The entrance was dirty I almost turned around and walked away, should have. I'm not a fan of Applebees this cemented that. I was greeted okay and seated promptly. The waitress took my order, then was apparently call in to a meeting. Another waitress pick my order, but by the time I got my order it was cold. My order of fried pickles was not only cold but a greasy mess, anything but crispy, and mostly not eatable. There were bits of other fried stuff mixed in. My meal was a 6oz sirloin medium rare. It was cooked properly, had decent flavor. Problem was it was very chewy, a task to chew it enough to get it down without choking. The waitress was good. But the meeting could have waited until her customers were cared for. To top all off, The air conditioning was minimal to nonexistent. It very warm. This is the WORST. I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a 6 oz. steak at Applebee's, and what I received was an absolute disgrace. The steak was completely undercooked--basically raw--and clearly not safe to eat. It was so underdone I could practically hear it mooing on my plate. Despite mentioning this to the staff, nothing was done to fix it. This was not just disappointing but outright unsafe. At a bare minimum, a restaurant should ensure their food is properly cooked. Applebee's failed spectacularly here, and the fact that they sent this out of the kitchen is beyond unacceptable. I will never return, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they enjoy being served raw meat and fries that barely pass as edible. Absolutely terrible! Yuk. I remember when Applebee's was good. Decided to eat here knowing that the service and overall food has went downhill bc everyone I know talks about it if Applebee's is mentioned. To begin with the HVAC was not working well and if feel humid and sticky throughout the place. The service we received was more than lackluster. I had to go get our clueless waitress from the booth she and the other servers were at the three times I needed anything-no apology. The high chair was so FILTHY! The food was okay and I'm just sad this place is terrible now because I'd truly like to go more than once every 5 years. Need to invest more in training and employee morale. read more

After being picked up from the airport, my brother took me to this Applebees and I had a wonderful experience. Contrail was our waitress and she was amazing. Very attentive and respectful. I loved her. The food came out quick and hot. I almost burned my mouth on the salmon what she didn't know is that I had a very rough/stressful day flying with my wallet/ID being left at the airport in CA. I placed a order on Ubereats for this location. I ordered the 2 for 28 and they forgot to give the delivery person my entire order. I reached out to ubereats and they could not refund me for the missing item. So then I called the store directly and spoke with Freddy. He was very nice and even offered to deliver my meal himself but I was to far. He then goes to say that he will comp me for the inconvenience by sending me a $45 gift card to my email and I should receive within an hour. Well its been 48 hours and still no gift card. Food was fine but missing 2 items from order that was delivered. Tried contacting grub hub but was left on hold twice.

Walked into the restaurant around 1700hrs. Saw a few tables filled with people and only one employee, the bartender. Waited for around 10 minutes maybe more, no employee greeted us, said anything to us, or made any attempt to welcome us, while we were waiting for a host to seat us some more people came in. Still no employee said anything even though the bartender looked our way and made eye contact. The bartender never went to get someone to welcome us. We finally left. This restaurant is a joke and the manger should be fired. The employees need re-training on customer service, and how to treat quest so they feel welcome. BTW, the people who were already seated were receiving no service that I could see. They were waiting for the wait staff whom never showed. Shame on you Applebees, you sure made an impression on me. This was my first time sitting down too eat at this Applebee's. My 17 year old son wanted to come here for his birthday so here we are. We sat at the door for 10 mins before anyone seated us and they was not a crowd. After finally getting seated with sat at the table for another 30 mins before the waitress took our orders. I am really pissed. Gave this place a second try well that was my bad. See about a year ago, my daughter found a spider on her food. Order the 2 for 20.00, this was a live bug in my food. I wanted to give this Applebee's a try. Even if not many patrons were inside. My wife and I arrived around 8:45PM. We were greeted and seated far on a back wall booth. What I first noticed was the language the wait staff was using(including the bar tender). Mind you, even at this hour there are children here. I could not believe my ears what was spewing out of their mouths! Too much profanity is an understatement. Now for the food. We placed our order. My wife order salmon, but when it arrived it looked like it had been in water thawing out! The