    1/4 lb special order burger

Very friendly service and an amazing savory burger! She didn't even seem to mind my special order - none of this substitute that, etc.! My burger was perfectly prepared and exactly to my specifications, even though I asked for a substitution as well as deletion of some regular ingredients. My husband had the order of nine wings which he said were cooked just right and delivered dry, with the sauces on the side as requested. Our server, a petite young lady with long, dark, curly hair & glasses (didn't get her name) was really friendly and attentive! This is definitely our favorite place to stop on Highway 2. We'll be back and recommend highly!

LOVE this place! Our first visit, we were welcomed in by Taylor who was incredible. Friendly, perfectly timed service for the entirety of time there. There were moments where we were just thinking of ordering another drink or needed something at the table, and she showed up. Witchcraft! No really though, talk about intuitive and attentive. She was awesome with our kid too. She also has remembered our names when we have returned. Star employee right there! Atmosphere is lovely. Food is great. Beer selection is excellent. Definitely a regular stop for us as a family or solo. What a great business for Sultan!

We stopped in here for drinks and dinner this past week and can't believe we didn't know such a delicious place exists so close to us! It has a nice open concept casual seating area with a bar, tables, and comfortable couches by the fireplace. We snagged the fireplace and our server came over to help us decide what delicious thing on the menu spoke to us. They have local brews, cider, and wine. I enjoyed a couple of reds during the meal, the husband had their ciders and they even made my dad a red beer per his request. They have several gluten free options tho no dedicated fryer. We enjoyed some flavorful Cajun tater tots, I had the steak salad and wings, the husband loved his pizza, my dad said it was one of the best burgers and chili he's had in awhile. Service was well timed and friendly and food was delicious and fresh. Looking forward to returning soon

We had such a great experience at Good Brewing! This was our first time here, and we chose to come for the Seahawks Monday Night football game. It wasn't too busy when we arrived, and we were able to get a table super close to the main television. I'm shocked this place has five televisions! Definitely a perfect place to watch some football. We ordered their Aloha Hazy IPA and a Pumpkin Cider and they were both delicious! We came in time for happy hour, so our drinks were $2 off! Our food was amazing, and we were blown away by the portion sizes! Such a steal! Highly recommend visiting.

What a great find! We're staying at an RV Park a few miles away and were just looking for some dinner. When we got in we were met right away with a server that took our drink order. There was trivia going and the host brought us a paper to participate. We started with a stout and the strawberry sour. Both good beers. We shared the margarita pizza and chicken tendy. The pizza was good but definitely a different take on a margarita. It had balsamic drizzled on and sun dried tomatoes. The chicken was great! Very tender and perfectly breaded. The serve it with their brew sauce which is good with the chicken and the pizza. The tots were good too. We got like 3 cups of them. Massive serving. Trivia was so fun! Definitely check it out if you're there on a Thursday. Our four beers and two meals was an affordable $55.

Classic Caesar salad. With my almost all empty flight glasses.

This is a great place to hang with kids. Went for the 1st time and it turned out to be trivia night. Had fun with the kids answering the difference genera of questions. The food! It was all perfectly cooked. 3 of us had chicken tendy baskets. The fries and tots were crispy but not burnt. My daughter go a Hawaiian pizza which was cooked in a wood fire oven. Cooked to perfection. Crust was crunchy and the toppings were portioned well. Was a bit busy for 1 waitress but she was amazing. Very cheerful and polite. Greeted us am right away. We live jot far from the restaurant and we will be back!!!!

4.5 stars Great classic brewery food and a beer option for most types of beer. Great wait service - somewhat busy but felt taken care of.

Kitchen with stone oven for Friday night pizza.

Nice building, good parking, attentive service but the beer was kinda warm and didn't I have a particularly good bowel experience after the chicken salad. Friday pizza night might be fun? They have a good looking oven for it.

Chicken sandwich Cajun tots on the side and comes with a special house sauce. Yum

Don't waste your time. The service is poor and their sweet potato waffle fries are so over cooked you could use them for charcoal.

After a beautiful sunny hike to Wallace falls, it was great to stop in Monroe at Bugu brewery to…read moreenjoy a well brewed brew or two. The owners were behind the counter, welcoming everyone and pouring the beer, very friendly and knowledgeable about their beers. Looking over a good selection of different style beers for a small brewery. After a little quizzing of Kipp and Bradley, the Aussie sparkling Ale 'Hyphen 18' was my first selection, all Aussie hops, brewed with a brut type finish, like one of my favorites at Drakes brewery in Cali ( sad days when they retired it) very refreshing, balanced ( not over hopped) with a brut (dry) finish, definitely a good choice after a warm day of work or play. Part of the philosophy of Bugu brewing is brewing well balanced beers, which from the tastings from my first visit they've accomplished very well. Well balanced with great flavor brews. Of course being a lover of Reds, I also tried a full pour of their take on Irish reds.. Donnybrook, very flavorful with a good full bodied taste, very smooth. I can imagine it could only taste better, if they added nitro to the mix, to add a little creaminess, but great just the way they did it. I'm looking forward to return stops, after more hiking adventures in the Mount Baker forest area. Plenty of food places nearby, that are also welcome as you enjoy this gem of a brewery in Monroe. Cheers!

Their website was easy to navigate to find out which food truck would be there and when. We ordered our food first then handed inside to warm up before picking up our order. The space was really spacious and nice. The vibes were warm and cozy with a large TV projector screen playing sports, good music and all types of seating and tables. They have a dog water bowl near the front where you can also get water with clean cups nearby too! You can also tell it is a beloved location as it was getting quite busy and there were children, dogs, and adults enjoying the space and time with one another. We got two 10oz Diamond Knot root beers which was divine! I recently started drinking root beer from breweries and I am a huge fan, as I think brand named root beer is gross. The drink paired really well with our soul food order. The bartender was really polite and seemed to be good friends with his regulars which is a good sign. I asked him where we should put the drinks and he politely let me know to the side of where he served me would be great and there is a sign to put empty glasses as well. We will look forward to visiting when we can as we are all the way from Tacoma but it is definitely worth coming back to!

They offer happy hour all day on Sundays, and since they don't take reservations, it's first come, first served. We arrived a little after 2 PM and there was plenty of open seating inside and out. This location is in the Spring District, which is super convenient if you're taking the light rail since it drops you off right there. It's located next to a park like plaza with a small grassy area and little water fountains. According to their website, kids are welcome in the restaurant and patio areas until 8 PM (but not in the bar area), which makes this a nice family friendly spot earlier in the day. Later on, the vibe seems like it would be perfect for catching a game, grabbing drinks with friends, and enjoying a more energetic brewery atmosphere. We started with two Moscow mules. Since that's one of our go to drinks and we've had quite a few, these weren't our absolute favorite here. They leaned more on the lime heavy side, and we weren't sure if the ginger beer was just a little flat. That being said, we still finished them! The Birria nachos were the highlight for me! They were so delicious, and the beer cheese sauce was SO good. I honestly just wished there was more of it because it added such a great flavor. My only small complaint is that I wish the toppings were spread out a little more evenly so every bite had a good mix, but overall they were still really tasty. The Mac Attack was also good, but it didn't completely wow us. If you're looking for an ultra thick, super creamy mac and cheese, this probably isn't that style. Still, it was a solid dish and enjoyable! Overall, we had a great first visit and would definitely come back to try more of the menu. Great location right in the heart of the Spring District with a fun atmosphere!

My favorite item on the menu is the spring district salad. The grilled salmon is always well seasoned and I love love love the lemon pesto vinaigrette!! It's a touch pricey but I think well worth it
