TARGET @ BELLEVUE Parking is available in their garage that is also shared with other businesses such as Dave & Buster's. This target is located on the 3rd floor in the elevator. Stepping into this Target was that it was SMALL... compared to Factoria or Redmond's this one is tiny! I was looking around for protein quest bars as well as other items and they were out of stock, other items like makeup weren't a huge selection. The freezer aisles were also pretty small but still had a good selection of items. Always enjoyed Target's bakery items, and Starbucks inside of the Target are friendly. They have self check out but only 4, and when it gets busy, it takes forever. I decided to go through a cashier in the lanes, she was very quick and helpful. Overall, i'd recommend stopping by if you're in Bellevue but I definitely wish it was a bit bigger of a selection and space. read more

This Target is a fairly new location close to Downtown Bellevue and down the block from I-405. It is in a shopping center occupied by PCC and Virginia Mason. The store location is a little awkward as you park in the garage one level below and need to either take the escalator or stairs up to reach the entrance. The store itself is a smaller location so the selection is not as extensive as full-size stores. It is similar to the Target location in downtown Seattle. Thus, I would go to another store if you are looking for products that are larger in size given the smaller real estate here. Despite the smaller selection, I find it convenient to pick up small items like groceries and OTC medicine. As for store experience, it seems staffing levels are lower here. Hence, you are directed to use the self checkout to pay. It might be difficult to find an open regular checkout here. If you are alright with a smaller selection and limited service, this Target suits your needs. If not, I would recommend shopping at a full-size location like the one in Factoria. read more

Didn't spend too much time in this target just went in and out and got what I needed which was gift wrapping paper. Their gift section is out in front, not a ton of variety but gets the job done. Overall I glanced around it looks like an express target to me for some reason things felt cramped? Wasn't too busy on a weekday evening which was a plus. read more

This Target was conveniently located to pick up some cosmetic products at a fair price. Parking was free and indoors at this location since it shared it with several other businesss. Staff greeted us at the front and directed us to the location. Bathrooms were conveniently located near the cosmetic area and were clean and well-maintained. Check out was pretty simple and if you are from out of town, Target charges 15 cents per plastic bag once you are done with the checkout process. Coming out west I've noticed that Targets here come in different sizes. The ones I'm used to, are pretty big. The one closest to me is small and this one is somewhere in the middle. It's got its food, mostly dry, can and frozen goods. A little bit in the way of furniture and electronics but the clothes area is pretty sizeable. What I notice and kinda like that there are workers all over the place, servicing each part of the store, restocking and refacing the products in that area. They're friendly and ready to answer questions. This is cool since you're never really too far from help. This Target sits on the top floor of the complex, so escalators or elevators are needed to access it. I'm not really a fan of that if you're carrying out a lot of stuff. Also, the layout of this Target is kind of weird. Check out is far left of the store everything else is middle and right. Guess I'm just used to entering stores on the same pane as check out. Outside of all that its Target. Got about everything you'd want but not the biggest Target around. read more

I don't usually write Target reviews that often but today I decide to comment regarding the quality of their service, selection and value. This Target is located on the 3rd floor of the urban plaza, with an entrance to the garage on 4th street. Generally it gets busier on Fridays and weekends. I found some of the hygiene products are disorganized on the very back of the aisle when no employees are present. Saw a lot of reviews discussing how the central area being locked up, I've seen this in elsewhere so didn't shock me. Overheard they are going through a new management re-organization so hopefully things get better worked out. Still it amazed me hence I don't usually find my kitchenette items from the other branch in Woodinville. read more

