My husband and I grabbed a couple of plain slices, a buffalo chicken slice (the buffalo sauce was too runny but not bad taste wise) and some knots for the toad and were overall happy with the quality and service. This place has a couple of tables to sit down and eat at just like at a typical NY pizza joint. Next time, I'll be trying the chicken roll and seeing if it's similar to the ones in Brooklyn. If you're looking for a traditional NY type place, this will be your best bet but the taste of the crust is completely different than back home, just keep that in mind. Still good though.

Oddly the goat in Andhra Curry $19.99 appeared quite white in color and thought it was chicken thigh hmm but hubby loved it. It's comfortable without trying too hard, lively without being loud. It's the perfect sibling to Celtic Crossing and Bog and Barley. I was especially happy to see Sky Dog Lager on tap. It's a great local choice. Refreshingly crisp. The real standout is the fish and chips. It was so good I forgot to grab a picture. Not a hint of greasiness, but all the flavor. It's a big piece too, not fish sticks. It's the kind of dish that makes you pause after the first bite and ease into how good it is. Easily among the best I've had around here. Maeve's has that rare mix of solid food, good drinks, and a genuinely inviting atmosphere. I can see myself coming here again and again.
