Honestly if it weren't for the city's love affair for ABE I wouldn't come back often. The menu isn't the best for those looking for non-meat, light options. The teas are delicious and the staff are nice despite busy hours and lots of tables to help. It's an okay brunch spot if the wait isn't crazy (which tbh it probably is). read more

Even a torrential downpour of rain doesn't stop people from trying to enjoy a good breakfast or brunch. I decided to try out Another Broken Egg Cafe on this particular Sunday. I ordered the Crab Cake Benedict, half an order of Beignets, and a side of cheese grits. For beverages, I ordered a coffee and a Strawberry St. Germain Mimosa. The bartenders were twins. Barry, one of the twins, crafted my Strawberry St. Germain Mimosa which tasted so delightfully smooth from having proportionate ingredients. The strawberry garnish was a nice added touch. The half order of Beignets arrived first. Barry explained that these Beignets are southern-style pieces of biscuit deep fried and lightly coated with powdered sugar served with a side of honey marmalade. The experience of tasting a warm Beignet dipped in honey marmalade can only be described as heavenly. The Crab Cake Benedict and cheese grits arrived as I was finishing the Beignets, and both were delicious. I highly recommend Another Broken Egg Cafe, and I will be visiting again. read more

Ambiance is nice. The food is great. Customer service is good too. Great place for brunch.

My friend and I get together twice a month and enjoy two of my favorite things...... breakfast and gossip. We discuss everything from jobs, kids, family and many more things. We rotate turns on who picks where we will eat and spend at lease three hours of our Sunday. She suggested Another broken egg. I was not disappointed. The food was so delicious and the service was awesome. We were seated within 1 minute of entering the building and the server was at our table within another 2 mins. He kept our coffee hot and our water cold. Forgive me for forgetting his name as he was awesome. Lucky for him I never forget a face . I ordered the 2 stack of pancakes with bacon, eggs and breakfast potatoes. It was absolutely perfect and steaming as it came from the kitchen. Again this place is awesome and highly recommended by two highly opinionated friends! read more

Not sure how you can mess up pancakes, but they did. They were impossibly chewy, hard to cut, and they syrup just slid right off them. I only was able to eat 1 of the 3. I guess they saved me all if the calories. Waitress was nice and bacon was good. So 2 stars. Not coming back. read more

Eggs were over cooked, English muffin undercooked. Service was slow. Just another mediocre chain restaurant

It always has a wait for the bathrooms!!! 2 bathrooms for what has to be at least 40 tables. Even when the place is not busy to food takes forever to come out and it's breakfast items. Nothing complicated but still just super slow and food comes out of the kitchen in spurts vs a constant flow. There always a waiting list because tables are not turned around quickly. Tables and chairs were so packed together pre covid that you can't walk around without feeling like your in another tables area to get up and move around. read more

This restaurant gets 5 stars for food, and 10 stars, if I could, for service. Most notable were Tawanna and Chelsea; they were friendly, attentive, caring, and genuine. My husband and I never had to ask for a refill on our beverages, and there was not one error on our orders. We were always greeted promptly and the door was held for us as we were cheerfully told goodbye and asked to return soon. We visited this restaurant every day for 5 days, and the food and service were always consistently excellent. Most notable for me were the fried green tomatoes. They were fried in cornmeal, which made them crispy and non-greasy. The bacon was perfectly cooked, as was everything we ate. Also notable are the coffee mugs, as they are individually handmade, with signature etchings on each one. Our restaurant featured music notes, and I was told that the other Memphis location had guitars. You can purchase one for $18, which I did not hesitate to do! They also had a well lit enclosed patio that is heated well in colder weather and opened up in warm weather. Please visit this restaurant soon; you won't be disappointed! read more

You must stop here for breakfast or brunch anytime you are in Memphis!!!! Huge portions, affordable, creative menu, good drinks, great service and on and on and on I go... Desiree was our waitress and she was attentive, thorough and friendly. I did tell you the food is amazing?!?!?!?! The city grits and biscuit beignets are a must-have. read more

Another Broken Egg doesn't need any validation. The location, ambience, service, food, and prices are all great. I'd like to recognize the staff -- they were polite, efficient, and pleasant. read more

The door greeter gives you a realistic wait time which is based on your seating preference. (Outside or Inside). The wait staff was attentive and polite and truly seemed like they WANTED to be there. I got the Spinach omelette with grits and a biscuit and it was all AMAZING. Fresh cooked. Wonderfully prepared and presented. My lunch partner got French toast with eggs and bacon on the side and he raves about how good it all was. We will definitely be back! read more

It was pretty good but it took forever by the time my food was already it was lunchtime so yeah the food is pretty good but it takes for freaking ever The pancakes were really good btw read more

It was our first visit, but not our last! This place is delicious! We used the app to put ourselves in line and when we arrived, we only had to wait about 15 minutes. We tried the biscuit beignets - which come with a really tasty citrus honey. We also got the biscuit and gravy and lobster omelette. Both dishes were fabulously on point! As for drinks, I would highly recommend Spiked Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew which has spiced rum and a rumchata whipped cream... mmm! read more