Let me preface this review by saying how much, in general, I LOVE all things Target. And I was super excited to finally have an excuse to stop in at their new Bellevue location to buy a couple of picture frames last week. But, hmmm, I left feeling fairly unimpressed. First, the good stuff: the parking garage was great! Located beneath the store itself, I quickly found a spot and hoofed it up a flight of stairs (spoiler alert: great view of downtown Bellevue from the top) and through the store entrance. Also, the store was very clean and they were following covid and mask regulations - YAY. What was off about this location, though, was its size. I guess it's sort of a "Target Lite," which meant it felt like there was a little of everything but lacking that great Target selection I find at larger stores. The weird thing is, on the outside this place looks like your basic, larger Target. But on the inside it feels...well...condensed. I ended up leaving empty handed, as their picture frame selection was abysmal compared to other Targets. I suppose if I'd realized this before I went, I would just have skipped and gone to their larger Factoria store. I guess a small/limited Target is better than no Target at all. But maybe they should call it something different so people don't walk in expecting the full Target experience, only to leave disappointed. I suggest Tiny Target, Target Lite or Not-Your-Mama's-Target as leading contenders. read more

Small newer target in Bellevue. Easy in and out. It's a very small version of a regular target store however, it is clean and you can find most items that you're looking for. I feel like a lot of people don't understand that this is a city target. It's obviously going to be smaller than the usual targets? I find this a great location for drive up when I know what I need is something they carry. It's not a great spot to just go and browse as it's pretty small. A lot of people complaining about product being locked up, but I've been seeing this happen in this area for a while now so I wasn't shocked. This is the newest Target in the local area. It's off 4th Street, east of 405. It's visible from the freeway. The entrance to the parking lot is on 4th Street, easily found off 405. After parking, go up for Target (down for PCC). When the Seattle downtown Target opened, they were very explicit that this is a "City" Target, more limited, less inventory. This Target seems to have all the usual departments and products that one would find in a regular Target. But it looks smaller than the typical Target, probably because its aisles are more narrow. The good thing is that it's brand, spanking new. Everything looks great and new. The food, clothing, and entertainment (books, electronics) are look good. The healthy and beauty section look pretty great with that new and undisturbed look that is particularly appreciated nowadays. I went around looking for Baby Yoda items in the different departments after reading Target carries a multitude of items in the different departments. With COVID times, I can see coming here for quick in-and-out type of shopping because of their narrower aisles. But for normal shopping, I'll stick with the larger suburbia locations. So glad there's a new Target located in the central Bellevue area. Is it just me or is the Factoria one always disorganized and packed with peeps? Plus, if I just want to get something quick at Target, I no longer have to head south. I could even walk here from downtown Bellevue. This was a long time coming. The new Target is much-needed for an area that is quickly growing. I headed over here to check out the new location. Gotta say, it was weird going to a Target where there were more employees than there were customers. Hey, I didn't have to wait long in line to check out. The selection at this store isn't as large as others. It kind of reminds me of a City Target, with just the basics plus some. It's in a new multi-level retail building, so parking is plentiful and easily found in the garage. Once you park, you follow the signs, leading to the escalator for the store's entrance. I was able to find the merch I needed: hand soaps, body wash and candles. I even snagged some yogurt, remembering I was out, as they have a small grocery. Christmas bling was already out. It will be realllll nice to come to this Target for last-minute needs and/or wants. read more

I will admit I come here a lot but I usually hate myself for doing so. Their inventory management is god awful or non existent. I've placed pick up orders and have gotten expired milk twice (both past sell by, one extremely bloated). Eggs, cheese, milk - if it's perishable, high likelihood it's past the sell by date. If you're here bc it's the cheapest option for you, inspect the dates closely. I also hate that prices are usually missing for 20% of the produce. They often only have self checkout which sucks when you have a big cart. I want to love this Target but it's just so much work for such a narrow selection store. Thumbs down read more

I asked the staff at the return item section, and the lady and Sunny at the counter helped me look it up on their machine. They said they have it in stock, and Sunny searched around for me. Let me start by saying I love target. But this particular target was so underwhelming. Let's start off with the shelves. While I was there, basically half of the shelves were completely empty. It looked like half the store was sold out. This is a smaller target than other targets but the selection of things were incredibly small. I went shopping trying to find a table cloth for my kitchen because I saw they had one at a different target. Well this target had none. Disappointing.. It's sad because it's the only target in the northern Bellevue area. They just need to do better with the store and then everything would be great. read more

