Great food! Everything was quite tasty. The service was great! A large group left the restaurant and it took more than 45 minutes for someone to clean it up. There weren't that many customers in during this time and I saw quite a few waiters that could have cleaned it up. Maybe I'm a bit of a prude - when I eat out, I'd prefer not to see dirty dishes on empty tables when I'm walking to/from the laboratory. Regardless, I will be returning next time I'm in Memphis. One more comment - when I used to live in Memphis (maybe 5 years ago?) this restaurant had a piano player some nights. This was AWESOME !!! Any chance of bringing that back??? I am not a fan of "casual dining chain"restaurants. I try not to be biased and just out right refuse to attend when the host chooses some place like this. That isn't very nice at all, now is it??? The truth is I partially die inside when they are brought up as dinner options. So, when D made the reservation here, I was less than thrilled. I had only been here one time before, during a Yelp event, years ago when Yelp Memphis was actually a real thing. I was hardly impressed then. Wifey was like "it'll probably be really good, people like that place". I went in with the absolute highest of hopes. Appetizers were Meatballs, flatbread pizza, and a crab cake. Crab cake was not bad. Lots of crab. Ok, let's do this Seasons. Meatballs were good too! I actually really liked them and could eat them again today! Chipotle Shrimp flatbread was not half bad either.... I like the sauce, it was crunchy, good stuff! Hmmm.... Could I have been wrong about this place? Boom. Crash. Screech. Dinner is about to be served. Our server, nice young gentleman with tattooed sleeves, not sure if I caught his name, really tall. Bless him. Three people ordered steak out of five and I had the lamb. D had the chicken. He came back and asked D (with chicken) if he ordered his Med Rare or Med. I begged him to bring it Med Rare, LOL. They come with the food. One guy doesn't get his food with everyone else's. Server says, "something happened, we are going to buy it". That's it, and left. My plate is so hot from the heat lamp it burned me when I touched it. It had obviously sat there forever and was so hot on the shelf it continued cooking the meat until it to almost completely well done. It had nice flavor, just way overcooked. Mashed potatoes were tasty though. I ate about half of my lamb, picking the less done parts. Steaks were all the same, all near burnt, even the one that drug behind everyone else's food. His plate was untouchable hot. Really strange. Server was so frantic at this point we all just ate what we could. D picked at his chicken but left most of it. Sides looked bad to me. Oh well. Mac & Cheese was ordered for the table. It is worse than a boxed Kraft Mac. It had zero cheese sauce and was just dried up noodles with breadcrumbs. The lesson here.... I've frequent the MEMPHIS RESTAURANT OFTEN. My experience today was somewhat unpleasan. A young lady by the name of Danielle(sp) not sure of spelling as she did not have on a name tag. She was very rude when asked if we could add one additional chair to our reserve table. We were a party of 14 with one late participants. We were willing to add one additional chair but she stated we could not due to capacity which we understood. It was the "tone she used in speaking to the group. Please note in this group the ages of those in attendance was 70- 85+. She talked down to us as if we were children. Have never received such bad service in all the times I have visited Season 57. I have had the lamb loin three times now and I don't think I will get it again due the inconsistency of the cook on it ... first time it was perfection and the other two times it was badly over cooked .. but service has always been great and the sides are great as well ! I treated myself to a nice lunch recently, the service was great but I was underwhelmed by the food. My server was very friendly, attentive, and answered questions I had about the food. I got the shrimp and crab mushrooms, they came out scalding hot and did not cool in the plate they are cooked/served in. The scallops I ordered were overcooked, but the asparagus was cooked well. I got two deserts but was frustrated with the small glass as in order to get to the bottom of the layers you have to squeeze some of the top out. You end up eating it layer by layer instead of being able to enjoy a full bit of all the layers. read more

