So we get our pizza after an hour and a half the one pizza is cold and the other is warm... I don't even know what we waited for. They don't even care that you have to sit in their parking lot for even longer I've never even heard a sorry or anything, the service is AWFUL. Wanted to give this place a try and we will be back! We ordered the garlic knots and they were very flavorful. Also ordered the jalapeño popper pizza and have not tried anything SO GOOD we would all say! Maybe we'll try a different flavor next time, but when you have something that your not sure if it can be topped... that's hard to do! The service is friendly. Bridgette's Pizza isn't worth it. I can't tell you how much money we have lost to this place. That's on me though, I should have stopped at 2 chances. They will make your pizza wrong, even if you don't customize it. They will argue with you that they are right and they will refund you ONE time when they screw up. Every other wrong delivery after that one time, you get to eat the loss. It's ridiculous. They will not deliver all the food you order and pay for, just know that going into it. read more

REAL high quality pizza! I am a professional baker so I can easily spot the fakers lol. Monroe Pizza and Pints ain't fakin'. Their crust is the real deal with a flavor that I know is only accomplished by letting dough from scratch, develop at the right temp and time--long enough to create a rich flavored crust, that is crispy yet chewy without being soggy. I saw some complaints about price, but expertise and quality costs a little more so this pizza is absolutely worth the price of know how and execution that had me devouring almost half a pizza to myself lol. If you want crappy mass produced skimpy pizza then this isn't the place for you but you should still go anyway and get yourself properly pizza educated. We ordered two pizzas, one being the Owner's favorite (excellent with a sweet touch of pineapple balanced with a little jalapeño punch) and the other was the Honey Drizzle which should not be passed up. The Honey Drizzle is perfect. I am cringely in sappy love with it--shut up and let us be. I will dream of this pizza until I fly back to get another round. read more

Really sad how far this place has fallen since changing its name. I order, on average, twice a month from this place. But we'll be finding a new pizza place now. The pizza and wings are actually pretty good, when made correctly and delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, their delivery people are not well trained. I always order extra ranch (and pay for it) and it's never in the bag. The delivery fee is $6 and I tip $5. That's $11 for delivery to not get what I paid for. They've even forgotten my soda twice before and had to go back and get it. The ranch...well, we never get that or get refunded for it. Last Friday I ordered and was told 45 minutes. It took TWO hours! They did give me a nice credit for the hassle but still forgot the extra ranch! I specifically told the lady on the phone the total should be THREE ranches (1 for the wings and the 2 extras). Then we ordered tonight and they forgot 1 order of wings and the extra ranches again! Also, they told me 45 minutes and it was an hour and a half (twice the time I was quoted). I also ordered a margarita pizza and it was just a lot of cheese and tomatoes. Last time they were out of basil for the margarita, they called and told me they were out and offered to make a different pizza. They don't care if the time is way off and don't care if they just change your order when they're out of something and they really don't care to train the delivery drivers to check for extra sauces and sodas...What am I paying almost $70 for? Okay so it's a little pricey and sometimes they're wait time is longer than what they've quoted me and I've had to wait around a bit but it's always worth the money and the wait. Really bad Calzone. It's like the owners have just given up. No seating. Former seating area is now boxes and bins of storage. I had the veggie calzone and they "can't" make any changes which means they are probably pre-made (all i wanted was the tomatoes left off) and frozen...then burnt to a crisp. Just icky. This place was a huge surprise! We drove by a few months ago and kept driving (because of the corner location, I think, we are Grocery Outlet regulars). The service was great, the pizza just delicious and the salad crisp and fresh and tasty, served in (I think?) 5Lines handmade pottery bowls. The beer selection is fantastic and local: Dreadnought was featured along with a bunch of others, a cider and bottles and cans plus wine. We enjoyed Chocolate Jesus and a Lime Milkshake IPA by Dreadnought. Great $55 for $75 deal, which we purchased. Loved the interior decorations and music, too. Bridgette Tuttle(owner) is the absolute worst. This place only changed the name, not the TERRIBLE service and owner Bridgette. She's rude, disrespect, and a thief! They overcharge, take 2.5 hours to deliver food, not bring half of you order, burnt and cold pizza. If you send it back, they do not refund!! $60 for burnt grinder, cold pizza and salad. Was told that the cider I wanted was not available....yet 20 minutes after I was told that the whole table next to us ordered it and got it. Was given wine that tasted awful and was obviously old. Took over 45 minutes for our bill. Mentioned to the owner about the cider incident and all she did was say the server was still learning and didn't know his drinks...............and she didn't offer to bring me the correct drink. We tried again a few weeks later and again awful service. and it wasn't even busy either time. We won't be going back and I don't recommend it. On Sunday, August 26, 2019 at 7:00 pm we had an awesome meal at Monroe Pizza and Pints. This was our first time at this restaurant. The small Greek Salad was just the right size for my wife and I to enjoy. All the greens were chilled, and vegetables sliced thin, just the way we enjoy. We elected to order the 14-inch pizza, knowing it was larger than what we required. This is the minimum size you are required to order if you desire two unique flavor pizzas on one crust. We enjoyed the Classic Combo and the BBQ Chicken. Great taste and just the right thickness of crust. We were blown away with the quality of the food and the service from Nathan. We finished 75% of the pizza and took the rest home. We should have requested to look at the menu again for the desert options. Instead we saw the tent card at the table for Pizza Cookie. It was good, and not too sweet. However, it did not blow me away like the pizza and Greek salad just did. I learned later there were other deserts made in house. I recommend going that route. This is our new GO TO pizza joint! Since moving here from Phoenix, AZ we have not found any Washington pizza restaurant that comes close to this. Keep up the great work. We will be back. read more