The selection is super reduced compared to any other target in the area; plus today 4/10/24 I was forced to wait an extra 6 minutes to check out due to their self check out being closed, when asked why it was closed by another customer, someone on management i am assuming, said that they were "trying out something new with more customer interaction" which while a great sentiment to have, is awful for individuals like me who A.) want to get in and get out and B.) have as minimal face to face interaction as needed. I understand theft is an issue in the area but waiting 5 minutes to be checked out by an individual for a single thing of cat litter when I could've been in and out in less than 2 if self check out had been open is an interesting decision to say the least. read more

Forced inconvenience/lines by Management at this store and discontinued Cash-Back from Target Circle make it no longer worth going here. Self Checkout now only available when there are long lines, otherwise you have to stand in line for a human cashier so no matter when you go, you are forced to wait in a line or wait on another human. You used to be able to stop in to quickly buy items with self-checkout and go, but not anymore. Management's (poor) solution to theft is apparently treating all customers as thieves and forcing them to use human cashiers instead of expecting their paid staff or security personnel to do a better job at theft prevention. Target also no longer offers Cash Back rewards for shopping at their stores, and their "sales" typically just bring overpriced items down to somewhere near stores like Walmart charge everyday. Fresh food - especially dairy/eggs - are frequently past "Sell-By" dates and items shown in-stock at store on their app are often not actually on shelves. App also shows lower prices than at store to try forcing you to order online "for Pickup" and once again have to wait on employees. All in all, they've made it not worth wasting time shopping here anymore. read more

I've purchased from this store four times, and not only is the service bad, but it's consistently bad. Every time I order something from the app, some items are always missing. Some of the shortages are consistently present, like headphones, which they never seem to have in stock. Other out-of-stock items are more baffling, like pork and bread. What's even more perplexing is that bread has been out of stock four times in a row, yet they still list it as 'in stock' on the app. I can't comprehend how they have the confidence to do this. Even worse, they employ the worst delivery personnel I have ever encountered. I requested that they call me so that I could come downstairs to collect the package, but the delivery person left the package in the wrong location and then called to tell me it was "downstairs". Then she left directly before I could even get downstairs. She was in such a hurry to do "great business" that she couldn't be bothered to figure out where the customer's address was, even though it would only take 10 seconds to find it using Google Maps. I've never encountered such a confident delivery person before. read more

Covered parking is a plus, the escalator mostly works but sometimes doesn't. Selection is good and the staff is helpful. Would recommend a visit if you need something at Target. read more

The new Target just outside of downtown Bellevue is a small-format Target (at least compared to their Factoria and Redmond locations). The new place is clean with plenty of free covered parking while the staff is friendly and engaging. My only complaint is the lack of customer control inside the store. I was there for about an hour and in two instances, I watched a couple kids ride their bikes through the store and my fiancee saw another guy smoking a cigarette. read more

I feel as though this Target should be marked as a "mini Target" or something to set expectations and save people from driving here if they're looking for the standard Target experience. I stop by once in awhile if I need something urgently because it's close to my work, but not once have I left with everything on my list. The inventory is seriously lacking. And we all know about those that love to stroll through Target as a way of relaxing (me included), but this location is NOT somewhere you can do that. read more

Generally, I love Target, but this Target does not answer their phones! I tried calling an hour before closing on a Saturday to see if they had a certain item in stock (they are 20 minutes away from my home and only showed 2 available online) and the number rang and rang and rang, then disconnected. I tried EVERY SINGLE DEPARTMENT. I called the national Target customer service number, and they tried as well but they too could not get through. I tried the next day again, thinking perhaps that the store had not staffed workers in customer service in the evening, but no one answered Sunday at noon either! If you have a retail store, you have an obligation to the customer to answer the phone. No excuses! If there is one person in the store, they should be able to pick up the telephone when it rings. I'll bring my business elsewhere and will not visit this Target in the future. read more

