    Glad I came to Video Only, or I'd probably be sorry. This is my second plasma (2nd house) that I've purchased this year and I was pleasantly delighted with working with Craig and the manager at the Bellevue Video Only location. Being someone who works in the home automation and AV industry, I already knew which model I was looking for so I wasn't dazzled by all the bells and whistles on larger and pricier models. There was no need for a salesman to woo me with the priciest model, or compare with a lesser or better known brand. Be sure to do your homework BEFORE going there. Know which models have the best ratings, and reviews prior to speaking with any salesman. It's YOUR money afterall, so spend it wisely. Being someone in the industry I am privvy to some rather extravagent pricing (Black Friday) specials through our dealer reps, but the bottom line is that Video Only still beat them all. I went with a 50" Samsung plasma tv and they came down another $150 off their lowest marked price which was less than dealer cost. Even better, they had it in stock. I didn't realize that the consumer is able to negotiate prices like that. I'll be back, when I need something smaller for my bedroom.

They really don't do a very good job and one installer said he was going to do some research on the range vent fan but never called us back and there was no follow through. The appointment schedulers for installation are terrible. They give timeframes of the appointments from 7am- 7pm. We seem to always get the late appointments and sometimes they come way past the time they are supposed to come. And you have to schedule each appliance installation separately. We had a frig appt one day and received a text that they would be at the house in 30th minutes. Then immediately after there was a text that says to reschedule. After waiting all day then we have to reschedule? They don't seem to care about scheduling around the customer's time. We tried to complain about the scheduling office but they said they couldn't help us or basically do anything about it. Especially after waiting on the phone for 30 mins and going from one dept and then getting transferred to another dept. I'm not sure about this whole purchase and especially very unhappy with the installation scheduling dept. Lots of improvement needs to be done with Best Buy and their third party installation and installers.

If you come on a weekday, it's not too bad and you should be able to find a spot fairly easily. On weekends, you will find parking, but it may take some time. There are multiple garages to choose from, but I'd recommend parking at either Macy's or Nordstrom for convenience. This was honestly one of the most uncoordinated Apple Store experiences I've ever had. I came in with a very old laptop that I've owned for several years and just wanted to do a simple trade-in for store credit. When I entered, a staff member with an iPad was coordinating customers and directing them to different areas. I was able to speak with him within about two minutes, there were only two people ahead of us. We were told to stand near the laptop section and that a representative would come help us shortly. We stood there for 5-10 minutes, and no one acknowledged us. No eye contact, no check-ins, nothing. It genuinely felt like no one was coming to help us at all. There were several other customers in the same situation, standing around the phone and charger areas, seemingly waiting after being directed there as well. Eventually, I flagged down a worker who told me they'd get someone to help me shortly. A manager who was helping another customer, interestingly came over to help me within a minute. The other customer he had been assisting was calling his name, and I even told him it was okay if he needed to help them first since he was assisting them. He responded by saying he was the manager and implied he could handle multiple people at once. His attitude came off a bit cocky, which was put off. At that point, I just wanted to finish the trade-in and leave. He did help me process it, and I received $165 in Apple Store credit, which was nice. Despite the credit, this was one of the most unorganized Apple Store experiences I've had. I even came on a weekday expecting it to be calmer, but it was still very packed. I'd recommend visiting a different Apple Store location if possible. If you do come here, try going on a weekday and avoid visiting during the holidays.

I arrived early to see if anyone could help me but they insisted I had to wait for someone to help me. Some dude checked me in before 5:40. I sat charging my cell phone and a iPad I had too. I complained after I was sitting there waiting until 6pm. 20 minutes waiting and no one gave me any type of status if I was next or anything. And the manager looked at me 4 times but just walked away. He game me the vibe of an arrogant guy who is self centered and a narcissist. I was so mad but they all don't care. If you are not going to spend money they ignore you. It's a crappy situation to be in. Finally, a young lady helped me out. She asked me if I wanted the manager to help me and I said no. That I would like if she could help me. And she did. She worked hard and helped me with everything I needed help with. I really hope other Apple stores aren't like this.

I wanted to get an extra wireless keyboard and mouse so I could have one at work and one at home and wouldn't have to carry them around. I asked about them in the store and was led to a plastic box that was filled with identical wireless keyboard mouse combos. I picked one out and asked where the chip was. This should have tipped off the clerk that I was not tech savvy. As I suspect many of there customers are not. She told me the toggle was under the mouse. I got the set home and did not see a toggle under the mouse (latter I found out she was saying dongle). I looked in the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and did not see it. I called the them and was told to check the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and once again I didn't see it. I was told that this would be a once in a lifetime that a chip was not with the keyboard. I brought the unit in and we looked in the keyboard battery area next. Then we looked we looked at the mouse and they pointed out a built in dongle compartment in the battery chamber of the mouse. I was never told there could be a built in compartment when I was in the store or later on the phone. I have since find some YouTube videos that explain where to find the dongle. This tells me I'm not that only one to have trouble finding it.
