All staff very pleasant and attentive. Josh was our server. Others in my group had a chicken wrap and a BLT. Both said their food was very good although there was no tomato on the BLT. I had a baked potato and butter & sour cream on the side. The potato was only slightly warm and also undercooked. Or it had been cooked earlier in the day and warmed up. It was not wrapped in foil, but was cut open and forced down into a soup bowl for serving. Offering a suggestion for baked potatoes. But the potatoes in olive oil and prick with a knife or fork. Wrapped them in foil. Bake in the oven until just done. Put all the potatoes in a Styrofoam cooler. Keeping the potatoes in the cooler will keep them hot all day and will make them very soft, well done, and steamy. I don't know why restaurants have such trouble making a baked potato. Because of health reasons what I can eat is very limited. I ate the potato because I was hungry. But to be charged $3 for a poorly baked potato is sad. read more

I have been to Tony's a bajillion times, and have usually gotten the same couple things, but tonight, my friend and I decided to get out of our comfort zone and try new things. Boy, were we regretting it! I'm not sure if there's a new cook or what, but EVERYTHING we got was beyond bland! We started with the Southwest Seafood Dip appetizer. It was essentially a bowl of cream with a few bits of corn in it. If we were lucky, we would catch a remnant of what we thought was either shrimp or crawfish. The 'seafood' was like a whisper in the wind. The dip itself had very little spice. My friend got the Tortilla Soup for dinner and was less than impressed with the flavor (and he's a HUGE Tortilla Soup junkie!). I opted for the Southwest Salad. The salad had potential to be a great salad, but it seems like they just stopped with flavor. The Southwest Dressing was very light on flavor, but was LITERALLY the only flavor! Adding spices to the chicken or some salsa or something could have really taken this salad from 'Meh' to 'Wow'. I did enjoy the tiny bits of grilled corn and beans, but even those weren't seasoned. This salad needs a palate rework for sure! Unfortunately for me, I got violently ill after eating too. I'm hoping it was just a fluke, but timing couldn't have been worse after having a subpar meal. Another thing that really irked me was the suggested tipping on the bill. The suggested options were 20%, 30%, and 40%! That's absurd!!! Tipping culture is getting out of control - PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES A LIVING WAGE! 15%, 18%, and 20% are more than reasonable suggestions. On the plus side of the experience, Conner is a pretty decent server! He was quick with taking our order and refilling our drinks. Not 30%-40% service great, but a solid 20% for sure! read more

One of our favorite places! We usually get grilled catfish plates, wraps, or salads. This last time, two people in our party tried the protein bowls. They were very good and designed to be completely customizable. Very nice option! Our usual items were as delicious as we remembered! Employees are always kind and attentive. They look happy to be there! It is a low lit environment. The restaurant is centered around a bar. There's always a ballgame on the TVs. Some nights they have bands and trivia. We came here for the Grizzlies watch party event. However, they also had a live band playing at the same time. Not only could we not hear the game, not everyone in the crowd was there for the Grizzlies festivities, so it wasn't as fun. The food was pretty good; it was typical sports bar food. I did like the all-American burger as it was well-seasoned. The crowd here isn't very diverse, but I recommend looking at their events and visiting based on your interest in what's going on. read more

This place has taken a turn for the better and is now my favorite restaurant in Collierville. I've been 3 times over the last 2 weeks and the food has all been amazing! I ordered the Philly Steak sandwich this time and it may be the best I've ever eaten... and I've eaten a bunch of them! The salads are really good and the burgers are excellent. The weekend brunch menu is so good as well if you want breakfast food, which I love for dinner. I would have given them 3 stars this time last year, but they have done something (maybe a new chef?, management?) that has improved this place completely. Always a good experience here. Whether I eat in or grab it togo. Angela and Tony Sarwar are the owners and they are generally in the restaurant working. Tonight was no different. The place was jumping because it's Halloween and Karaoke night too. We had a couple of salads and the Boom bang shrimp. It was really good! Hot and fresh from the kitchen. Our server was friendly and even made recommendations as we couldn't decide. We didn't get any alcohol so can't comment on the bartender. It is packed tonight so it's pretty loud with the DJ going and karaoke ! There are regulars that come to Wednesday night each week. Evenings when there is music and a band is probably not there time for kids but the adults are having a blast. This place is more of a bar with music than a restaurant but the food is good too. I will never come back here again. Today the service was awful. I ordered over the phone the lunch time wing special. I arrived at the restaurant@ about 2:15 and proceeded to the counter to pick up my order, I stood there for almost 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Finally the young Allie P which is on my receipt said " Do you have a TO-GO ORDER, and I responded yes and my name for the order. She then said your order is ready and placed it on the counter as I started with my payment method , she immediately said we don't take apple pay and I respected that and asked if I could use my bank card in my apple wallet and her response is it has to be a physical card or if you know the number I can key it in, I told her to give me a moment to get the number although I found that to be weird as well as a security risk to verbally call out my credit card info in a public place let alone running a card without having the physical card. I didn't want to call my number out loud so I hand my phone to her with a picture of my card. The transaction was successful but I noticed she added 15% gratuity to my check for a TO-GO ORDER which I've never had this happen here before and I come there often for lunch , So I kindly asked another server "is this something new, I get the lunch special all the time and her response was "she wasn't aware and looked surprised when I showed her my ticket . She then said to the young lady taking care of me " oh by the way the CARD-LESS SCANNER now works. Now the tip wasn't the problem , because I've worked in food service and I know how important it is to tip , but it's the fact that you assumed by looking at me A beautiful African American Woman I was most likely not to tip so she intentionally added the 15% to my tab. I still was very nice and patient with her. The sad part is she would've received more even though she wasn't friendly nor approachable.
