees are doing their best. I continue to order from them in spite of the issues with online orders. I wonder what the owner would be willing to pay to get somebody in there who can optimize their process and make things more consistent and reliable, resulting in happier customers and more revenue. read more

consistently a good sub compared to any other location but my first visit left me to see that they are extremely understaffed for a lunch rush. I had tried to phone in an order for 15 minutes with no luck, when i got there, there were multiple large to-go orders, a line of about 8 people consistently for the 40 minutes i was there - while two gals worked the line and the register. they were very apologetic for the wait which is nice but management needs to figure out a way to hire more people to handle a lunch rush. read more

Tried to use a coupon they mailed to our home. The coupon says we can use their app to order. Tried to use the coupon through their app and there is no way to redeem the coupon via the app. I called the business and they said they need to "physically see the coupon" I'm fine with handing over the coupon when I PICK UP my order. What I'm NOT fine with is standing in a line with other customers risking myself and my family getting Covid for a stupid sandwich.
