Last summer we ate at the Tacoma location and it was life changing. I was shocked my how flavorful the pizza was and how crisp, rich and buttery the crust was. I'm pretty sure I have that location 5 stars. I have a friend who lives in Snohomish County and I had told him about Jet, so we decided to get pizza during the Seahawks Playoff run. Immediately, I was concerned. When he called, we got a bot and the bot couldn't understand our order. We wanted to remove peppers from the pizza and add flavor crust and the AI Bot fumbled all of that. When we got the pizza, it tasted nothing like the one I had in Tacoma, this was dry, lacked flavor and crispness. And the AI Bot didn't get our order right. My friend, who is a certified Pizza Fiend, looked at me like I had sold hold on life changing pizza that tasted like it came from a grocery store freezer. I ate one slice and tapped out. He ate 2, which is far few then he would normally have and the kicker was him telling me to take the leftovers with me. He is a certified day 2 pizza guy, but he waved it off. I'll be honest, that pizza was so bad, I don't know if I'd even go back to Tacoma. Oh well, there is no shortage of pizza on the planet, so we'll all be okay. read more

This is the first time I've been here and it was a very good experience. I called in my order and Tony (the owner) took my call after I bypassed the automated system. I wanted to talk to someone to figure out what would be best for my family - and you need a human for that. In the future, I should be good to use the automated functions or order online but for my first time I had some questions. Tony was great, he was patient and didn't rush me at all. He hooked it up with some discounts available for online orders and threw in some ranch sauce since it was my first time ordering. I showed up to pick up my order and there was a mix up. I thought I was ordering two 4-corner pizzas but he made me 2 8-corner pizza. I was wondering why the cost seemed a bit high and it was because I was getting double what I thought I was ordering. He was cool about it and took the full blame even though I told him it was totally fine. He took some money off without any asking - I told him not to worry but he took care of me anyway. That alone earned my future business. Now the food. It's great. Stop reading this and get yourself some pizza =) Detroit Style might be my favorite kine of pizza and this place is top 3 maybe top 2 all time for me. The pepperoni is good. Guys. Jet's is SO good. We've gotten pizza from them 1-2 times month since I discovered them in April. We absolutely love the deep dish Detroit style crust. It's crispy and buttery, and that crispy cheese border on the top is elite. We've tried most of their specialty pizzas and they've all been good but honestly, our go-to is just a plain cheese pizza with a bottle of their ranch. Their ranch by the way - fantastic! If you're a ranch on your pizza kinda person, you need to get it! They also offer slices if you just wanted something quick! They have multiple ways of ordering, including an app with great deals or by text where you'll receive 15% off. There's only a small waiting area inside for to-go orders, no dining in. This is a take out pizza place in shopping mall, so there is only a waiting bench for customers. The prices are very reasonable and there are always specials on their website. Ordering online is easy an intuitive. Normally I am more of a combo type person that likes a bit of everything but my last pizza from here was a simple Italian sausage and Pepperoni for toppings, extra pizza sauce with the Detroit style deep dish garlic flavored turbo crust. This combo was fantastic. A large comes with 8 slices, each slice is pretty good sized. Although i had to transport the pizza in a 20 minute journey home, the pizza was still great. I am normally not a fan of thicker pizzas, but I still had to give Jet's Pizza as I heard it was one of the best pizza places up in the Lynnwood area and was recommended to me. The first thing that caught my eye when ordering was that you can customize the crust flavor. I was excited about this since I had never had the option to at other places. I chose to go with garlic for my pizza and it added a nice touch. What I liked about Jet's Pizza was that the entire pizza had a crisp bottom. I don't prefer a soggy pizza so this was perfect! Just had the worst customer service experience I ever had here or almost any other place thanks to Shanaka. Started off bad when I walked in. She didn't even greet me just looked at me like I was bothering her and what did I want. I said hello then she said hi, I ordered a slice of pepperoni. When it came out as I was walking out the door opened the box to find a hair on it. Showed her she asked where it was 100% obvious and where it was so showed her again. She didn't apologize saying she's going to take care of it she just started blocking back to make me another slice. I told her I just wanted my money back at that point. She went to the register to process the return and said "its going back to your card." I said I need a receipt or something showing that. She replied " it doesn't give a receipt" I told her I never made a return anywhere without showing some type of return receipt. " She got upset and said she'll call a manager. She was even rude with the manager told them "you need to get back here" then walked in the back room. They most have talked her through the process of returning it because she came back in did something on the register and it printed a return receipt. So that tells me she probably didn't know what she was doing or had no attention on returning my money. I been here a good amount of times and honestly I don't think I ever want to step foot in this place again. She does not need to be working with people. read more

ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU HAVE OVER AN HOUR TO SPARE: I placed an order for delivery online, but I never received my pizza. I called the store an hour after the expected delivery time, only to be told that there was no driver available and I could come pick up the order instead. I was never contacted or informed about this change, no call, no update, nothing. If delivery wasn't available, I should not have been able to place a delivery order online in the first place. By the time I called, it was only 30 minutes before the store closed. Had I been informed earlier, I could have made other dinner arrangements or driven to pick it up myself. Wow! I'm not sure if this is the best pizza I've had, but it's up there. I got deep dish, half pepperoni/half cheese and jalapeños on the whole thing. Plus extra sauce, well done and turbo crust. It was heavenly! The crust was perfectly crisp, and the dough and sauce had great flavor. It was a tad on the salty side, but I did add a lot of salty things. My friend recommended this place to me as he ate it often in Indy. I looked it up and noticed many were writing what I was soon to realize - the pizza is very good! I ordered online and was given an hour pickup time quote. No worries there since I was getting off work. I showed up a little after my 6:05 quoted time and it was definitely evident that it was popular - there was a line out the door to pickup but I waited roughly 15 minutes and got mine. The pizza was excellent on all levels - great dough, cheese and toppings. I love the Detroit style pizza and this one was truly excellent. I cannot overstate that it does live up to the hype. The one bummer (and the reason I take a star off) was because they did not give me the ranch I paid for. I assumed it would be in the box and didn't check before leaving. I called the store but didn't end up getting thru, and I didn't want to drive 25 minutes back north for it. Disappointing for sure since my friend said ranch is their best dipping sauce. Basically, I came to pick up my order, it wasn't quite ready and was told to wait and they'll let me know when it's out. Never came out, so after quite some time, and with family messaging me what's taking so long, I asked how much longer. It was in the warmer box for quite some time!
