Strike 1: We were forgotten about for our drink orders after being seated for about 15 minutes (of note there were only about 10 guests in the restaurant at the time including us). A similar thing happened when we were waiting to make our food order. Strike 2: Pizza was ordered gluten free, not made gluten free, and they had to start over. Strike 3: Pizza arrived GF but it was not the pizza ordered. Absolutely drenched in "balsamic" that had the taste, sugar content, and consistency of BBQ sauce Strike 4: We were charged a bill $24 higher than what we ordered. Waitress had to refund the card and redo the charge. Of note: it's also immensely hot in here. They've got a giant dewalt fan blowing and I'm still sweating bullets. My burger was perfectly prepared and exactly to my specifications, even though I asked for a substitution as well as deletion of some regular ingredients. My husband had the order of nine wings which he said were cooked just right and delivered dry, with the sauces on the side as requested. Our server, a petite young lady with long, dark, curly hair & glasses (didn't get her name) was really friendly and attentive! This is definitely our favorite place to stop on Highway 2. This is a solid smaller town feel bar and restaurant. We had stopped going for a bit because the draft seemed off, but this last time the beers had a nice crisp to them. The food is always decent. Not cheap but not crazy either. Depending on your waitress or bartender will determine how quickly you get drinks and food. Don't come in expecting the quickest service. Definitely check the bill. I think our waitress added something extra on our bill non maliciously. For 2 flights, 2 beerz, and one meal, $65 seemed excessive. LOVE this place! Our first visit, we were welcomed in by Taylor who was incredible. Friendly, perfectly timed service for the entirety of time there. There were moments where we were just thinking of ordering another drink or needed something at the table, and she showed up. Witchcraft! No really though, talk about intuitive and attentive. We stopped in here for drinks and dinner this past week and can't believe we didn't know such a delicious place exists so close to us! It has a nice open concept casual seating area with a bar, tables, and comfortable couches by the fireplace. We snagged the fireplace and our server came over to help us decide what delicious thing on the menu spoke to us. They have local brews, cider, and wine. I enjoyed a couple of reds during the meal, the husband had their ciders and they even made my dad a red beer per his request. They have several gluten free options tho no dedicated fryer. We enjoyed some flavorful Cajun tater tots, I had the steak salad and wings, the husband loved his pizza, my dad said it was one of the best burgers and chili he's had in awhile. Really wanted to like this place...GB made it almost impossible. Only 4 tables and it took the staff over an hour to put the pizza in the oven. I did notice however from what I could tell the staff had friends or family come in and their pizza was out to them in 20mins. We had such a great experience at Good Brewing! This was our first time here, and we chose to come for the Seahawks Monday Night football game. It wasn't too busy when we arrived, and we were able to get a table super close to the main television. I'm shocked this place has five televisions! Definitely a perfect place to watch some football. We ordered their Aloha Hazy IPA and a Pumpkin Cider and they were both delicious! We came in time for happy hour, so our drinks were $2 off! What a great find! We're staying at an RV Park a few miles away and were just looking for some dinner. When we got in we were met right away with a server that took our drink order. There was trivia going and the host brought us a paper to participate. We started with a stout and the strawberry sour. Both good beers. We shared the margarita pizza and chicken tendy. The pizza was good but definitely a different take on a margarita. It had balsamic drizzled on and sun dried tomatoes. The chicken was great! Very tender and perfectly breaded. The serve it with their brew sauce which is good with the chicken and the pizza. The tots were good too. We got like 3 cups of them. Massive serving. Trivia was so fun! We walked in and were told to sit at a messy table, no one stopped by to take our order and clean it for roughly 25 min. I believe only one waitresses was staffed for around 15-20 tables. Once we ordered, a band started playing very loudly and then an employee from the bar started openly yelling at them in front of customers. A really awkward situation that wasn't necessary. I ordered the chicken tender basket, it was just ok. Definitely frozen tenders and fries. My wife ordered a burger, also just ok but the fries were good. This is a great place to hang with kids. Went for the 1st time and it turned out to be trivia night. Had fun with the kids answering the difference genera of questions. The food! It was all perfectly cooked. 3 of us had chicken tendy baskets. The fries and tots were crispy but not burnt. My daughter go a Hawaiian pizza which was cooked in a wood fire oven. Cooked to perfection. Crust was crunchy and the toppings were portioned well. Was a bit busy for 1 waitress but she was amazing. Very cheerful and polite. Greeted us am right away. We drive past this place every day and have never been inside until this past weekend . We decided to stop by for dinner to see what the hype was all about. The place was definitely busy, but we managed to get the last table inside. They have highchairs and a games/coloring station to keep kids busy. They also have a couch, fireplace, and a couple of lounge chairs inside. We ordered the sour cherry bomb and the grapefruit seltzer, which were so delicious. I then asked the waiter for their root beer and asked him to spike it. I was thinking of vanilla vodka or something similar, and he suggested whiskey. I tried the whiskey rootbeer, and it was absolutely amazing!!! The only unfortunate part of our visit is that we waited around an hour to get our food after ordering. We ordered kids' chicken tendies, 2 burgers with Cajun tots, and a salad. The food was amazing. It definitely made up for the long wait. The burgers were probably the best that we've had in a very long time!! We could hear the staff constantly apologizing to the guests for the long wait time. We stopped here for lunch after a hike, and were wowed by the great experience! Beers were icy cold, and we both had the fried chicken sandwich at the recommendation of the server, who was super friendly and quirky (in the best way). The sandwich was one of the best chicken sandwiches we've ever had. The batter was light, the chicken juicy, and the hot honey drizzle pulled it all together. Waffle fries were cooked to perfection. These guys just opened this location. A great spot to stop after hiking Wallace Falls. They have beer and cider on tap, espresso beverages and lots of food options. The parking lot is large and there's street parking. We got the house salad, blacken chicken sandwich, stout and London fog. The portions are huge. Okay, the live music on Friday night was fantastic and the place was absolutely poppin. Seems like a local favorite, but honestly everything was just OK. After a full day of hiking we could have eaten just about anything & been happy but we were all fairly disappointed. We had a little bit of everything - burgers, chicken tenders, pizza, sweet potatoes, and a big ol pretzel. The pretzel was probably the only thing I was thrilled about (at least it was the size of my head). My friend's chicken burger was basically just a salt patty. The tater tots & chicken tenders were basically right out of the freezer bag. I don't think I would have been upset at the quality if it hadn't cost an arm and a leg. Overpriced for what you're getting. Service was also not great, I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt given it was pretty busy and we did swoop and unbussed table after a group left (it was busy and no host). However, we were very nice and the woman helping us just seemed annoyed. She may have just been having a bad day and everyone is entitled to a bad day, but yeah... not the best service overall. Burger seasoning was incredibly salty and overpowering. Almost positive the seasoning has MSG. My burger was tiny compared to the rest at the table. It was almost comical.
