I contacted Alee with HiTek Telecom to get a quote on a complete network job for my home. Not only do my spouse that I work from home, but I also do a lot of photography and video that I transfer back-and-forth on my network and into the cloud. I was tired of poor and drop connections with my consumer level Wi-Fi system. In addition, I wanted a local security camera system that I can control without relying on a cloud service. After receiving a quote and agreeing on the scope of work, I scheduled the installation. Alee came out on time on the date scheduled and we walked through the plan of installation and confirmed what all my needs were. Alee and his team worked through the day and completed the install job in an incredibly professional manner. The installation and the cable runs, and all of the final product was exactly as described. After the install, Alee walked me through downloading all of the software that I needed, how to access and navigate the system, how to navigate and operate the security cameras, and ensure that everything was working properly. To be sure, this was a relatively large install for a residential application. I wanted ethernet drops in every room of my house, a new professional grade network cabinet, in-ceiling WIFi network, and a new suite of security cameras. I couldn't have asked for a better end product. I am quite pleased with the attention to detail of the install and making sure everything was perfect, workmanlike, and care was taken in my home. Alee came back out to adjust a couple of things for me after the fact and install an additional camera. Again, he was on time on the scheduled day. The workmanship was just as good and the communication has been stellar throughout. I truly can't recommend HiTek and Alee enough. Top-notch product and top-notch service.

I'd recommend Shawn to anyone: his knowledge, efficiency, customer engagement, and outcomes…read moredelivered are outstanding. He's a networking and IT superstar. Costs: If you are upgrading your home network or other capability, and need to buy new/more gear, Shawn doesn't charge a markup on the equipment. In fact, once he's designed your solution he will provide you with links to the exact products required and let you buy them directly from the vendors if desired. Or he'll buy them himself and present you with the receipts. Hourly rate: With the skills Shawn possesses, his hourly rate is substantial. And it should be. However, you can still bring your project in at a very reasonable cost PROVIDED you can be a smart customer. By this I mean you must be clear on the capabilities you want to achieve--or at least be able to listen to Shawn describe what's possible and then make rapid decisions. If instead you want a lot of customer education, Shawn can do that too because he knows an immense amount about IT and can communicate effectively. However, it's a bit like paying for a neurosurgeon to teach you about the types of aspirin available to treat a headache. That doesn't make sense; get a nurse instead! In my case, my wife and I work from the house. My goals were to increase the reliability of our home network. We wanted better maintainability (so when the internet goes down I can rapidly identify the problem and fix it). We wanted better network security. I wanted to add a home security camera because of problems with car prowls, etc. And finally, I wanted to move our networking gear out of our super-hot furnace room to a cooler and cleaner location. This was a lot. Other vendors had previously failed to come up with an affordable solution--or any solution at all. Shawn showed us how to do it for a very reasonable sum. Once we had a plan, I was able to control costs by getting a carpenter friend to open up the wall and pull wires through to the new location for the gear. Shawn also kept costs down by allowing me to provide extra hands as he mounted gear on the wall, connected all of our wireless access points to the new console, etc. These steps all require two people. Shawn was willing to let me help and he even maintained a high level of wit and good-natured ribbing throoughout the long day of work. In sum: great outcome, great satisfaction, great price. They were well prepared so that we had no down time for patient care. All software and hardware were updated and coordinated. we are truly grateful for their professionalism, efficiency and care. They were also the most cost effective based on our comparisons and the fact that it didn't take weeks and multiple technicians to troubleshoot the issue. When third-party workmen in our yard knocked out our business' internet access, we were in panic…read moremode. We needed to splice or rerun the fiber optic cable as quickly as possible. After soliciting three bids, we chose to go with Premier Communications. Premier responded to our request for a bid within 20 minutes, and scheduled a technical visit that same day. Every person I spoke with from Premier(Scott the owner, the scheduler and Jeff, the technician,) was knowledgeable, straight- forward, professional and considerate. The scheduler/dispatcher kept us consistently updated with regards to the technician's arrival time. We were especially impressed by our technician Jeff. Jeff was really sympathetic with regards to our need for a quick and reliable fix at an affordable price. Jeff offered us several options and the next day he came back and fixed our problem like a true expert. Premier's estimate was roughly 1/2 to 2/3 of the other estimates we received. Jeff and the rest of the Premier staff did a fantastic job at getting us re-connected within a day and a half. I would recommend Premier Communications to anyone who needs assistance with installation of PBX systems, cabling, and cable repairs.

