Great Deals on Tuesday's, But Inconsistent Wings Buffalo Wild Wings has always been a place I stop by when I'm craving wings, but over time I've found myself only visiting when they run their 50% off wing specials. At full price, I just don't think the value is there. The biggest disappointment has been the wings themselves. On multiple visits, the wings have been noticeably small, leaving me feeling like I'm paying more for less. While I understand wing prices can fluctuate, the portion sizes just haven't been consistent enough to justify the regular menu price. Another issue is the amount of sauce. I order wings because I want them coated in flavor, but too often it feels like they're barely tossed at all. I found myself joking that I should just start bringing my own bottle of sauce because it seems like they're trying to make every drop count. When you order sauced wings, you expect them to actually be covered in sauce, not lightly brushed with it. On the positive side, the restaurant has a fun sports-bar atmosphere that's great for watching games with friends, and the staff has generally been friendly during my visits. Service is usually solid, and the food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. For me, though, the deciding factor is value. The 50% off wing promotions make Buffalo Wild Wings worth the trip because the price better matches what you're getting. Without those specials, I'd rather spend my money somewhere that serves larger wings with more generous portions of sauce. Overall, I'd give Buffalo Wild Wings 3 out of 5 stars. It's a decent place to hang out, watch a game, and grab discounted wings during a promotion. But unless they improve the wing size and stop being so conservative with the sauce, I'll continue saving my visits for the sale days only. read more

If you get a to-go order, be sure to check it before you leave. They will short you wings and you will not get what you paid for. The only option offered was for me to drive back down there to pick up the missing wings which wasn't going to happen. I will think twice before ordering from this location again. read more

While I see alot of NOT SO GREAT reviews. That is NOT the case with us. My wife and I frequent the BWW in Olive Branch MS. Quite often, and we seldom EVER have a bad experience. Tuesday we had a new girl named Hunter, and she exceeded our expectations in every was. The foos was good, the order was complete and accurate, and the cashout was quick fast and easy. You cannot beat the value. of their new promotions either. Andrew, is also a very good server. Thank you, BWW, for being there for us. read more

The service was a miss. I would have went somewhere else if they didn't have all the football games playing. We had to find a seat ourselves and most of the tables were dirty. Waitress grabbed the dirty dishes off our table but didn't wipe it down properly. I ordered the Nachos with chicken and chili. Food tasted good but it took a very long time to get our food and we never got refills on the drinks. Even paying the tab took a while. read more

Be more prepared for big parties don't decide to move tables when they come.Food needs to be like it was advertised.

The worker Savannah was so sweet and it was great customer service! Would definitely recommend.

The boneless wing lunch deal is my go-to during the week. It's quick and easy to call in or dine in and get out in a reasonable time. This place has had their ups and downs with changes in management and whatnot, but I would say everything has been going well here for the past few months. read more

What is the trick to getting decent carry out from Buffalo wild wings? It's always something whether they leave two or three items off or it's ordering for a specific time knowing it's still not gonna be ready at that time and still end up waiting 20-30 minutes then on top of that it's a complete nightmare to get somebody to come to the counter to help you.. it used to be the environment in the service you got not the wings that brought you here read more

This location has gone down hill big time. They have the slowest service, the boneless wings are always hard and barely covered in sauce, and the restaurant is dirty. I wouldn't waste time or money on this place. read more

Tried calling to do a pickup order, because online ordering was unavailable. Called first time ", waited on line for 10min and no one ever picked up the line, hung up dialed again a second time waited 5 min and gave up. Wings good as usual. Got a couple orders of nachos with all the extras you now have to ask for and they weren't consistent, nor with all the extras. Service was extremely poor. Never received all of our order, and had to seek out our sauces and extras from the kitchen. Won't be back to this location anytime soon. Shame. read more

I get it... I just don't like it that much... I am not a fan of the sports bar thing at all. I am usually dragged here by my wife or kids. I am not sure what the pull is with this place really. The wings are kind of small in my opinion. They do have a bunch of nice flavors to choose from though so that makes up for the tiny wings a bit. I like the Asian Zing or the Caribbean Jerk sauces. The Queso Dip is pretty tasty... oh, and those Potato Wedges aren't bad either. If you love sports (I do not) then I guess this place may be a better fit for you than me. I'd rather not eat with a side of sweaty man cave vibe. read more

Meh. Lots of choices on wing flavors, hotness, etc - but they're all mediocre. They also have burgers and the such - also just ok. Service is ok - not bad, just not good. They do have lots of beer choices, so they get an extra star for that. It's not someone I'd visit often or recommend highly. read more

Came for BOGO wing night and it was a great deal and takes it was easy! Wish they have curbside service during this time.

