~10 Sweet Potato fries for $5

Normally our portions are decent here but this time there were hardly any fries with the meal and the burger was barely warm. Charging almost $5 for 10 fries is a little crazy. Tried reaching out through their website and contacting the email that was left here in the reviews. Still no response.

This place is pretty reliable. Large burger selection. Assortment of other sandwiches. Service tends to be friendly. It's a family-friendly atmosphere. They have plenty of beer options. Can't complain! I really enjoy the little miner's trio burgers.

Good was good. I ordered the Huey's Burger medium well. Burger was over cooked to well but still tasty. Service was great but I forgot my server name. Sweet tea was on the weak side also but I love Huey's burgers and catfish. I'll be returning.

We walked into this restaurant, parking lot was full. We are traveling and thought the full parking lot was a good sign. Rest assured, IT WAS! By far, the cleanest pub fare restaurant I've ever been in. I love the quirky vibe, the pub fare menu at more than reasonable prices and the outstanding service. I ordered the "World Famous Huey Burger". It was so good!!! My husband ordered the catfish basket and didn't say a word until he finished it. He said it was by far one of the best versions of fried catfish he's ever had. If you happen to be passing through Olive Branch, Mississippi, give Huey's a try! The locals already know this place is great!

I stopped by this Huey's location with a friend I was visiting in Olive Branch over the weekend, and it delivered on the Mid-South flavor and pizzazz that I've come to associate with the Huey's brand. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted and seated at a spacious booth in the front of the restaurant, which gave us a great vantage point to observe the bar and dining room. Service afterwards was a bit slow at times, but it was easy for me to overlook that considering the restaurant was pretty crowded, the servers were extremely friendly and hospitable, and the food was worth the wait. I ordered the tuna steak salad with a side of onion rings, and my friend ordered the catfish basket--one of his favorite menu items. The food was solid, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The tuna steak salad was a generous portion size, loaded with fresh vegetables, and the tuna steak itself was well-seasoned. The oil and vinegar I used to dress the salad added just enough acid and fat to round out the dish, and the side of onion rings were plump and flavorful and a nice complement to the meal. In terms of the ambience, the restaurant's clientele was diverse and the restaurant is tastefully decorated with local touches: posters, art, and memorabilia from the Memphis Metropolitan Area. There was also an interactive graffiti wall near our table for anyone interested in sharing haikus, doodles, witty jokes, or simple declarations of love. The main thing missing from this newer location is the iconic ceiling of toothpicks, resulting from years and years of customers shooting toothpicks through a straw into the ceiling. Hopefully, Olive Branch locals will accept the challenge and promptly change that. :)

Burgers are excellent. Love the steak fries & the onion rings are the BEST!!! Service & atmosphere is great too!

Great family atmosphere with plenty of seating. The restaurant is relatively new to Olive Branch area so expect a crowd during peak hours. Food quality has always been top notch every time I visit. I've always received nothing but great service from their friendly staff.

I could not be more excited for a place opening than I am for the Huey's here in beautiful Olive Branch MS! You see, my love for Huey's began probably 30 years ago. Back in the old location in the Apple Tree Center on Mt. Moriah. That one is long gone now. We have had so many good times at Huey's it's hard to remember all of them. Hell, I've even rang in the New Year at a Huey's. It's also one of the only places that gets a non-veto word from anyone in my family. If I say "we're headed to Huey's" all I get from the family is "which one". That's a rare thing with four daughters! This place is brand new and I came on the third day for lunch. It was packed, I sat at the bar and braced for what I figured was a long wait time with just ok food being just recently opened. I WAS WRONG! I got my food fast, it was fresh, and tasted just like every other meal at a Huey's. Bravo! Big win for Olive Branch! I am stoked to now have one so close to my house! This will be a new regular in the rotation for family. Keep it up guys and you'll see us a lot.

Happy to see Hueys in Olive Branch! I'll admit there's a few tweaks that need to be made but overall, I enjoyed my experience. Everyone was kind and helpful! I look forward to sharing more details as I will be visiting again!

18.00 for this Ruben and 8 Tater Tots. Rip off

Very disappointed in this place. I good a take out order in person and they still charged a $2 fee but if I would have sat down and ordered then ask for a togo box I wouldn't have. Not very good business practice in my opinion. I ordered the Ruben sandwich and Tater Tots for the cost of $18. The sandwich was nothing special and I received 8 Tater Tots for 3.25 yes that was 8. So it's safe to say I won't be going back. See picture, that was everything before I started eating.j

There was music playing the whole time but not loud at all - loud enough you could hear it but it didn't impede upon your conversations in the slightest. And by the way the music they had playing last night (Tuesday Feb 10 2026) was EXCELLENT!! I felt like I was at a bar from my youth with that soundtrack. We started with 2 appetizers, pub pretzels and the Celtic queso dip. The pretzels came with honey mustard and some of the queso. The Celtic queso has tortillas and what appeared to be house made potato chips. Both were very good! The 2 adults had some beer on tap. A Yeungling and a 201 Hoplar. Kid (well he is 21 but doesn't drink) had a coke. Entrees were a smash burger with fries, a Buffalo chicken sliders with onion rings, and a shepherds pie with mashed potatoes and gravy and okra. Everything was very good! Often fried things are either over or under done and come out not great however whoever was working the fryer was on it because the onion didn't pull out of the rings when you bit it and the okra was still nice inside the breading. Excellent waitress who kept checking on us and nice environment. What's not to like!! Definitely will return.

