At full price, I just don't think the value is there. The biggest disappointment has been the wings themselves. On multiple visits, the wings have been noticeably small, leaving me feeling like I'm paying more for less. While I understand wing prices can fluctuate, the portion sizes just haven't been consistent enough to justify the regular menu price. Another issue is the amount of sauce. I order wings because I want them coated in flavor, but too often it feels like they're barely tossed at all. I found myself joking that I should just start bringing my own bottle of sauce because it seems like they're trying to make every drop count. When you order sauced wings, you expect them to actually be covered in sauce, not lightly brushed with it. On the positive side, the restaurant has a fun sports-bar atmosphere that's great for watching games with friends, and the staff has generally been friendly during my visits. Service is usually solid, and the food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. For me, though, the deciding factor is value. The 50% off wing promotions make Buffalo Wild Wings worth the trip because the price better matches what you're getting. Without those specials, I'd rather spend my money somewhere that serves larger wings with more generous portions of sauce. Overall, I'd give Buffalo Wild Wings 3 out of 5 stars. It's a decent place to hang out, watch a game, and grab discounted wings during a promotion. Tuesday we had a new girl named Hunter, and she exceeded our expectations in every was. The foos was good, the order was complete and accurate, and the cashout was quick fast and easy. Well, I finally decided to give a review for this location after 3 visits. I came here on a Saturday afternoon to order wings with my family. I must say the service was not the greatest this time around. Our server never gave us straws for our lemonade and we ended up getting them at the servers beverage dispenser ourselves. The wings that I ordered were good but did not have enough of the sauce on it that I expected(from last visit). I believe the server had too many tables to manage and simply was overwhelmed with requests. The food did not take too long, but was at room temperature which meant they sat out on the table longer than expected. The atmosphere was crowded, but that is normal for a Saturday afternoon. I do enjoy coming to this location, but you must be careful parking(small parking lot). I enjoy coming here, but this visit was not the best of the 3. I goofed up and made an online order using my reward points. I was honestly just looking at the menu and rewards. Happened to get an email saying I'd cashed in rewards for a quesadilla. We had a nice waitress, she got our orders fast, and the drinks that she gave us were filled with drink and they were large, too. She was friendly, and brought us what we ordered, like we ordered it. we got it as described and as portrayed as it would be on the menu. She was a great waitress who was excellent at her job. Food. The food was delicious, and I ate it cheerily. it was tasteful and full of flavor. When we sat down they took our drink orders the waitress was on top of things. Well she then introduced their lunch specials these include: Get your mean in 15 mins or it's free All meals include sides and drinks Well we were excited when our timer hit Well the manager passed by our table and you could see it in her face that she was not happy. After all we were the only customers in there at the time. She immediately turned around and rushed to the kitchen. From what we gather she was going to rush our food. It came out and the timer said free meal which would have been cool if they would have finished thoroughly cooking our CHICKEN WINGS.