The only thing disappointing about Another Broken Egg on Park is that the wait to dine in is long. Most of the time I am willing to wait because the food is THAT good. I don't think I've ever written another review before, but I felt the need to with this place. I'm pretty picky about my food - not that I don't like a variety of foods, but many places just don't impress me. I cook pretty well. I've been here twice and each time I was very impressed. I've only ever had the Floridian omelette, and while the crab might not be as fresh as you'd get on the coast, I thought it was delicious. Their city grits are TO DIE FOR, and I don't even like grits. However, my only complaint is their country potatoes. They're just boring. I feel like you could throw some cheddar and scallions on them and they would be better. Just kinda surprised me they didn't dress them up a little. They are cooked well though. Both times I went was on a Sunday. Each time they were slammed. But you could tell everyone in there was working their tail off, and any staff member I interacted with was very pleasant. read more

The food is always ok in other locations. This time, the manager had his favorite 70's playlist going and had it cranked. When we asked to have it turned down so we could talk even the staff thanked us because a customer had to make that request. They agreed it was too loud. The music was still terrible but at least lower. Then, moments later the level went up again. We can't even have a conversation at our table. We came in for a nice breakfast and left irritated. Not a pleasant experience. Won't return to this location. 1 week later update - corporate sent me a note the next day asking for my number. Bob Roney general manager called 7 days later and made this right. Thanks Bob. Moving stars from 3 to 5. read more

Overall great place! Server was awesome too. They're we're really busy. But for the price I paid, I should've at least gotten fresh food. Literally the potatoes and eggs were so cold I left them as is. I didn't even bother talking to the server she was busy. But this is not what you'd expect at a nice restaurant like this. read more

The food was awesome, but the portions were a little small for the price, and it was prepared pretty quickly despite the restaurant being a little crowded. read more

We went here for brunch on Sunday. The menu had so many fantastic options it was difficult to choose what to order! Once our plates came, they did not disappoint. I had the fried green tomato BLT and my husband had the chocolate Belgium waffle. Both were great. I substituted fruit for my side and it had strawberries, blackberries, kiwi, and pomegranate!! A nice change from the usual side of fruit. The staff were all very nice and while the food wasn't fast, it was worth the wait! We will definitely be back. read more

Throughout the Pandemic, we chose to visit Broken Egg (on Park) once a week. Taking a risk? Maybe. But Jamaica and ALL the servers - the best. We chose this restaurant not only because they were serious about the rules but because we love the food! Bacon and city grits are a given, but ALL the specials - all the featured egg dishes - OMG. Don't be shy. The service is perhaps the best in any 5* restaurant. read more

This place is in a good area and super cute inside. The hostess's were very sweet and our waiter was prompt and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious! We got free beignets because it was our first time and they were very tasty. My girlfriend got the biscuits and gravy and I got the lobster and "city grits." We highly recommend both! The coffee was great and my cup was never empty. We loved our experience and will definitely be back! read more

Eggs Benedict & mimosas every time! I've tried a few other things that weren't for me but you can't go wrong with the classics.

Line was long af, they told us 30-45 min and we stood outside for an hour 15. Food was amazing though, and the waiters do a good job of upselling you on the sides, our guy got me to get a side I thought came with my order of biscuits and gravy but it actually didn't and was extra because he casually asked it first thing like "do you want ham or bacon with that?". And the ambiance is ok if you like a mildly loud brunch which I do read more

Their food is so delicious my daughter love it well and they give you what you pay for the portions size is worth it.

There is almost always a wait at typical meal times, which indicates that it is a favorite for a lot of people. The service is good to very good and the food is always delicious! We have found that the restaurant's food and quality is consistent whether you are in Memphis or on the gulf coast. Definitely worth a try for breakfast! read more

We tried a new breakfast restaurant called Broken Egg Cafe. It's a chain of expensive, fancy breakfast foods. ($50 for breakfast!) Supposed to be a treat for our 51st wedding anniversary this morning. I ordered online for pick up. Ever since we started cruising , where I had it the first time, I've been a big fan of eggs benedict and this restaurant had several choices, crab, lobster, shrimp, regular. So, I ordered regular eggs benedict. For those who've never had it, it's toasted eng muffin halves canadian bacon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce. I opened the box, untoasted eng muffin so it was soggy, burnt piece of ham, mushrooms, scrambled eggs, some type of gravy over all the mess. This garbage was awful and not anything like it should be. I'm so mad I knew if I called them I'd be screaming at them. Also, we ordered a side of bacon that was barely cooked. I had to throw it away. If you can't make the food properly you shouldn't put out inferior food. read more

My girlfriends and I go out to brunch every couple of weeks on Sunday. This Sunday we went to Another Broken Egg on Park. It was Halloween, and we thought we might have a long wait. The staff were all very nice, and what was to be a 45 minute wait ended up only being 20 minutes. Our waiter was PHENOMENAL. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he was fabulous. Between the three of us we ended up getting a Mardi Gras omlette, biscuits and gravy, a Napoleon Temptation, city grits, and a pumpkin waffle. There was nothing that we got, that was not excellent. I am not a fan of waffles, but for me the pumpkin waffle and pumpkin spice butter could not be resisted. I did not special order my waffle in any way, but it could not have been more tailored to what I wanted, had I asked. It was delicious. Sadly, the pumpkin waffle is only a seasonal option. The Napoleon Temptation is French toast with a pancake, French toast, waffle, and cinnamon roll drizzled in rum butter sauce. We couldn't believe the layers on this thing!! Run, don't walk to Another Broken Egg on Park. You will not be disappointed! read more