Buyer beware - I've just had the worst customer service experience with Monroe Pizza and Pints. I ordered $80 worth of food through Chow Now for delivery. We recently moved and I didn't realize until after the order was placed that the house number was wrong. Called the restaurant who said they couldn't update the address, only Chow Now could. Chow Now said to contact the restaurant. Long story short, the owner told us to pound sand and now I'm out $80 while my money may or may not be refunded to me and no food. COVID and being short staffed is no excuse for abusing customers and stealing their money. read more

Oh My GOSH! This Pizza Place is soooo good! We dined in our first time and had takeout the second time. The grinder sandwiches are fantastic. Garlic knots are SMOTHERED in garlic butter goodness and the pizza has soo much cheesy goodness on it! To top it all off, the pizza cookie is the BEST! Great selection of drinks as well. We were pleasantly surprised by this place. Had a little bit of sticker shock from the menu, but found the appetizers and pizza to live up to the price. Especially loved the vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Healthy-ish, almost guilt-free and delicious- well done pizza and pints! Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the service. They got packed up while we were there and our waitress got our first round out, then disappeared for almost the whole rest of the time. Would be content if it was framed more pub style than restaurant but seems like they haven't quite figured that out. Pizza was fresh and tasty, but you really had to wait for it! (Tot appetizer helped that cause, but it took us 15 mins to get the sauce they were supposed to come with!). Will try this place again for sure, it was pretty damn good. read more

We had the bbq chicken pizza and it was good! Could have gone a little lighter on the garlic and heavier on the onion, but maybe that's just our preference. We absolutely loved the cinnamon knots though. We nearly finished them off after dinner but we didn't want to end up in a glutenous coma. Tried to order a pizza plus 2 cheese calzones with pepperoni. They said they "only make the calzones on the menu." I pointed out that cheese calzones are on the menu and was told, "yes cheese calzones are but not cheese with pepperoni." I asked " do you make calzones fresh and upon order and do you have pepperoni for pizza?" and I was told yes! I politely said " then please add pepperoni to my cheese calzones and charge me extra." I was told that they don't make any exceptions! This was only part of my order. I would have spent in excess of $50. Crazy way to run a neighborhood business when many business are not even allowed to open due to COVID. I don't care about the calzones, I care about reasonable customer service. They clearly don't need any community support. Their business story speaks to being part of the community but they prefer that we take our local money elsewhere in the community. read more

Meh, run of the mill sports bar/pizza joint type place. Nothing really special about it. Standard style of beers and standard Italian/Pizzeria menu fare. Garden salad my girlfriend had today was nothing more than chopped up iceberg lettuce with three cherry tomatoes. Pizza was pretty good though! Ordered a family sized Hawaiian. Took WAY long for it to be brought to the table. I give it 3.5 starts out of 5. The sauce was very heavily Basil based. Quite peculiar actually. Took me a few slices before finally putting my finger on it. It was good, but a little too much Basil. It kinda took over the flavor of the pizza in general.