The Bellevue WA Target has been open for how long now?... 4, 5, 6 months and they still don't have enough of anything? They don't have enough workers for sure. I asked the manager when I was there a week ago, why they didn't have any hand carts or shopping carts with wheels and all he could say is that they didn't have enough workers to have someone go down to the garage and bring them back into the store. They also didn't have enough people to work the cash registers. There was a long line for the one register with a human and a long line for self check out. Really? This is downtown Bellevue! You can't pay people enough to work for you? Also apparently that extends to keeping product on the shelves. I'm trying to consolidate my grocery shopping to one area instead of having to drive all over the place because Trader Joe's won't open a store anywhere near where I live. So I decided that I could stop at Joe's and Target in Bellevue and get that done. But the Bellevue store has been a constant source of frustration. Please get it together soon. OK? read more

They said my credit card wasn't working so I used my debt card. They ended up charging me on both cards for the same purchase. I called them and explained what happened. They wanted me to come in and get a refund. I drove to the target and then they give me the run around on how I have to take it up with my bank. The manager was very unprofessional and uneducated she couldn't even make sense of why they couldn't help me get a refund. read more

This is a terrible target, almost as bad as the one down town. I've been here probably 20 times since I moved to Seattle, only once has a checkout line other than self check out been open and the employees are slow, have no concern about being in your way or making you wait. I just sat for over ten minutes, and they aren't busy, after asking two different people to open a cosmetic case for me. The second person I asked literally saw me standing there and turned up an isle to avoid me because he had just got off and didn't want to run into me. Even the manager who had an earpiece in and looked at me sitting there just ignored me. If I find an alternative to target here I'm going to use it, this place is a joke. I also tried to buy an emergency pack of diapers at the downtown Seattle location, they try to make you buy the value sized box and offer only infant size for individual purchases. I have been to this location twice and felt sorry for this new Target both times. There were barely other customers there so I would have expected friendly services but no, it was the opposite. The first time when I was about to do the self checkout. The employees didn't greet me, instead, they talked over me (imagine I was in the middle and one each of them on my right and left sides). The second time, when I went to pick up my order, the employee claimed to be the manager gave me the bag and proceeded to the next counter to an invisible customer without a word. I had questions with my order and it turned into a daytime soap drama :( I will never set foot into this Target store ever again. Has to be the worse Target by far. Went in to purchase Panini basketball cards or Pokemon cards for my grandchildren and they were limiting me to 1 pack on either sports cards or pokemon cards. Are you serious??? So I can only buy 1 pack that 3 of my grandchildren have to split and decide on who opens the pack. I've purchase from the other Target stores with no issues before but I guess there always has to be that one "Soup Nazi" store. The worse part of the visit was the customer service center employee treated the place where they kept the cards like it was Fort Knox. Give me a break. Great to have a store in a close location. However, it seems the selection of products and clothing is limited, except for an expanded cosmetic section, and prices are higher. Going for the big sellers? Also, it is hard to figure out how to get to the store if you are also going to PCC. The parking lot was designed a little weirdly. This is my favorite Target store. It's really nice, and has everything I need. It's clean, has parking and it's a Target afterall!

This Target is way nicer and cleaner, other than the other targets I've been to. All of the Target stores make everybody inside the store wear a mask (including staff and customers) and also they have a mini sanitizer booth were you can get hand sanitizer at the entrance. This Target is however very clean and well organized, rather than the other targets. The store is located near the Downtown Bellevue Area and has close garage parking, the parking lot has lots of pretty close places to park. Would recommend. *BTW: there is also a Starbucks inside the store near the entrance* read more

Went in today to try and buy some Pokémon and for about the 4th time I witnessed the service desk selling Pokémon to other employees still in their outfit and clocked in working.
