    Alfredo with shrimp

I stopped by on a Friday for a tasting for $35 that included alfredo, steak and potato, broccoli fritter, oysters rockerfeller with BBQ shrimp and bread pudding. The menu also included two cocktails. The service was great, staff was very attentive and the chef, Unk was very present. The food had more miss than hits to me and one cocktail was more sweet than anything. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I didn't stay for the bread pudding but the overall vibe was great![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is an upstairs cigar bar and music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would definitely come back just for the service. Shout out to DJ who took very good care of us and the manager Keith. Uncle Charlie the chef has his own seasonings as well.

I love a great brunch! Popped in to try new menu items and let me say it did not disappoint! The breakfast tacos were the right amount of everything; flavor, toppings and super filling! I wanted to be on brand for the themed "Furtini brunch", I'm not a martini girl, but I am a bourbon gal; the mixologist suggested an Espresso martini! Baaaabeeee One11 taught me something! I may or may not have had 3! Worth the full belly and shoulder lean I left brunch with! Thank me later, enjoy!!

I visited One11Madison for a mother and daughter Brunch. I ordered the Biscuits covered with Sausage Gravy and my daughter ordered the Chicken and Waffles. That biscuit was tender, moist and delicious. It was as if someone's grandmother was back there rolling out dough. The sausage gravy was also well seasoned not too salty, it made for the perfect pairing. My daughter ordered the chicken and waffles, the chicken was well seasoned, and the waffles were cooked to perfection. She also ordered a cocktail. Everyone was so accommodating and welcoming and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant is beautiful, our waitress informed us that they had an upstairs and host a lot of events there. It was our first time there but not the last.

Grab a seat this might get a bit lengthy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Let's start with walking in and the aurora that filled the atmosphere, simply beautiful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We went to Thursday happy hour. Listen, we had a time and a time was had! The happy hour menu short and simple, no room for confusion. We ordered lamb chops, wings, a variety of sides and of course drinks! Whoever that bartender is he deserves a hug and a kiss! The drinks were giving what they needed to give. The food is incredible! Listen everyone can't prepare lamb but whoever the chef is did their big one. I am not a greens person however I stepped out of my comfort zone and ordered greens for my side dish. I thought my madea had come back from heaven to fix those greens so darn delicious had tears in my eyes. There was not one thing that was wrong. Everything was lit! Now the icing on the cake was the most delightful people you will ever meet, Justin. He made the entire first visit well worth and now a regular spot. When you go cause I know you going ask for Justin and don't forget to reserve your table. And please take positive energy to add to the atmosphere! Don't be a negative Nancy or Terrible Todd

Location was selected for monthly bookclub meetup. Despite having a reservation time, we were not seated until almost 30mins later as it appeared they were running behind. Nonetheless, once seated, Taylor did a great job at promptly taking our drink orders.myaelf and another chose the mimosa tower which is $55 and comes in three flavors. A great option for anyone who plans to drink several mimosas. I opted to try the chicken and waffles with breakfast potatoes. Everything was delicious. No complaints. Ambiance: nice, brightly lit, nice decor and a great playlist Parking: it's downtown. Enough said. There is an option for valet parking at the restaurant Pricing: $ Portions: nicely sized

The menu. The menu that shows prices.

This was an odd dining experience. Was a bit concerned when the menu we were given had no prices. When asked, the waitperson apologized and said what he had just given us was more of a drink menu. Odd. He then gives us another menu which has the same exact info except it has prices on it. They have limited options for dinner. I asked, who I assumed was a manager, about the chicken dish. He said it came with pasta. Next, our waitperson said the dish had no pasta and I would probably want a side dish with it. Hmmm. The waitperson was correct but who was this other guy with incorrect information about the menu. The food was okay. When it was time to pay the bill, the waitperson pointed out the 20% service charge didn't go to him and we should tip an additional amount if we wanted him to get any. I had no problem with a service charge being included on the bill. My problem was being asked for additional money as a tip. I'll give extra money on top of the gratuity if service was exceptional but to ask for more money when we got the bill, I think is in poor form. If an establishment includes a service charge, it should compensate servers for their work. If that's not the case, I believe the responsibility falls to management to revise their compensation structure or pricing, so customers aren't put in the awkward position of covering the gap. Will not return to this place.