I had Kirill come out to help with some network cable routing in my house to help with wireless…read moreissues I was having during work. A few other companies sent out employees to run estimates, but Mulitmedia Circuit and Systems responded very quickly and said they could confidently do the installation on the same visit. He came out as promised and very quickly finished the work. Kirill even offered to help with a few aesthetic issues he had noticed during the installation, such as removing an exterior, unused coax cable and also filling a hole in the siding that he had noticed. Multimedia Circuit and Systems was incredibly fast in both their response and the installation, and I plan to reach out again for help with some PoE camera installations. I would highly recommend their help for network installation work!

In addition to advising on the network, he also helped future-proof it a bit by running a few extra cables and he even setup a line to pull an additional cable through a particularly difficult section of the house should we need it in the future. He setup the cable terminations with the flexibility I needed as the physical location of our switch is still a little in flux. Overall, he was great to work with and did high quality work, consistently going above and beyond my expectations.

I am shocked by how bad this company has become. It used to be great, but as it grows it clearly…read morecannot provide customer service. I originally connected Netflix with TMobile and received a confirmation that it was connected. Except that it wasn't and I was being charged in full for Netflix instead of getting the promotion of basic Netflix on them. In December of 2024 I had a chat with a TMobile representative, helping me reconnect Netflix to TMobile. I have a full copy of the chat, where the representative confirmed that it was connected. It got disconnected at some point and I have not received the Netflix benefit again. I just called TMobile and the most unprofessional and unhelpful discussion with Customer Service. They agreed to reconnect it, but actually blamed me for disconnecting it (which I didn't do) because they had no record of it. They also blamed me for not being proactive about this issue. I actually asked only for a credit of 50% of the amount I shouldn't have paid. They told me to call Netflix. Netflix has no connection to TMobile's benefit, and TMobile still said I should ask them for a credit. TMobile refused to contact them and wanted me to be middle man. I initially spoke with Bonez in Customer Service. He seemed helpful until his only solution was for me to call Netflix. Everything went downhill and I had to asked at least 15 times to speak with a supervisor. Finally I spoke with Chase, who parroted everything Bonez said. I asked to speak with his supervisor but said there was no one there that could do anything else. He then refused to give me the name or department of someone else I could talk with. Extremely bad experience with TMobile since 2024. Great prices, but terrible customer service when really needed, or not providing a service they said they would makes the great price not really great.

T-Mobile acted like a big baby when I switched to a provider that they are a parent company of…read more On 2/12/26- I paid $350 on a delinquent bill of $934.00 On 2/14/26 - I received a bill for the balance of $584. On 2/27/26- I paid off the balance of one phone at $191 by going through T-Lite and selecting the phone icon and line item and paying it off. On 2/27/26-I spoke to Customer "Care" inquiring about the "added $33 for installing new internet service", a fee that was not discussed after sending me an advertisement that service is available in my area - among other 'fees" and "charges". I asked the Rep how we could fix this, to which she hung up the phone. Moments later, I received a text message that the service was canceled. When I called T-Mobile Customer "Care" back, the system did not recognize the number and sent me through the new customer auto prompts. I tried logging into the T-Mobile Lite App - it didn't recognize the credentials. I called T-Mobile Customer "Care" again and requested to speak to a supervisor. He advised that the bill was now $1,045 (from the time between Feb 12th-Feb 28th). He advised that the new charges were for "back dated charges". I began to explain how that could not be, to which he interrupted me and said, "you cancelled the plan". At that same moment, I received a text message that the plan had been cancelled. Rather than unlocking the phone that I'd just paid for and allowing a peaceful transition to a company that T-Mobile owns, T-Mobile behaved like a huge, orange baby, who'd rather break all their toys than let someone else play with them. So instead providing a rational explanation as to what the costs were for, T-Mobile re-lumped the cell phone balance that I'd just purchased into the overall balance, then claimed I "the account was not in good standing" to transfer that phone, all while simultaneously canceling the plan while on the phone with me. They then trumped-up charges and claimed an overdue balance, twice the amount of the bill just sent to me on 2/12/2026. The very definition of "sore loser" and epitome of horrible customer-business acumen. Signed, EXTREMELY ANNOYED BY HOW T-MOBILE BEHAVED ALL THINGS CONSIDERED!!!!!
