Passed the pizza place for years when we took Steven's Pass to Seattle and never stopped. This time we did. We ordered a large pepperoni with black olives to go and it was delicious. The topping were all the right amount, the crust under the pizza was thin and easy to fold as the slices are big cuts (like a Costco slice) and the edges were soft and just the right amount of chewy on the inside with a nice crunch on the outside. We will definitely add this to our travel list when traveling this side of the mountains read more

Four of us stumbled into Rico's Pizza after hiking Barclay Lake. Their menu has many options, but we settled on cheese bread, a Hawaiian pizza, and an American pizza. The cheesy bread was phenomenal! I've passed Rico's Pizza so many times and have always been curious, and finally got the chance to try it during my wedding weekend! It's a super cute spot (from what I have seen from the outside) that would be easy to miss. Don't sleep on this hidden gem, though! We ordered delivery, but they do have small outdoor seating and some seating inside of the restaurant as well. They delivered to us all the way in Index, so about 15/20 minutes from them, which worked out perfectly. We got an assortment of their pizzas, from chicken bacon ranch to class pepperoni. Absolutely love the chicken bacon one, and the pepperoni itself was also delicious! We got about 8 large pizzas and it was plenty to feed about 20 of us easily. Overall this is a solid spot for a casual lunch or dinner in the area, or if you're staying at a local Airbnb or hotel. Highly recommend! read more

I forgot the name of my order but it had chicken, ranch, and bacon. This pizza was SMACKIN!!! I was inhaling the slices like Patrick from SpongeBob when his mouth turned into a vacuum and just started inhaling all the food on the table. They were so bomb!! I'm going to make it a thing that whenever I head up to Stevens pass, I'll make sure to stop by Rico's after a great day of boarding! This place was recommended to us by our airbnb host while we stayed nearby in Baring! Although there isn't much in the area food-wise, this place is definitely a solid pizza place. Service was helpful and the place inside was very casual, typical of a fast pizza restaurant. The menu had a variety of combinations to choose from as well as a build-your-own option. You can even do half and half like we did. Each pizza is cooked to order, so I don't mind waiting the 15 minutes. As someone who doesn't prefer pizza, I enjoyed this place (especially over Dominos or Papa Johns) read more

The pizza is great, the ambiance is great and the place feels homey, and the service is always good, the majority of the people working there are super nice but one gal in particular always acts like I'm a nuisance and I'm putting her out by calling in an order(I can't remember what her name is but she's young) that is the ONLY complaint I've ever had towards this place! This pizza really hit the spot after a two hour hike. It brought me back to being a kid and going to a pizza place with my dad. Jumanji was playing the tv and that added to the ambience. The pizza was pretty good...I'll give em that. Not the greatest I've ever had, but good. I'm just not a fan of being nickeled and dimed at restaurants, especially when we're all hungry. What I can't understand is how they don't serve water, you have to buy small bottles of it. You also have to pay for ranch, which isn't that unusual, but it's no better than hidden valley unfortunately. Two not-that-large pizzas, a few bottles of water, and some ranch, and almost $85 dollars later, it barely fed us all. I really wanted to like the place but probably won't be back. read more

Such a cool gem! Step inside and there's retro decor, an arcade machine, and foosball (squeezed in a game while waiting!). Pizza had THE BEST cheese pull I've ever witnessed. Makes no sense, and it speaks to the fact that much work remains to be done to re-instill pride in the employees for doing what's right and making great pizza. It's not there yet. I've lost count of how many times I've grabbed a pie here and walked it over to Volition Brewing for a beer. That combo just works. My regular order is The Butcher. Red sauce, cheese, bacon, pepperoni, Canadian bacon. Sometimes I add mushrooms. It always hits the spot. Great spot for later at night when options start thinning out. Pizza is consistent, staff keeps things moving, and it's reliable in that way you want from a local spot you come back to again and again.