I love this restaurant. Some of the drawbacks is that they do not have a parking lot so you have to use complimentary valet parking or park in a garage and walk some. Also service can be lacking at times because the place gets packed and it has a focus around atmosphere. We ordered the Philly Flat Bread, steak salad, and pork chops. The Philly Flat Bread should but emphasis on flat because this was the flattest pizza I have ever had. The taste is amazing and it is not filling at all. The steak salad is decent. I really want to give a zero rating. The absolute worst experience I've ever had in every possible way. I had been a patron twice before and my experiences were wonderful. This time, it was so terrible, so insulting and overall felt very dirty. I will NEVER go back. Terrible management, unskilled cooks, the first server was great. Then she left and the downhill spiral began and ended in the pit of the worst of the worst. The food overpriced,and flavorless. Presentation? My brother said the scallops were some of his favorite, but I didn't like them as much. Overall, it's a pretty good spot but I'm not in a hurry to go back. Hubby and I had a terrible dining experience at Seasons 52 on Thanksgiving Day. The restaurant was chaotic and a mess. Our first visit and meal in Memphis, and it left a terrible impression on us. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation and still waited almost 40 minutes past our reservation time for a table. Our entire dinner was rushed by the server upon us sitting down at the table. The server immediately appeared to take our order before I even took off my jacket. I ordered hot tea, but the hot water dispenser was "broken." I guess there was no way to boil any water for a warm drink. Hubby and I both ordered the Thanksgiving Dinner plate. The plate came out very quick, but were sloppy plated. Gravy and cranberry sauce smeared the plate (see picture). As soon as the plates were set in front of us, the server brought out the dessert selection for us to order. I had not taken a bite of my dinner yet. The food was ok and not as fresh as it could be. It felt like our dinner were previously plated and set under a warming lamp. The mess made it unappetizing. I went to Seasons 52 for a workshop, and you can never go wrong with presentations over dinner. Seasons 52 is located off of Poplar and near the shopping center that holds Target, Kay Jewelers, REI, and other stores. The entrance can be easy to miss, but it's right next to a large office building with their own parking lot. There is a parking garage behind the restaurant, and Seasons 52 does offer complimentary valet parking. The restaurant is clean and very spacious, with the lighting dimmed to provide a more intimate setting. At the entrance, they have the option to view the menu via QR code. They also have physical menus. The use of space and seating here is very unique. The bar is fairly large and in its own space with 2 mixologists. There are also tables amongst that area, but it didn't feel confining either. Towards the center, the table styles and the ceiling gives the space more of an open feel, and you can also see some of the kitchen. There are two private rooms for events: one at the front and the other towards the back. A lot of us were around the bar while waiting for the presenter to finish setting up. My coworker had the lemon drop, and it was so good that she had two. I got the Hawaiian Pineapple Cosmo was on the list of cocktails. It was good and well balanced. While at the bar, I did look at the regular menu, and there are many selections to choose from. They also have vegetarian and vegan options. With it being a presentation, the menu was prix fixe. They started us out with both the Roasted Tomato and Pesto Chicken with Fresh Mozzarella flatbreads. The pesto chicken was good and had a lot of flavor. I don't really care for tomatoes, so I didn't get a taste of the other flatbread. We were also given a Field Greens salad. Like the flatbread, the presentation was nice. The salad was fresh, yet very lightly dressed. I couldn't really taste the flavor of the salad dressing. For entrees, we had the option to choose between steak and salmon. Both entrees came with marble potatoes and French green beans. Since it was a fairly large crowd, each steak was cooked at medium temperature. The steak was really good, and the marble potatoes were an excellent accompaniment to the meat. They were both very tender and well seasoned, and the French green beans were good. The last course was dessert, and by then the presentation finished and we got to talk and hang out. Their desserts are called mini indulgences, and they came with the following flavors: tiramisu, key lime, raspberry cannoli, Belgian chocolate smores, cookies and creme, and oatmeal cookie. The general deciding factor was who got it first. The tiramisu was very rich, but it was ok. It wasn't bad as far as taste, but this indulgence was a little thick compared to a regular tiramisu. The servers did a really good job. They were attentive and accommodated to everyone's needs. While pricing does depend on what you want, prepare to give your wallet a little stretch for this visit. Seasons 52 isn't excessively expensive; however, valet parking is often indicative of what type of dining experience you'll have as this is not a service provided by every restaurant. I'll give this one a rating: a nice visit for any season. This is a place to come solo or bring a friend. My friends and I made a quick stop to Seasons 52 for Happy Hour on our way to an event. We had limited time and let the bartender know as soon as we sat down. I believe