I have been here 3 times, trying and trying to give it another shot. I give this place a 2 because their sauce is very good. The crust on the other hand not for me. Just really mediocre. Their cheese they used was a little weird once the pizza cooled off. I was hoping the first 2 times were just 1 offs, but this just isn't for me. Awesome spot to grab pizza and have a drink while you wait. The owner chatted with us while we waited for pizza and we had a blast playing with the kids bike. Amazing drink deal (4 for $10) and he threw in a free slushy for the kid. We got the vegan pizza and it was everything we wanted. Will not order from here again. Staff is rude and unnecessarily inflexible. We like jalapeños our toddler does not. She only eats a slice *maybe two, but the staff here refused to do 3/4 jalapeños on our pizza. Why? Does it take more time to put on fewer jalapeños? Can the staff not puzzle out this complicated fraction? We paid for jalapeños on the entire pizza and they flat refused. We were given a pizza with peppers on 1/2 and told they would give us some in a to go container. Neat. We will happily drive further to get (frankly better) pizza and these control freaks can continue mistreating their clientele and acting as if they are doing us a favor. This is a decent pizza. Is it the most fantastic pizza ever. No. But it's probably the best in the valley. Only a couple minor issues. They don't always get the sauce and other toppings spread over the entire pizza. We got three pizzas and saw this issue on two of them. You can see big bubbles of mostly bare dough in the photos. And the blend of flavors isn't always great. Specifically, the Spicy Thai Chicken pizza is just that--spicy first and Thai second. There's simply not enough Thai peanut sauce and other Thai flavors in ratio to the tons of sriracha sauce. But it is the best you will find for miles around. And it's okay. Good but not great. The food here used to be good. I grew up coming here for family pizza nights, but over time, the food has gotten worse. Quite frankly, it's disappointing. We spent $75 for only 3 items. The dough was tough, the cheese was rubbery, and there were barely any toppings on the pizza, despite paying for them. The cream cheese in the chocolate calzones was also sour. $15 of OMG!!!! If you want a sandwich this is the only place to go. Fresh ingredients. If you want it hot it's baked to a toasty delight. They weigh about 10lbs, lol and 2 people can share and be fully satisfied. There are several to choose from. I actually had to go get Yelp just to tell you about this place. We had the Outlaw pizza. This is the best pie I've had in years. Good amount of topping without being overloaded (and loved the chunk sausage), and the sauce was snappy. We got takeout, so no comments on ambience or service, other than the pie was ready when they said it would be rather than late, or significantly early. (My comparison is to places such as Pagliacci, Zeek's, and a few local joints on the Eastside which are good enough, but where toppings tend to be sparse, and the sauces tend to be meh.) read more

I give it a solid 1 star. After a long day driving, had hoped for a nice sit down, but there's no seating at this place. In fact, it looks like a pig sty, nothing but dark areas and boxes stacked everywhere. Pizza is "okay" but extremely expensive. Certainly nothing to write home about. She also puts a lot of love back into the community, so this is a good place to support if you're looking to keep your money local. LOCATION: The business is located on the site of a long gone condensery where all that remains is a smokestack that stands as testament to its existence. Built in 1958, the Monroe Shopping Center stands in its place and the pizza joint is right in the corner of the L-shaped building. You will find plenty of parking here. INDOOR VIBE: The parlor is modernized with hard floors and track lighting. With no bar present, it's definitely set up for family friendly dining. There are nods to Monroe all over the place, especially at the front door where flyers are posted up for local events. PIZZA: The pizza menu is a bit more expansive that the traditional menus at the old school joints. You can find ingredients like basil pesto, balsamic reduction, gorgonzola, artichoke hearts. OTHER FOOD: As much as the pizza is good, I'm finding love in the sandwiches and salads. The salads are easily enough for sides for two meals. I can't speak for the other dessert calzones, but the cherry pie calzone is ridiculously good and is enough for a few days. I haven't tried the baked pastas or strombolis, but I can only imagine they are good. PINTS: The lineup of beers is WA heavy. Due to the pandemic, they're not always operating their taps so I recommend calling ahead. Otherwise, tons of beer in the fridge. The also have a solid craft soda collection; pick out one of their Snoqualmie ice creams and you can build a fancy float. SERVICE: The service is always super friendly. Well, this place was our go to pizza spot for well over a year now several times a month. Best pizza in Monroe. Hands down. BUT TONIGHT... while I was waiting in the lobby for our pickup order I saw the delivery driver packing up an order to take out for delivery... he could t desperate the plastic bags on the wall fast enough and decided to pull down his too small mask, lick his fingers, grab the bag, pull his mask back up, and then place the togo containers in the bag. I'm beyond horrified at this behavior during COVID times. It is wrong on so many levels. I feel terrible for not speaking up right then and there-and some family in Monroe got handed that bag of mouth filth. I did call and alert the manager to what I witnessed and was assured this was unusual behavior and that it would be addressed. Which is nice sentiment, but in these times... I don't think there are words to correct the many health code violations that occurred in that moment. Ugh. We will miss our pizza from here! read more

First time in - heard a lot of good things. Super friendly place and a great vibe even with the dining room closed. I learned that a Stromboli is like a pizza burrito (will try that next time). I tried the 16" outlaw pizza and Cesar salad this trip. Three pieces in and the sauce is just-right with plenty of toppings. The crust is really good - normally I'm looking to dab some sauce but not this one. I was starving and I wanted one their bomb calzones SO bad. When I opened the box it was like a greasy chunk of cheese with crust. Like they forgot all the dough and it was tiny. I don't go there very often but I feel like they have really inconsistent cooks. Bummer about my calzone thing. I also got Mac n cheese for my son. He loves Mac n cheese. I badly want to like this place, as there aren't many other pizza options in town, but after several tries I can't commit to it. The prices alone are really expensive, $60 for two large one topping pizzas. Delivery always takes awhile, and when it arrives it's pretty hit or miss. Sometimes it's thrown around in the box, other times it's fine. The overall flavor is good, but nothing that impressive. Crust is a bit too tough as well. Essential stop for vegans in Monroe! I've been vegan for 6 years and this place has some of the best vegan pizza I've had. The vegan cheese they use is so melty and delicious and goes great on both their vegan cheesy bread and pizzas. Their vegan pizzas come with some amazing vegan meat and your choice of veggies. The marinara is zesty and tasty, too. My favorite pasta to order is the Primavera which is full of fresh veggies like zucchini, tomato, onion, and more. After surviving Snowmageddon here in the PNW, the wife and I were able to get out and we wanted to try something new and fun. SO, we stopped here on Sunday right about noon. We were pleasantly greeted, found ourselves a warm table, and started going through the menu. The only person on the floor was young but she held it together really well. The menu is full of wonderful choices and it may actually have too many things to choose from! My wife choose to try a draft Pineapple cider and she absolutely loved it! We both decided to try their lunch special, a salad and a small pizza. I really enjoyed the ceasar salad I chose, and my wife said she was disappointed in the garden salad's dressing, it looked like a separated vinaigrette. The pizza arrived and it was fresh out of the oven. We were both extremely pleased with the pizza and further enjoyed the leftovers a few days later! Best pizza (and garlic knots) in town! They changed their business model during COVID and no longer have indoor seating, but delivery has always been excellent for us!
