I'm going to leave this place 3 stars. Not because the quality of the food or the flavor. I was in town for a month and ate there twice. First time staff was fairly rude. When I tried to order online they acted as if they didn't understand me or wha I was ordering so I went in and ordered, staff seemed pretty pushy and rude that day but..... Pizza was delicious! Thai spicy pizza was really good but maybe too many peanuts. Second time their customer service was much better and the pizza was still good. I have been ordering from this place on doordash. This place is serving non-gourmet pizza at gourmet prices. By gourmet I mean slightly oiled crispy crust, high quality ingredients, melt on the cheese, olive oil. The pizza from here is good, but its not really deserving of the price they give it when I compare it to what I can get locally. I liked their almost lasagna pizza. Their tomato sauce pizza is just meh. But sauce, cheese, toppings, and crust wise other places are way better. Their chicken is a gamble; The first time I ordered their garlic parmesan wings and it tasted great, but the second time it was super salty. read more

This place has been spectacular every time I come. Their prices are great and always polite and friendly. My go to is the 14 inch beer crust with chicken, spinach, and onions with half cheese well done. What started as a complaint turned into a good experience. We ordered a Jumbo Jet pizza through Uber. We have gotten this before and loved it. Today we received a plain cheese pizza. Highly disappointing. We called them and it was determined it was something with Uber. Jeff was a pro. He went above and beyond being apologetic. We were out in Washington for birthday get away (from Las Vegas to get away from the Súper bowl lol ) and we were craving pizza. Wanted to try out a local pizza joint and this place definitely outstanding. They got our pizza done quick and it was fresh. Highly recommended! Just opened last week! Find it next to US Chefs Store and a gyro and Thai restaurant. We came in during the last hour before closing but the workers happily greeted us. The TVs were not on yet (I assume they'd show the menu and photos or videos of their food or sports in the future) so you have to scan one of the QR codes on their flyers to get to the menu. Prices are very good. No seating inside yet (not sure if there will be) but a good amount of spaced out tables and chairs outside. So mostly take-out for now. Pizza was ready quickly. Got a personal 8" pizza with pepperoni, bell pepper and spinach. They have some other atypical toppings like nuts and mandarin oranges! I guess they would lend themselves well in a Thai-inspired pizza. Our pizza was thick, chewy and crispy. I didn't know it till just now, but the menu says it's a "micro-beer batter" crust. Not exactly sure what that means other than there's beer in the crust, but sounds like it gives the pizza that extra pizzaz. Cheese layer also thick, gooey and stringy. Cheese and toppings to the edge. Extra like. The menu also offers wings, salads and 2 desserts. I look forward to trying out their specialty pizzas and more soon! read more

They give my food and they knew my order was cancelled because I called and they promptly said yes I know your order was cancelled the driver picked up your food and he's not going to deliver it for you. ????? $55 for two small pizzas and they both went straight into the trash. I don't think I've ever thrown pizza away before. Soggy, terrible crust. No flavor. A frozen tombstone pizza would have been a massive improvement. Stay away. read more

Edit 2: So, I ordered the thin crust three more times and only one of them was thin. I use Grubhub and put thin crust in the notes. I always get an XL thin crust. One time they even sent me a large instead. I added the picture of that and the mini jet combo to compared to that thin and crispy pepperoni mushroom. The one they got right looked just like it. This combo is as thick as the Hawaiian. And was doughy not crispy. I guess next time I will call them after my order to confirm they saw the note. So I'm dropping this one star because I value consistency. read more

Decided to give a more local pizza place a try. We ordered through Uber Eats and got it in a timely manner. Overall the pizza was good, in short my one complaint is that it is kind of bland over all. The cheesy garlic bread was the best part because the garlic flavor was very much there, something that even the garlic butter seemed to lack. I'm not sure if it's the sauce or the crust that needs a little something more, but it's just missing something. Since we were home, we experimented with adding garlic powder and Italian seasoning on it and it made the experience much better. Despite that, this is still a pizza I would order again. The cheese was absolutely the star of the show, baked so perfectly on top. The beer bartered crust was delicious, and overall the build of the pizza was good. I have no complaints about the cheesy garlic bread, but would definitely swing for the marinara sauce to go with instead. read more

I came here after for the first time a few years ago and although the quality has dropped a bit, it's still a reliable place to get pizza in this area. When the pizza is good, it's great! However, this location struggles with consistency. I have started noticing more and more that my pizzas aren't fully topped or are missing ingredients. I never complain because I understand that a lot of orders come in and sometimes you're gonna miss an ingredient. But because it happens more than most other places, I can't rate this location over 3 stars. The service is always great, and the location never looks noticeably dirty. So I'm never concerned about the safety of my food. But unfortunately, this part of the country isn't known for pizza, and having this as one of the more reliable pizza places really shows that. read more

Absolutely terrible service. Website ordering was down (and had been for a long time) so we called to order, placing an order for a single pizza to be ready in 30 minutes. When we arrived 3 of 4 workers were sitting around and then they said they said my order would be ready in a couple minutes. Then they then asked what my order is (they clearly had no record of it and the person who spoke with me in the room didn't know). They were going to make it and put it in the oven but at that point it was highly suspicious for a $25 pizza. I told them to cancel the order and there was no reaction at all as I walked out the door. We have had this pizza once before and it was doughy and mediocre at best for cheap pizza. Avoid at all costs-try Pagliacci, Zeeks, and Uncle Peteza's (when it opens up again). read more

We like it!!! I would say it was the best pizzas I've tried around here. Compared to both Italian restaurants Vivi pizza and Grazie, I like Jet city pizza more. It is not too salty that I liked. I'm not a big fan of meat pizza, but Mighty meat pizza was really delicious. It's really well balanced- enough meat, enough cheese. I would definitely order again. The jumbo jet is usually my go to but if I'm feeling something a little richer it's the garlic 3 meat, their Thai pizza is great for those that like to be adventurous.
