The Ready Room has a wide selection of craft beers, and perhaps the best burger in town. The service is quick but slows down when they get busy. It's a small place so it can get loud, too. I think they deserve more business than they get. I go for the food and stay for the beer. read more

Take the 5 stars. First the beer: it's good. It's not MY preference but I enjoyed it. Only had IPAs. Food: seriously great. It has that bar feel, but also gastro pub. Nothing we had was bad. Full of flavor, but very filling. Potato puffs The bartender was a good dude. Engaged and made you feel welcome. Very solid. Love the vibe too. It was quiet, but that's what I like. Had such a great experience at the Ready Room. I ended up there as a detour when my partner and I were on our way to Fox Ridge Pizza. Saw the sign outside that said "You Need A Beer" and decided to stop in. My partner got a flight and loved their Old Glory Pilsner, while I had a glass of wine. We browsed the menu and decided to forsake Fox Ridge. He got the Inky Burger and gave it very high praise. I had their salad which included goat cheese, dried cranberries, and the best house dressing Ive ever had! The bartender Deion is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!! read more

We visited the taproom this past Friday and would LOVE to return! The beers were all amazing - best ones were the X5 and Nut Brown Ale. Awesome spot with a huge patio out back, interior is well decorated and the bar area is well done. Staff are all on point & very attentive. The main attraction are the beers-- they have at least 15 on tap, I'd suggest trying Old Glory. The food is also excellent, the pretzel bun burger is my go to. Ready Room is a diamond in the rough! Interesting location off the beaten path that I stumbled upon through a Google search for breweries. My first attempt to visit was on a Tuesday - they're not open! I finally made it in on a Wednesday a few weeks later when back in town for work. The staff are warm and inviting. When speaking with management (possibly ownership) about not being on Yelp we had a nice conversation and by the end of the evening they said they would join - glad they did so I can post this review. Possibly due to the fact I was the first patron in this particular evening I was invited to join a small group of employees at the bar and to enjoy a sample platter of the menu items. I politely declined but greatly appreciated the gesture. They brew a wide selection of beers and everything I sampled was worth drinking by the pint. While normally an IPA drinker I went with a pint of Afterburner Red to pair with my chicky sliders and sweet potato tots. While the beer is good the food is amazing! The Gyro Philly was so good! I considerate myself a gyro connoisseur and oh my goodness this was a top teir sandwhich. I also had a flight of beer when I went and I asked the bartender, Emma I believe, which light beers were good. She was so kind and offered to pick some of her favorites out for me. I loved each one and the Old Glory and Flat hat are definitely my new favorites. Lily was our server and she was also so kind and super attentive to our table.