spinach was limp and dried up. She tasted it and could not take another bite. Maybe since this was a late night chef perhaps they were just ready to go home. I cannot recommend this location. The reviews led me to believe I would be underwhelmed due to poor service, and dirty restaurant. WRONG! Our server Melanie was friendly, attentive, and simply good at her job. The host even recovered my Sunglasses for me after I accidentally left them behind. The restaurant was clean, and I question some of the integrity of prior reviews. The food today was as good as it gets for a chain restaurant, and rarely does one rank anything over a 3, but this one deserved the extra star. The all day brunch burger is sensational, and a definite recommend to any burger lover. Buttery bun, tender juicy flavorful Patty, smothered in cheese, bacon, hashbrowns and then carefully topped with a perfectly cooked egg,and ketchup. This all came together so well I forgot this was Applebees. The shrimp on my spinach salad; delicate, and properly seasoned, and when you add the delicious hot bacon vinegarette on top you have a tasty win. The French onion soup was balanced, and fresh. If it was a way to leave 5 negative stars I would!!! On last night I stopped in at this restaurant and walking in I noticed the restaurant looked like a windstorm had come through on the inside. We were seated at a table were all around us was paper, dirty dishes left over food etc., We thought that maybe they had a large party and it just hadn't been cleaned yet. We decided to move to the bar area. After about 30 minutes I notice no one trying to clean up all the mess that was everywhere! People were coming in waiting on their call in orders and staff would just walk all around them not even asking if they could help them. Look like everyone was trying to avoid working!!! I just started observing and what I saw was ridiculous!!! It would take all day to express what all I observed. Brenda the bartender was trying her best to handle things and it seem like she was in it by herself!!!!! She was very apologetic and still maintaining her cool in this train wreck!! Wow, simply awful you should be ashamed. Arrived at 430pm on Sat 3-13-21. No hostess, manager or anyone seating. 2 parties were ahead of us waiting, 10 minutes elapsed. Finally a tall, skinny, young white waitress approached and said she was already overwhelmed and overbooked, but she seated the 2 parties ahead of us. There was probably 8 unbussed and finished tables uncleared. She made the party wait while she cleaned one. Right there at the table, quite amusing. Then seated us in the other waitress's area. From what I gather their were only 2 waitress's for the whole place. That waitress, saw us, walked past us 10 times, and never greeted, took our drink order or anything. 10 more minutes. NOTHING She then (the 2nd waitress) seated 2 other black parties and waited on them. She is Black, they were black. We are white. So is she a blatant racist, or confused about what section is her's? And we never got served by her. We finally got up and went to the bar, the bartender takes care of those people sitting at the bar. We voiced our concerns and he said, that is probably wasn't what we thought. His service was adequate. Our burgers were decent, but the accompanying wings weren't hot. Overall, very disappointed. It's just another Applebee's. On this visit we were greeted promptly by a very friendly hostess, who offered to seat us in the coolest section of the restaurant because of the heat today. Much appreciated! Our server was efficient in taking our orders, but not overly friendly. Not unfriendly... just... eh. The food came quickly and was okay. I ordered from the Choose Any Two menu. The 4 oz sirloin was supposed to be medium-rare, but was medium-well... bordering on well done. That's almost forgivable because it has to be hard to grill a 4 oz steak! The other part of my combo was the Garlic Rosemary Chicken Pasta. Again, a small portion. Bland. Chicken was dry. Not a bit of rosemary flavor. I wouldn't order it again. Another member of our party ordered the Green Goddess Wedge Salad and is still raving about how good it was. No real raves. Food was pretty standard Applebee's fare. Whatever. We won't be back. Get home, my bourbon street steak was a mess. Way too many garlic shallots on the bottom of the steak, literally no bourbon sauce and was missing the crunchy onion toppers. That's the minor complaint. The steak was fatty ridden and the texture was like they boiled it in water. It would not cut. Not because it was tough but so fatty ridden the knife wouldn't slice. I have been eating at this place for several years and have always gotten good service and food. Today (11/06/22) we waited 15 minutes for a server and then 35 minutes to get our food. The mashed potatoes were cold and sent back. The steak was supposed to be medium but was well done. Sent it back. Came back well done again and bottom of steak was black/burned. The waitress was very rude and did not check to see if we needed anything else or a drink refill. Finally got to see the manager and she apologized for everything and adjusted the bill.
