APPLE @ BELLEVUE Parking is available in any of their garages and parking structures, and it's completely free. It can get extremely busy especially on weekends. If you come on a weekday, it's not too bad and you should be able to find a spot fairly easily. On weekends, you will find parking, but it may take some time. There are multiple garages to choose from, but I'd recommend parking at either Macy's or Nordstrom for convenience. This was honestly one of the most uncoordinated Apple Store experiences I've ever had. I came in with a very old laptop that I've owned for several years and just wanted to do a simple trade-in for store credit. When I entered, a staff member with an iPad was coordinating customers and directing them to different areas. I was able to speak with him within about two minutes, there were only two people ahead of us. We were told to stand near the laptop section and that a representative would come help us shortly. We stood there for 5-10 minutes, and no one acknowledged us. No eye contact, no check-ins, nothing. It genuinely felt like no one was coming to help us at all. There were several other customers in the same situation, standing around the phone and charger areas, seemingly waiting after being directed there as well. Eventually, I flagged down a worker who told me they'd get someone to help me shortly. A manager who was helping another customer, interestingly came over to help me within a minute. The other customer he had been assisting was calling his name, and I even told him it was okay if he needed to help them first since he was assisting them. He responded by saying he was the manager and implied he could handle multiple people at once. His attitude came off a bit cocky, which was put off. At that point, I just wanted to finish the trade-in and leave. He did help me process it, and I received $165 in Apple Store credit, which was nice. Despite the credit, this was one of the most unorganized Apple Store experiences I've had. I even came on a weekday expecting it to be calmer, but it was still very packed. I'd recommend visiting a different Apple Store location if possible. If you do come here, try going on a weekday and avoid visiting during the holidays.

Waiting in line for my 1:30 appointment.

We came on needing new devices and help because one was dead. The service was incredible. Especially Angelica who was so patient with my husband helping him get his watch paired with a new phone. The techs tried to save that iPad but it was toast so we are fingers crossed cloud has most of what is needed to get the new iPad hubby got up and running. Thanks for a good experience. Finally!

This Apple Store in Bellevue Square is located upstairs near Nordstrom. There's no restroom inside the store, just shared ones in the mall. I visited to try out the newer iPhone cameras. The store is clean and the layout is easy to navigate. The staff were on point, and it's worth noting they are polite, quick to help, but not overly aggressive. It's what you expect from Apple. Great visit overall and a solid in-store experience. Efficient: Yes First-Time Friendliness: Yes Would I Return: Yes JY review

Busy store. We stopped by to pick up phones, but they didn't have any in stock. We did get a watch. On another day we picked up cell phone cases. The staff was very quick to offer help. The store is average size. They have new products on display on tables around the store. On both days we stopped by, and they were giving a tutorial on how to use their product. I found this handy. My parents are older, and this kind of hands-on tutorial would have been great. On a side note, if they don't have what you are looking for in stock you can order online.

Retail stores in general get a bad rap on customer service and while everyone is entitled to their opinion, I'd like to add some context on why I gave 5 stars. I visited the store on launch day of the iphone 13 models. I had a pre-ordered the phone. I arrived in my window but was surprised to see a line out the store and around it. At first I was thinking, "what's the point of giving you an appointment window when you give it to 20 other people?" I then took a moment and thought, okay lets evaluate this on how I am treated by the actual human beings in the store. Let me just say that every interaction was a pleasant one. You could tell the employees were doing their best with the huge lines and trying to accommodate everyone's needs. In a environment such as this, you encounter all sorts of skill and experience levels from the customers who are coming in for an event like this. Personally, I would of had little patience for people who didn't realize you needed to back up your phone beforehand or bring your ID (things mentioned in the pre-order email) but as I witness these things, the Apple employees showed patience and kindness during these interactions. My interaction and transaction was pretty straight forward. I knew what to expect when buying a new phone and trading in my older one. The small talk was great while waiting for the transaction to be complete and I look forward to my next visit there (hello new apple watch).

Terrible customer service. Shocked as I've never had this at any other Apple shop before. Won't return.

I returned to A Plus Computer Tech for help after spending about seven futile hours on the phone…read moreover about six days with Microsoft tech support, trying to regain use of my Outlook email account using my domain name on Office 365. John from A Plus came to my home to diagnose the problem, then set up remote access to my computer so he could work on it from the A Plus office. Over the next three days John stated in touch with me, identified the problem, and took the multiple steps needed to properly reset the access to my Outlook email. My computer now works better than ever, and for sure I'll contact A Plus from the outset for any problems in the future -- skipping the wasted time for call center help from Microsoft.

Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Customer Service…read more I had a very disappointing experience with A Plus Computer Tech. I brought in my 2021 MacBook Pro because the screen was broken. Before leaving my laptop, I repeatedly asked how much the repair would cost. I was told they couldn't give me an exact price until they completed a quote, and I was specifically told that the quote was FREE. They also told me there was no need to make a decision right away and that I could decide whether to proceed with the repair after receiving the quote. Two days later, they quoted me around $700. I felt that was too expensive, so I politely declined the repair and went to pick up my laptop. However, when I arrived, they suddenly demanded that I pay a diagnostic fee of over $50. I explained that I had been told the quote was free and that I had specifically asked about the cost before leaving my laptop. If I had known there would be a diagnostic fee, I would have considered my options before agreeing to leave it there. After discussing the situation, I was able to take my laptop back without paying the fee. But what happened next was completely unacceptable. One of their employees made a sarcastic comment along the lines of, "I'm sorry about your financial situation," and even called me "a dick." Seriously? This is how you treat a customer simply because they decide not to proceed with a $700 repair? I have no problem paying for a service when the charges are clearly communicated upfront. My issue is being told something is free, then being asked to pay for it afterward, followed by personal insults when I question the charge. Customers have every right to compare prices and decline a repair. That does not give employees the right to mock someone's financial situation or insult them. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this business get all fees and policies confirmed in writing before leaving their device. Regardless of their technical skills, the way I was treated was completely unprofessional. I will not be returning.

On top of that, this is only 1 of 2 certified places that can repair my Lenovo laptop and I had to drive hours to just pick up and drop off my laptop. They offer shipping, but that's more money out of your pocket for them to use on top of the diagnosis cost, repair costs, and cost for any other supplies. Whenever I asked for a time estimate on how long it would take to diagnose my laptop or to see what's wrong they can never give me an accurate time. They always say a couple hours or the next day. They told me that they would be able to fix my keyboard in one day once it arrives, and I bring my laptop thinking that I can wait there a couple hours for them to fix it and then they tell me that they can't guarantee that will be done that day. I literally drove all the way home to get a phone call saying that my laptop was ready to pick up! I could had waited if it was only going to take a couple hours oh, but they couldn't tell me. They definitely do not speak the customers language or put them first. I feel like they're more in it for the money then going above and beyond for customers. I've literally wasted hours of driving back and forth just to get my laptop keyboard fixed. When I finally received my laptop, they fixed the problem, BUT added another irrelevant problem! My laptop's battery now isn't being detected by the system and isn't charging and has to be connected to an adapter at all times to function. Now I have to pay another trip to Redmond to fix this new problem! Absolutely more inconvenience on my plate! Don't be surprised if you bring your laptop here and get it back with another problem, because that's what happened to me.

They have knowledgeable staff, and you can expect to get better service than if you went somewhere like Best Buy. Certainly, with the higher quality, you will end up paying more for it. I've purchased computers and parts as well as taken my older devices in to be fixed. They are very clear upfront about the cost, so there are no surprises when you get the bill. In particular, my experience with the service department has been phenomenal! My computer wasn't working, so I took in to get checked out where it was quickly diagnosed as a hard drive failure. The guy I was working with, Pat, worked with me to replace the hard drive, and now my computer is as good as new! When my family purchased a new laptop, Matthew helped my mom figure out the optimal machine for her small business. I originally went to the Factoria T-Mobile thinking I just needed a watch battery replacement. They sent me to the Apple Store, and the Apple Store then sent me to T-Mobile Bellevue Square. By the time I got there, I was already annoyed and frustrated because something that seemed like it should have been simple had become so much more complicated than I ever wanted it to be. Enter **Tico**, who was absolutely terrific. He figured out a way to get me an entirely new watch for essentially the cost of what I would have paid for the battery replacement. Even though the store was busy, he stuck with me through the entire process, never rushed me, and was incredibly patient, nice, charming, and helpful. He took care of everything and genuinely made me feel supported before, during, and after the purchase. His manager, **Mike**, also jumped in at different points to help and make sure everything went smoothly. I was really impressed with both of them and with the level of customer service they provided. We are very happy with the new watch! I did run into one little issue during setup afterward, and I'm now communicating directly with Tico about it. Instead of being worried or frustrated, I'm completely confident it will get resolved because I know I'm in good hands. Tico and Mike are exactly what great customer service should look like. They took a frustrating situation and turned it into an experience that made me really happy to be a T-Mobile customer. Five stars and a huge thank you to both of them! cSad: I need to amend my review. Somehow my guys managed to add a line and switch my phone numbers around. My sister in law lost her phone number. Except that it wasn't and I was being charged in full for Netflix instead of getting the promotion of basic Netflix on them. In December of 2024 I had a chat with a TMobile representative, helping me reconnect Netflix to TMobile. I have a full copy of the chat, where the representative confirmed that it was connected. It got disconnected at some point and I have not received the Netflix benefit again. I just called TMobile and the most unprofessional and unhelpful discussion with Customer Service. They agreed to reconnect it, but actually blamed me for disconnecting it (which I didn't do) because they had no record of it. They also blamed me for not being proactive about this issue. I actually asked only for a credit of 50% of the amount I shouldn't have paid. They told me to call Netflix. Netflix has no connection to TMobile's benefit, and TMobile still said I should ask them for a credit. TMobile refused to contact them and wanted me to be middle man. I initially spoke with Bonez in Customer Service. He seemed helpful until his only solution was for me to call Netflix. Everything went downhill and I had to asked at least 15 times to speak with a supervisor. Finally I spoke with Chase, who parroted everything Bonez said. I asked to speak with his supervisor but said there was no one there that could do anything else. He then refused to give me the name or department of someone else I could talk with. Extremely bad experience with TMobile since 2024. Great prices, but terrible customer service when really needed, or not providing a service they said they would makes the great price not really great.