This is a new spot in Memphis that is definitely worth visiting! They have many times, deals, specials, and events that caters to an array of people. They have brunch, jazz nights, live music, and more. This is a tri-level venue. It is chic, modern, trendy, and true to the new school dining experience. Everything was cool. They only thing that could be an issue is parking, but I found a spot right next to the building. It cost, but again the experience made it worth it. As for the food and drinks, my girls and I were highly satisfied! I had the chicken and waffle. The chicken was seasoned really well. You get three pieces and a waffle sliced into four pieces. It is topped with fresh fruit and powdered sugar. I also got a side of cheese eggs. They were filling and tasted good. We also got the mimosa tower. It was so good. We had the blueberry and the pineapple. They were both infused with fresh fruit. They currently have a special for 2 for $55! The service was amazing They would check on us often and made sure that we were taken care of throughout the entire visit. I am looking forward to going for dinner and for one of the jazz nights. I follow them on Instagram and I keep seeing food and drinks that I want to try!

The food, classy and beautiful ambiance and friendly attentive staff did us all the good we needed! We located One11Madison on yelp and went in a whim and it did not disappoint! Everything was GOOD, super fresh and yummy! The bar tender created refreshing and delicious mocktails for us because we are not alcohol drinkers. My sister and I were so impressed with everything! We will look forward to looking up this establishment again when we're back in town. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

First time here and right away I noticed the ambiance and music The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has an intimate setting. The service is excellent but they're going to make you wait for your drinks and your food; hence the four stars. I think that's why the music is so good, to help you forget how long it takes to get anything. I ordered the pork chops and was not disappointed. Overall, it was worth the wait because I'm definitely coming back !!! Thank you Justin, for everything !!!!

The drinks, food & Justin were ! Great decide and ambiance. Note: your server only gets 1/2 of the 20% mandatory service fee.

Deviled Eggs with crab cakes and balsamic vinegar. Oh i did have a bit of egg shell but didn't stop the great taste.

This was me and Bestie's 1st time coming here. She found it on Tik Tok. So let's "get into" as our server Justin would say. We were greeted by Keith (whom we thought was the hostess but was the GM), I LOVE it because he was so chill, professional and friendly. He even informed us about the Jazz set on the 2nd floor 7p and 9p shows). Lovely journey of photo shoot spots on the way up. Our sever, Justin was AMAZING. SUPER respectful, fun and attentive. We both ordered the burger which was really good. The only adjustment I would make is give me some good ol fashion Miracle Whip and maybe find a way to melt the Gouda cheese. The fries had garnish but could have been a bit more "rightly seasoned", I still finished all but like 3 fries. Oh crap, how could I forget the appetizer. The Deviled Eggs, the crab meat and balsamic vinegar was a twist in a GUD way!! Don't sleep on it. On to the drinks, Keith took an assessment of our likes and made a recommendation of "Only For You". Sooo, good. I mean the liquor does sneak up on you!! Found that out 3 flights of stairs in heels later. Now, no slight to Justin or Keith but I was NOT aware of the 20% service charge (that was not communicated), so just be sure to look at that...two drinks and great conversation later it was overlooked. Also, the fact it asked if you wanted to leave a tip lead me to believe there was not one already included. So if Justin had not been great, I was have raise the roof!! Now, don't be alarmed by the valet guy who looks 15, he's old enough to drive although we questioned it several times. Love they have "experiences" that seem really cool and we plan to check it out. I'd definitely say, come visit and the bonus in my opinion is the valet so you don't have to worry about parking. Update: After speaking with Keith about the 20% service charge, he kindly showed me where it was printed, both on the menu (very fine print) and near the hostess stand on the wall to the right in a picture frame. I suggested it say, STOP and read in bright red paper. Granted, I'm not saying don't post/print these items; however, a little reiterating goes a long way, especially with me. As we know, when you're having a good time, you're just looking for food/drinks and prices nothing else. I'd strongly suggest, the servers be kind and give us customers a friendly reminder at ticket closure.

So we came here because we won a gift card at a charity. It certainly came in handy as it was a bit pricey. [[HIGHLIGHT]]First, the inside has good lighting. It's small on the first floor but it's cozy, memphis tends to like cozy bars. The decor is nice In person.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The crowd is a more mature crowd, which I liked. Polished people looking to enjoy their night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food and drinks. The catfish tacos were good and at a decent price for the size since the menu labeled it as mini tacos. Not pictured was the Tuscan chicken. That was really good. But I promise you it's not worth 32 dollars. It's just 4 maybe 5 little chicken breasts and it doesn't come with any sides. It was tasty but I wish we didn't spend 32 dollars on it. The drinks. I asked for a melon ball, which didn't taste like one but maybe that's how they make it. I shared a picture of the one I get from folks folly, maybe bc it was green she thought she made it right. I don't know. I baby sat that drink all night. But it was a cute little drink. The person with me ordered a regular jack on the rocks ( no coke). On our bill, they rung it up as two of their high priced 18 dollar drink. A jack on the rocks is not 18 bucks anywhere. This is where the gift card came in handy. Overall the staff was nice, drinks are way too expensive here for the quality. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Side note. The women's bathroom was really nicely decorated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Anyway, we will be back under very specific terms, like a happy hour or something.

