We came here for a birthday party. Nashoba is a sports bar in Collierville's outdoor mall. There is indoor and outdoor seating, two bars, several TVs, and a stage for live music. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The menu is diverse, catering to any dietary needs. For appetizers, we decided to try the white cheddar cheese bites and truffle tot squares. The bites were fine and the squares were thick. For entrees, I got the fish and chips and he got the smokehouse burger. He liked his burger, and I enjoyed my fries but the fish could use more seasoning. The flatbreads for the tables were buffalo chicken and honey it's hot. The buffalo chicken was good and the pepperoni/honey/jalapeno combination was interesting. Nashoba sits amongst several stores that accommodate adults and children. While the food was ok, it's a good place to watch the game, have guys/girls night, or a stop after your shopping trip. read more

Came here for a double date and none of us liked any of the food. It was a fun atmosphere and the food seemed like it would be fun but it just missed for us. My Brisket Fried Rice was overseasoned, my husband's side of mac and cheese was cold and flavorless, the adult grilled cheese was absolutely awful. This Saturday night was my second time here and it was worse than the first so I feel compelled to write a review. Our party of 8 paid $18 EACH just to reserve a table. This included the $10 cover so we basically paid $8 for the privilege of eating here. When the server came to get our drink order, she told us the bar had a stack of orders and was running way behind. It was only 7:30 and I don't even understand how they get so behind when they use machines for the wine and beer. After about 45 minutes, half the table's food came out. A burger was missing the fries. How does someone not notice that? Then they brought some appetizers that should have come BEFORE the meal. Four people still had no food. Two more plates came out: The bacon on the BLT was still RAW! The fried shrimp was COLD and chewy and came with a baked potato and presumably the fries that were missing from the burger. No one double checked an order with a baked potato AND fries? My friend took them back to the bar who said "yeah, the kitchen is a total sh!t show." The other half of the table finished eating and my friend and I still didn't have food. Finally the server delivers the missing fries and another appetizer. Then comes to "confirm" our order and admits she never put in my friend's order and can't find my burger. We had been there for about 90 minutes at this point and our water was never refilled and no one ever asked if we wanted another round of drinks. In fact, the tables on either side of us gave up and started going to the bar themselves to get drinks. After about 15 more minutes, my friend's order comes out but still no burger for me. The server said someone else took it so they had to make another one. At this point, I asked for a manager and the server rolled her eyes but said "certainly." After a few minutes of waiting, I went to ask the hostess for a manager myself. She said she would help but I instead watched her walk around talking to different servers. I asked again and she said, "I had work to do first. I'll go look for one now" and not believing she was going to ever go find one, I offered to go with her. We took 5 steps and a manager was standing right there. I asked her to come to our table. We told her the long litany of issues and she apologized and offered to cover the meals of the second half of the table. She didn't seem to be able to give much explanation so I guess that's really all she could do. Then after being there for TWO HOURS, my burger finally arrived, which I asked to be packed up to go. The night was pretty much ruined for me but I wanted my friends to at least enjoy the band that we paid $18 each to see so I just left. read more

