Wife picked this place because neither of us wanted anything specific. Menu looked good lots of promising things. HOWEVER my burger was mostly bun. The menu looked promising... but unfortunately the food was underwhelming. Small portion sizes and the flavor wasn't quite there for me. I am willing to come back and try some more things- quite a few things piqued my husband's interest. So we are always willing to try again. They had their milkshakes on sale so I ordered a small one. I almost ordered a strawberry and peanut butter one because I missed the comma in there but the waitress was super down to do that for me. Luckily I realized my mistake and just got the peanut butter one lol. It was delicious! I also liked my Philly Pasta La Vista but at the same time didn't. It had good seasoning but it just wasn't strong enough and I assume it just didn't work with the pasta as well as I'd like it to. I'd def be willing to come back and try their Philly Sandwich (they have a few variations). Hubby wasn't a fan of his burger and I realized after I tried it that it was very sweet which he hates. Dined her in a Friday evening! Was immediately seated! The place has TVs everywhere and gives a bar vibe! This particular location reminded me of a Ol'Charleys restaurant! Our waitress Brittany was very nice and attentive! We got the wings for our app, half mild half Asian zing! They were great! The burger buns were huge and filling! Drove to a neighboring town to try this establishment as we have visited other mugshots while out of town and really liked them. Stopped in on a Sunday night and the hostess was soooo kind. We all commented about how nice and complimentary she was. She is definitely an outstanding employee! Our waitress was very kind as well and the manager stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking. We were disappointed that they did not have the seasonal burgers that we fell in love with at the other establishment, but we tried some of their other burgers and they were equally as good. The don't be jelly smash burger that I had at another location was OUTSTANDING and I was super excited to try it again, but as I mentioned. They did not have it at this location. We all had different varieties of the smash burgers and they were all tasty. I had the southern smash and the combination of pimento cheese, bacon and fried pickles with the double stack nicely seasoned patties was EXCELLENT! We went out to Mugshots and had a bad experience my boss and coworker had that platter and they mix the fried pickles with fried hot jalapeño why tho that doesn't make sense to mix that and thats not on the menu the waitress didn't care at all i always pass this establishment and I always wanted to go, but I see that it's a one and done thing but the lady in the picture is the waitress that we had and never came back to see if we needed water or check on food and with one of her coworkers ask was the table we was sitting at her table she was like i don't know i guess like she was in La La Land or something just sad please do better read more

This is the second time we ate here and like the first, it was amazing. The first time my husband and I went we shared the sampler appetizer (I forgot the name of it). Our favorite was the mushrooms. My husband loves wings so he ate all the wings to himself, the egg rolls were just as I expected, full of flavor. For the entree we had the Parmesan garlic bacon burger. The burger was cooked perfect and that flavor burst of the garlic and parm was so good! Our second time we had a better idea of how much food was perfect for us, so this time we just ordered the mushrooms and the A1 steak burger. The burger once again was cooked perfectly and the comeback sauce just goes well with it. There's just something about biting into a burger and the taste of the flame cook is just amazing. The bacon was also cooked perfectly. Both times both the servers we had were amazing, Leeann the first time and Kristen the second. The food was good, but nothing special, but the waitress was awful. She took our order but never came by to ask if it was ok or if we needed anything. We had to grab a guy passing by to get refills on drinks, to go boxes, to go drink tops, our ticket and waited 15 minutes for "her" to bring the ticket. When paying, she had the nerve to state that there was no tip left, at which time she was told her tip was on the table! It was my first time here and will probably be my last. read more

I had the Middleberger and it was really good! They have a blueberry mojito (muddled blueberries) on special. I wanted it without the blueberries and was told they didn't have ingredients to make it without blue berries and it tastes the same. I ordered a Crosstown Traffic from her which is one of my favorites. The place is new, so I get it. We ordered the fried pickles for an appetizer and they were great! Edit: tried again as I was talked into going. Went on a Saturday afternoon at lunch time. Four hostesses greeted us and we were seated, waited on & served very swiftly. I got a Philly cheesesteak wrap and my son got a penne dish. The sauce was runny and thin, but that was the only complaint. It looks identical to O'Charley's that occupied the space previously. It's fine for what it is in terms of ambiance & food. Being seated & served quickly was a bonus since my prior experience was the complete opposite. Went in at 9pm (they close at 11pm on Saturdays) and saw many empty tables and 2 young men at the host stand. No welcome greeting and we were told food would be an hour wait. There was no one else in line waiting so I was confused. I asked if we could sit at the bar to which we were told we could get drinks but no food for an hour. No effort to accommodate at all. Not a good first impression for a new business. We turned around and left. I might try back in 6 months when maybe they have all their staffing worked out, but I'd stay away for now. read more

I've mostly had the burgers each visit with an app here and there but the burgers have surpassed my expectation each time. The sourdough bun is one of the best I've had on a burger. My personal favorite is The Texan Burger. Garlic Parm burger is also a solid option among many others. Service is usually solid. At the bar I have had great service.