But I was super impressed with the quality of the food! I expected a dive. And it is. But the food was fabulous!! Also, our waitress was excellent. Kudos to her. The inside is fun. Definite dive bar energy. We went all in. Appetizers, drinks, entrees. I regret nothing. We started with the queso appetizer and the pub pretzels. Both were very tasty. My one and only critique is that I wished the queso appetizer included some veggies like celery or carrots or something other than just chips. My son ordered the smash burger. Husband got the shepherds pie. I got the buffalo sliders. I like my buffalo chicken to be saucy. So I requested extra sauce. The kitchen seemed to misunderstand and instead of extra saucy, they put my sauce on the side and none on the chicken. Our waitress offered to send it back. That was not necessary. So she brought me lots of extra sauce. Incredible. The sauce was excellent. The chicken was excellent!!! Superb quality. Honestly, quite possibly the highest quality piece of chicken I've had on a chicken sandwich. Tender, moist, flavorful, and a large piece of meat. Very very impressed. I got the onion rings, at the suggestion of our waitress. They were fantastic. Washed it all down with a Yuengling. Truly, I can't say enough about this place. I was highly impressed. Most of the other customers appeared to be regulars who were seated at the bar. There were only a few groups seated at traditional tables. It was a Tuesday evening so I'm sure it's much busier on a Friday or Saturday. Oh - and just as we were leaving, they were setting up for karaoke. Apparently Tuesdays are karaoke night. Oh! And! The check was $77. That's with three beers, a Coke, two appetizers, three entrees! Not bad. Not bad at all!!

The restaurant has a really neat vibe and is decorated better than most of the restaurants in the memphis area. We came at 5:00 on a Saturday night and we were seated immediately without reservations, but when we left, they did have a small wait to get a table. We started with the pimento cheese toastie which was garlic bread with melty pimento cheese on top. We both really enjoyed it. I decided on the filet with peppercorn sauce. I asked for it it to be butterflied. My steak was cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of pink and it sliced like butter. I got the peppercorn sauce on the side and used it for a dipping sauce. I really liked the sauce, but it is really peppery. While I loved it, some might find it a little spicy. My husband had the bourbon glazed porterhouse pork chop. His was cooked perfectly fly as well and was super tender. He really enjoyed it, but mentioned that the sauce did have something in it that gave it a little spice. We shared an order of rosemary duck fat fries as the entrees come à la cart with no sides. The fries re heavy on rosemary which my husband didn't care for. I enjoyed them, but they were definitely not my favorite. Neither of us cared for the mayo sauce that they came with and preferred to eat them with ketchup. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the food has been consistently underwhelming during my recent visits. I first ordered the lamb chops. They were not what I would consider traditional lamb chops and were surprisingly chewy and difficult to enjoy. I returned and decided to try the Irish Curry Chicken. It was, without exaggeration, one of the worst dishes I've had there. The menu described it as chicken thigh, but it was clearly chicken breast. The dish lacked basic seasoning and flavor. There was very little salt, umami, or curry flavor. The rice was wet, overcooked, and mushy. Overall, the entire meal tasted like something taken from a grocery store freezer section and reheated. At this point, I would recommend sticking to the fries and the burgers, which remain the strongest items on the menu.

The days where restaurants were grateful to have you as patron & treated you that way to earn your continued patronage, seem to be part of the good ole days gone by. That is not the case with The Skybox Grill. I went once on a weekday & once on a hopping Friday night. Both times I left full & happy. If you're into that "Cheers" feeling, this is your place. The staff is so welcoming & kind. You feel good being there with the lively atmosphere & great people all around & the delicious food puts it a step above the rest. On the weekday lunch visit, I saw moms & kids, families, business men/women, folks at the bar glued to the game & those sitting by theirselves with their newspaper as their companion. All appeared to be welcome & content. The prices are comparable with others, but the quality & consistency of their food is much better. The portions are large enough to share or take home leftovers for another meal. The fresh made food is so yummy & getting fresh, quality food for the same as you'd spend at a fast food joint these days, makes it the perfect spot to have a great meal or grab to go that's a cut above the rest. Often, they host fundraising events in support of the local communities or have fun bands & always there is more than 15 tvs with all the sports going.