My husband and I finally got around to truing out Nashoba for lunch. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and was able to quickly get seated. As a matter of fact, the restaurant was crowded at all. We were seated at one of the high-top tables, which were actually comfortable because of the foot rests available. I loved the fact that this restaurants had many tvs available which would make it the perfect spot to watch a game. There was a 2nd bar close to the outdoor seating area, so I'm assuming that's open when there's a crowd. We decided to try the Irish nachos as an appetizer and they were sooo good! They were totally different from any nachos we'd tried in the past because of the fact that homemade chips were used and it came topped with brisket. For entrees, my husband tried the Polynesian sirloin & went with the Salmon Caesar Salad. The brussels sprouts that he ordered were delicious!! Overall, we were satisfied with the flavor of everything we tried and also the service. We will look forward to trying this place again in the future. Nashoba is a most welcome addition to The Carriage Crossing Mall. I am so glad these folks decided to open here. When you get near the place, the first thing you notice are the giant TV screens on the patio. It's kind of amazing how clear they are for being so large, you cannot miss them. You really can't help but look at them. Go inside and I think the one on the right wall is even bigger! Wow. There must be 93 televisions in here man. Damn They have two bars, one for the patio and one for the inside. They have a large dance floor with tons of seating around it. They make their own beer! Speaking of beer. They have shit tons to choose from that they don't make too! They have a full drink menu as well. The food is solid and not the normal bar food selections you see on most menus. Don't get me wrong, they have pizzas, burgers, and wings. They also have so many other food items you'd never find in a place with live music. Brisket Fried Rice?!?! What?!? Who ever came up with that is a gosh damn genius! Steaks are really good for the price point. It's hard for me to get away from them because they actually cook them well here. Not burnt well. Whatever. You know what I mean. Fried shrimp is great! Grilled shrimp tasty too. They had a pork chop I liked, but I think it's gone. Meatloaf is always a good option. Salads are with lettuce and stuff. Not my jam though. Apps could use some work, but hey, no one bats 1075.... I'm not sure I have had one that stood out. Still palatable, not great, and their only real miss. Side note: Wings should be finished in the fryer. It's cool if you wanna smoke them first, but it's Memphis man. Fry them wings!! They have live music on the weekends and have a fairly diverse line up of local bands. I have been impressed the nights we've seen a band. It's a great venue. Not too large. Great sound. I thought that was cool. I enjoyed the Buffalo Hot Flatbread even with the blue cheese crumbles it balanced it well. However, I didn't like that the Chicken Tenders meal only came with 3 tenders especially being $16-18. It is not fulfilling. The fries were seasoned nicely though. We visited here last night for the live band and we had a great time. "The Ghost Town blues band" . They were a 9 out of 10, a great show great show with performers. Fun for all ages, even the little ones were enjoying them selves. u Unfortunately we didn't stay for the entire show . But The food was good too. Drinks are okay, not as strong as I expected them to be (at least not the Sail Away) but my favorite was the smoked wings of course the hot flavor was a 9 out of 10. The grilled cheese 8 out of 10 the fries was hot and fresh 8 out of 10, could use some salt or some type of seasoning. And the cocktails. I would say the margarita is probably a 8 out of 10 (we chose the Passion Fruit Margaritaville) and then Island drink (Sail Away) with the coconut rum because it's maybe 5 out of 10; it was more juice than alcohol. But I would definitely go back again, especially for the smoked wings. And plus we had a great time here last night . The server was really nice. I believe her name was Shay. Would definitely come back. We were really excited to try the Mac and cheese that came with the meatloaf. Everything about this place is really good--except the food, which I'll get to. The ambiance and decor are contemporary and cozy. There are TVs everywhere, even outside--it's a sports-watching and live music paradise. The servers are friendly and attentive, and the local beers are quite tasty. The food is meh. By meh, I mean square pizza cafeteria meh. We've been twice and tried the cheese fries, burger, French dip, and, today, the nachos. This place is owned by a group that also owns a wonderful brisket restaurant. The burger is a mix of brisket and ground beef--how could it not be good, right? It wasn't. Nothing horrible, but nothing memorable either. There's no "gotta have that again." The cheese fries? Soggy fries with cheese that tasted like it came from a can. Basically, take all the yumminess of cheese fries and wring it out until all that's left is blah. Today, we grabbed some nachos with chicken and beer after playing pickleball. We added chicken for $6. There was maybe a quarter of a chicken breast--and not a Dolly Parton-sized one either, more like Anne Hathaway on a good day. (My wife says it was a tablespoon of chicken, but that's a boring description.) This could be an awesome place to gather and watch sports, but they need a complete overhaul of portion sizes, food quality, and kitchen oversight. Maybe they're cutting corners to pay for all the other niceties--and the food is where it's showing? The ownership group has several good restaurants, and this could be one of them--but it needs help. read more

For starters, this is a fairly new place - opened for almost a month now. They took over Hickory Tavern, kept the infrastructure (TVs, etc.) and a lot of the old menu too. I would consider giving them more time to get things right. Just a thought... My friend and I ate here twice now and both ordered different things. I had their brisket fried rice and also their chicken nachos. Both were not very good. The brisket fried rice was just ok, even though this is one of their signature dishes. The rice was greasy and the brisket wasn't great (had some fatty pieces). I paid for this the next day if you catch my drift. The chicken nachos were so dry that I asked for salsa or pico that could soften it up and make the nachos digestible. They came back after checking in the back and told me they don't carry salsa or pico. Huh? They use standard cheese which when delivered, was hard to pull each nacho apart. I could have picked up the entire plate by one nacho (all stuck together). The chicken seemed to be of low quality and as I was biting into it, which made me feel incredibly uneasy. We also sat at the bar both nights and it was very clear there was a senior set of bartenders and some that were brand new to the craft. Trust me, you want the senior people as the others gave you 3-fingers of foam, leaving a solid inch of empty beer every time. I am not interested in eating here ever again. There is much better food out there. I might come back for beers when they learn how to pour them correctly. read more

