I have not been able to get those slices out of my mind since!!! The pep had a beautiful cheesy goodness. I thought I would only eat half but couldn't stop myself! The Quentin's crust had a lovely crispness (maybe from being rewarmed or maybe the olive oil base?) and the flavors of the artichoke, sundried tomatoes, spinach and goat cheese married into a delight for the palate. I seriously have been craving this pizza for a couple months now. I have been looking for a yummy spinach and goat cheese pizza for well over a decade in the US, after having pizzas in Europe. I usually give myself one lunch out a week during the work week and I have returned to Blake's a few times. They have slices or whole pizzas and I usually just get whatever slice they have available. The slices are a nice size and it is very fast to get served which makes it a good place for lunch. They also have plenty of other options but I have not tried any yet.