his name was Austin and he was amazing. We each ordered a drink and an appetizer. The ambiance at the bar was great, it was a Wednesday evening, so it wasn't too crowded. The flavors were perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. The texture was divine, and it melted in my mouth. Paired with the crispy wonton chips, it was the perfect start to the meal. I was eager to try their famous filet mignon. The filet was cooked to perfection. It was tender, juicy, and flavorful. I was invited here for a birthday dinner on a Sunday at 1130. They do offer complementary valet which is nice! It was a small party of 3 but they wouldn't allow us to be seated until everyone arrived. When i first walked in, their entry way had a strong smell of mildew which was alarming for it to be a 5-star restaurant. We were greeted by the hostess when we walked in. Once seated, our waitress came over and took our drinks and appetizer orders. She was very nice! The food wasn't too pricey but i was disappointed in the lack of seasoning on the food. Everything seemed pretty bland to me. I got the lump crab stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer, we also got a flat bread as an appetizer. For entrees i got the plank salmon and street corn, and my friend got the steak. She really enjoyed the steak, and i too liked my food but i couldn't get past the fact that it all just lacked season. Everything was hot like i like it but i just wished it had more flavor. The greatest disappointment was the "street" corn....it was literally just corn. Noting street about it. We also got the desert. The little dessert shots were very good. My friend got the oatmeal one which the waitress raved about but it was just alright to me. Visited here from Los Angeles as part of a party of 12 and I'm blown away by the excellent service we received especially for a party as large as ours. I personally ordered the flat bread as an appetizer and the Sea Bass Dish and the Hawaiian Pineapple Cocktail. They were kind and flexible enough to swap out of the fish for the wild salmon. The food is amazing. The portions are perfect. The atmosphere was very elegant. The service was top notch. I took my employees and wives out to seasons 52 for our Christmas dinner. A few people didn't show. That being said, the manger helped reset up the area and condense us down so with no problem. We ordered the flat breads for everyone to share and that was so good. I recommend any of the flat bread. Most of us got surf and turf whish was great. The only complaint was that I ordered my steak medium and they brought me well done. The steak was good but well down anything means dry. I did not say anything because it still was good, just not what I preferred. The broccoli was cooked perfectly and the lobster was perfect. We all had different desserts and everyone said they were great. I had an old fashioned drink and it was one of the best ones I had at a restaurant. I would suggest the free valet parking. I choae the $12 GLASS OF WINE + FLATBREAD special. I chose the OPEN RANCH, PINOT GRIGIO along with the ALL-NATURAL PEPPERONI Flatbread. I added on a bowl of lobster bisque. The food was delicious. The Flatbread had a nice crisp finish. The lobster bisque was creamy and flavorful. I typically prefer a reisling but opted for the pinot as it was one of the options. It was an okay choice. OK, I've been here several times and liked the food and service, but recently the service was subpar. We arrived at a slow time in late afternoon. We ordered an appetizer which came in a timely manner. We then ordered our entrees and waited and waited. We had to ask our server for water, tea, and other beverages because they weren't offered to us. The delay wouldn't have been so bad except that we could see the guys in the kitchen playing on their cell phones. Management should not allow this. They don't pay their employees to play on their cell phones in full view of the customers. It took an hour and a half to get an appetizer, main course, and dessert. The Alaskan salmon was dry and inedible. Fortunately we weren't in a hurry, but service could have been much better. read more

We ordered so much, so i guess the fact that none of the meals were over 595 calories didn't matter anymore, lol! We started out with the Roasted Tomato Flatbread. It was really good and tasty. Reservation for 5 at 5p on a Sunday. Place was pretty packed, but we were seated quickly. We were celebrating as one of us is having a baby, so we were pretty excited and chatty lol. Our waiter, Tyrus, was very professional and patient. He made pretty good food and drink suggestions for us. One of my coworkers ordered the pesto chicken flatbread for the table. It was very good I must say. For my entree, I ordered the cedar plank-roasted salmon and subbed asparagus for the green beans. Those little marble potatoes were so good! The asparagus and the salmon were pretty good, nothing over the top special. The dill sauce did add a nice flare. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at Seasons 52.