It pains me to have to leave this review. I came here once before several months ago and was very…read moreimpressed. I had a fantastic espresso martini and the best brussel sprouts I've ever tasted! So I was excited to come try something else. On the plus side, the bathroom was so nicely decorated. It was also very clean. I sat at the end of the bar, beside the little section of books. The bartender was nice. I ordered the Ember&Passion cocktail. Although it was pretty good, it was quite mild. Unexpected with the ingredients in it. I was surprised that the level of expected heat was not very detectable. I give it 7/10. When I came here before in the winter, the temperature was perfect and I don't remember being too bothered that they don't have cocktail napkins. But yesterday it was quite warm in the restaurant and not having these napkins wasn't good. Nobody in the restaurant had any type of napkin under any drink! I noticed that just like mine, every glass of water from every patron had a puddle of condensation under the glass. Each time I picked up my glass of water, it would drip onto my food and clothes. My two menus got so wet. I suppose they made this decision to save themselves a lot of money. As for the food: My parmesan truffle fries were excellent!! Hot, crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked in the middle. Best I've had in a long time. The Alabama white sauce on the side was just your typical sauce. It tasted just like every other Alabama white sauce that I've had so was not disappointing. But I actually ended up not using it because it was too thin and it didn't add anything to the fries. The fries were excellent enough on their own. I ordered my burger "pink" but there wasn't any pink to it, but I wasn't that bothered about it. Burger and the toppings were tasty, except for the fried green tomato. Looking closely at the picture, you can see that it was SO SMALL compared to the size of the burger. When a restaurant does that, don't they realize that it makes for a glaring disappointment?! It apparently came from near the end of the tomato, and not the middle. If you are going to offer a fried green tomato on a burger, then I feel as if you should only use the larger slices of the tomato, and save the smaller ends for maybe putting in salads. I've always been obsessed with fried green tomatoes. After having my first two bites of burger and still not reaching the tomato, I took it off to eat by itself. Sadly, it tasted terrible! I was surprised. Obviously, they didn't season the tomato or the batter. (Salt and pepper go a long way.) The burger toppings apparently made the tomato batter not only soggy, but also this strange thick texture. Like mushy and chewy at the same time. 1/10 Worst problem: FLIES!!! So many flies! When I just had my drink but no food yet, I noticed them but was not bombarded by them at that point. It wasn't until my food came. All of a sudden I was literally surrounded by them. They were everywhere! No exaggeration. I actually had to use only one hand to eat and the other hand to constantly move back and forth over my food. I eventually gave up and set the plate of some of my fries about 4 inches in front of my burger in order to hopefully draw the flies to the fries so that I could eat my burger. Unfortunately, after only four bites of my burger, when I set it down to take a drink of water, a fly landed on it within one second. Obviously, that was my last bite, and even when I was moving the plate closer to the end of the counter, two more flies landed on it. The glass of straws was inches from me. That, and the book closest to me seemed to be where they gathered to wait for their opportunity to dive bomb me. So many of them! It turned my stomach when I realized that I had been drinking from a straw with my water and I'm sure there had been flies on it before I got there. Every person that gets a straw in their drink at this restaurant has had a fly sitting on top of it. When the bartender told me about the desserts, it turned my stomach to think of just how many flies were in the kitchen. Had I known the fly situation was that bad when I first got my drink, I would have never stayed there, and I certainly would have never ordered food. I do think it is a real shame because the winter months are a totally different experience in that restaurant. But because of how horrible it was this time, I just can't ever come back.

Went with my mother and sister while we were staying nearby attending a wedding party in Bartlett. Read about Catherine and Mary's online and decided to give it a shot based on pics and reviews. As soon as we stepped inside we were warmly greeted and made to feel at home. I must say here that my sister has a small disorder such that it's hard for her to talk in complete sentences, and she has a notable stutter. This means she also experiences a great deal of social anxiety. She felt so welcomed that she hardly stuttered while we were there, and when we left she said, "This was such a good place for people like me." I loved that they made me and my mom welcome, but am doubly grateful that you went out of your way to make my sister so happy. She really felt like you treated her like an old friend. My sister has a speech problem, but she's not mentally disabled (in fact she's an electrical engineer).
