Steve and I both had their Mosaic IPA. This is I believe one that we haven't tried from the first time and it was indeed a good IPA. With it's aromatic feature and it's hoppy flavor along with a fruity and brightly clean finish this IPA came off as a highly enjoyable one. Everett has two Scuttlebutt locations. They have vegetarian dishes. Umami burger (bean based patty) and garden grinder. Lastly, they have a weekly specials board. This week, it was rockfish sandwich and side.