This was our first time dining here, and the initial impression was very pleasant with nice scenery. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after that. We waited about 30 minutes before being acknowledged, and ultimately had to seek out a waiter just to be seen. Even after that, it took an additional 10 minutes to receive our drinks. During this time, several employees were walking around on their phones and passing by our table multiple times without paying attention to customers. Our first time here and we came on a Friday night after Scare in the Square. We were seated right away and the host was nice enough to offer either the high tables or regular ones since we had our boys with us. My youngest was able to get onto three stool so we stayed at the high tables. Love the ambiance with all the tvs for sports which made it perfect to watch Game 1 of the World Series while we ate. They had an area for a Live band, but didn't stay that long to see what it was they they play. Our server was Marcus and he was Amazing! Was very attentive and answered all our questions that we had about the menu. We started off with the cheese fries with a side of garlic and comeback sauce. Mixing both sauces together is the key. I got the Nashoba burger which was cooked perfect, pink throughout. My older son got the Chopped Cheese which he said was good since he can be picky. My husband got the brisket fried rice with an over easy egg and that was the best dish overall. The flavor of the fried rice with the tender brisket. This is the second time I visited Nashoba. I am still impressed. We went on a Saturday evening and it was busy, but we were still able to be seated immediately. Our waitress came by after a few minutes and took our drink order. They have quite a few beers on tap and a full bar to choose from. We ordered drinks and our entrees at the same time. On our waitress' recommendation, I ordered the Diablo burger. Boy, it was really good, and the side of glazed Brussel sprouts were well done! One of the other guys ordered the meatloaf and said it was very good too! The space there is wide open and there are quite a few tables and separate rooms for events. Because it is wide open, it could be loud, but we were able to carry on a normal conversation. If you like sports, they have a bunch of TVs. They appear to have a decent line of beers (mostly locals on tap, with some excellent imports (Chimay, etc). Didn't have time to poll the other members of my group, but I know at least a few had come here before, which is an obvious positive. The service was very good. We've been to this restaurant once before and had a great experience, but unfortunately, our Fourth of July visit was a total disaster. The food was awful--my chicken tenders were so dry I genuinely thought I might chip a tooth. My husband's salad was the only redeeming item, but the ribs were absolutely inedible. When the waitress noticed he hadn't touched them, she shrugged and said they're a "hit or miss." Not the kind of thing you want to hear after spending money on a holiday meal. My Old Fashioned was half-empty when it got to the table, and my pour of Lagavulin "on one rock" was completely watered down--clearly not handled with care or any understanding of whiskey. To top it off, the live band (Super 5) was a mess. The female singer appeared visibly high, stumbled around the stage, forgot her lyrics, and clearly irritated both the audience and her own bandmates. Because the crowd wasn't into it, she started approaching individual tables and even offered me $50 to dance--as if that was going to fix the vibe. We genuinely enjoy live music, good food, quality cocktails, and a fun atmosphere. This was none of those things. Sadly, we won't be coming back, and I'd strongly caution others--especially music lovers or foodies--to skip this place, especially if Super 5 is performing. read more

11-23-25 We are regular customers and we were here for lunch. The food came out nice and hot. However, the Nachos were not very good. There was little to no meat or sauce/cheese on the chips. They were semi decent but it could be better. The waitress at the end was somewhat slow. After we asked for certain little things, we had to flagged another waitress to get the our waitress the check. Afterwards, we waited on her to get our money. We decided to get up and go to her to give her the money plus tip even though she was lacking in services at the end. As we were walking out, we see the manager on the floor right by her. Very nice place with a great atmosphere, lots of TV's and a really nice, if a bit small outdoor space. They have a better than average beer and tap selection all great reasons to go and hang out. The food however was a big let down. The "burnt ends" were nothing but chunks of dried out meat drowning in bbq sauce, the vinegar slaw was wilted and devoid of any flavor other than vinegar The baked potato was pretty good. There was also the blue burger which was cooked until dead despite being ordered medium rare. I generally don't go to new spaces in the first few weeks. It gives them a chance to work out the kinks. However, I made an exception (one that I regret). Every single thing that could go wrong went wrong. Let me first say our server tried her best to give us a good experience, it just wasn't in the cards. They were out of many items on their menu. Items the server didn't seem to know about until she went to put our order in. (This was a back and forth process). When we finally found something on the menu that they had, our order was placed. The food was horrid. Portions were incredibly small. Taste was off. It was just all around bad. The manager came out to assist and offer alternative options. The food they brought out as replacements was equally bad. Then they offered dessert as a peace offering. Well....they didn't realize the freezer stopped working so all their ice cream was melted. Ok..so just bring the cookie. Well a long time went by and the server came to tell us another server took our cookie and they were cooking another. (Sigh). Once they brought the cookie, it was literally raw. I mean not just a little undercooked. It was almost liquid. The server and manager just didn't even know what to say at this point. And neither did we. It was a really bad experience. Oh...and the cocktails never made it to our table. But the good side is the manager and server never broke character. They were gracious and accommodating - never an attitude or made us feel we were a problem. We visited Nashoba today for the first time. We were extremely happy with the restaurant. Food was excellent and well prepared and presented. The servers and manager (Dan) were very attentive and engaging with conversation and recommendations. Service was efficient and didn't feel rushed to eat and get. Can't wait to get back there on a weekend night to see the live entertainment. The owners did a great job converting the space for their use and creating the atmosphere they want for a restaurant the also converts to a larger party space. They even have private rooms available for large groups to dine and enjoy a night out. The brisket stack was great and those brussel sprouts!!! read more

Not many people there. I sat at the bar since I was by myself. Had great conversation with another customer because she catered vegetarian meals. Ordered one drink and food. When I got my bill I thought it was high but didn't question at the time since restaurants are adding all sorts of fees. When I got home and looked at the bill....