Im not one to complain or even leave reviews . But the food was terribly cold! , the wings were plain and I couldn't really taste the sauce . Wich is weird bc I get the hottest one and that shows they didn't even toss them well. service was mid, she was very respectful but she did not do her part in giving any help with the situation, she only checked on us 2x. I just wish the food was better, but I lost in both food and service today. was not satisfied at all read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE - SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT. I placed an order at 10:29pm for 2 kids meals & showed up at 10:59 to pick them up only to be told that they don't have them ready and that there are "3 other orders in front of mine". No apology, no empathy, no concern whatsoever by the teenager at the register then the "manager" Shelby came to "assist" and she was an even bigger joke. She arrogantly dismissed and diminished the situation and my concerns. I will never visit the store again & you shouldn't either. Spare yourself read more

If it has more than 4 cars in the parking lot forget it, you won't get your food for at least an hour. This place is not known for its great service either. Well, I finally decided to give a review for this location after 3 visits. I came here on a Saturday afternoon to order wings with my family. I must say the service was not the greatest this time around. Our server never gave us straws for our lemonade and we ended up getting them at the servers beverage dispenser ourselves. The wings that I ordered were good but did not have enough of the sauce on it that I expected(from last visit). I believe the server had too many tables to manage and simply was overwhelmed with requests. The food did not take too long, but was at room temperature which meant they sat out on the table longer than expected. The atmosphere was crowded, but that is normal for a Saturday afternoon. I do enjoy coming to this location, but you must be careful parking(small parking lot). I enjoy coming here, but this visit was not the best of the 3. I guess there will always be good and bad times at this location. I will continue to come here in the future. read more

I goofed up and made an online order using my reward points. I was honestly just looking at the menu and rewards. Happened to get an email saying I'd cashed in rewards for a quesadilla. Went to the restaurant and had the employee help me figure out what I'd done. She was so friendly and so helpful. I wasn't familiar with the app and the reward points. She took care of it for me. Gotta love free food using reward points. The restaurant had a decent sized lunch crowd but things seemed to be flowing well. I got my chicken quesadilla to go fairly quickly. I'd never had this from here before and wanted to try something I could eat on the road. Well, that's when things took a downward path. The presentation LOOKED fabulous. It smelled like cat food for some reason and didn't taste much better. My son says he has had these before and likes them. I wish he'd been with me this visit to get his opinion on smell and taste. Unfortunately, most of this ended up in the trash. Luckily, it was free. read more

We gave them a chance again, and once again they let us down. Wednesday was National Chicken Wing Day. And on that website page, it states that BWW will give 6 wings free with an order for dine-in or carryout. It was VERY specific. However, when we called in, placed our to-go order we were informed, that this special was ONLY for dine-in. However, the website was very clear, IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING at it's finest. We won't be back for a while. We terminated our order. read more

I generally do not write food/service reviews; however, after my experience today, I felt IMMENSELY moved to report my experience over the course of a year and several months. Service has always been EXTREMELY slow and mediocre at this establishment. This observation was noticed even prior to the pandemic. There have several instances where it took 10+ minutes for our waiter/waitress to acknowledge that my spouse and myself had been seated and were waiting for just our drink orders to be taken. Ordering food takes another 10 minutes wait. Then when the food finally arrives, it is very underwhelming (slightly warm and tastes okay at best). I've tried to remain optimistic, but unfortunately, I do not think we will patron this location again. read more

I went here for lunch with my fiancé. Our waitress was the morning bartender and she was so sweet as took such good care of us. Wings were great and the nachos were on point! We got to have a taste of the beer before we committed to getting a glass of it. We will definitely be going back! read more

Absolutely horrible food and service! Waited a good bit before anyone even took our drink order. Then the waitress when asked about the drafts told us they were $4...they were not. Half the food was brought out while the rest of us waited another 18 minutes to receive ours. Only to receive the wrong thing and have to wait even longer. No apologies. By far one of the worse experiences at a BWW...will definitely not be back!! read more

Ok, I love this place, it is a great place to hang out and have a party. we went to this place to celebrate my sister's birthday party. we had a bunch of us, and we all were at a large table. i will begin my review now... Seating We didn't get seated right away, but that is only because we had to wait on so many guest to arrive, but once everyone was there, we were seated almost immediately. we got a large table, that wasn't dirty or didn't have any open faced PB and J sandwiches (you know who you are) in the seats. I was a fan already of this one. Sanitation I always check for sanitation when I go to restaurants. I went into the bathroom, and it was clean, everything seemed to work just right, one of the cleanest bathrooms at a restaurant. The table was clean as well. The only problem was that there was a mess on the floor of ground up chips. It was fine though, I let someone else get stuck with that spot, and that was that. My next seat was sparkly clean. I could tell that the janitors do their job at this place for the most part. Service. We had a nice waitress, she got our orders fast, and the drinks that she gave us were filled with drink and they were large, too. She was friendly, and brought us what we ordered, like we ordered it. we got it as described and as portrayed as it would be on the menu. She was a great waitress who was excellent at her job. Food. The food was delicious, and I ate it cheerily. it was tasteful and full of flavor. I would say the food itself justifies this review, along with the great and helpful crew that works there. i'm going to eat here again, I just love it. Youd on't get great tastin' wings just anywhere, you get buffalo wings that are wild at buffalo wild wings. That was my review on buffalo wild wings, i enjoyed it and i would love to eat here again sometime. As the yelp 4star rating caption says, Yay! I'm a fan. I would easily give this place four stars. read more

I've eaten here many times and many other Bdubs in the past. I've never had a problem before, but here's what I can say about my most recent visit and most likely last. When we sat down they took our drink orders the waitress was on top of things. Well she then introduced their lunch specials these include: Get your mean in 15 mins or it's free All meals include sides and drinks Well we were excited when our timer hit Well the manager passed by our table and you could see it in her face that she was not happy. After all we were the only customers in there at the time. She immediately turned around and rushed to the kitchen. From what we gather she was going to rush our food. It came out and the timer said free meal which would have been cool if they would have finished thoroughly cooking our CHICKEN WINGS. No more than 2 hours later my stomach was in a knot, I was nauseous and I had a 102.1 fever. I love wings but from now on I'll go somewhere else that cooks them all the way through! read more
