Anaya tile customer service is good no complains there. Laura and Adam were great but the prices are not competitive. I got a tile for 4.95 per sq feet but i should have shopped around. Floor & Decor had the same tile for 3.79 sq feet. My advice is shop around even other shops on 9th street before you purchase. No price match or refunds even within a 3 day period in this day and age. I was told All Sales are Final as mentioned in invoice. I should have shopped around and not gone by reviews. read more

I read reviews on yelp about this store so I decided to check it out. Laura greeted me and really helped me out. I was able to get my material within a week and the warehouse guys are super great. read more

My experience with this company is that they're not very professional. I put a call out to three companies for a quote on 3700 sq feet of flooring and a kitchen back splash. They returned my call after 2 days which was ok but then I was told the installer would call me shortly and schedule a day he could come out after waiting for a couple more days for that call I called them back again, I believe his name was Richard who was very nice and apologetic the next day the installer finally called and set up appointment for the following week and he did come out he took measurements and and said he would figure up the estimate and call us the the next day. Well I guess the next day never came NO CALL back and it's been a month. We finally contracted another company who just completed the down stairs rooms. (15,000) not only did they lose this sale they lost my son who purchased a hobby me in the same area. I hope this isn't they're normal way to do business. Shame Shameless read more

We purchased our shower & tub tile from Anaya Tile after searching for tile for what seemed an eternity. The price was fair and and the service was good. Over the period of time while our contractor did the installation we had 2 crises happen. Adam at Anaya went above and beyond to help us out. I love good customer service. I live here in Upland where Anaya Tile is located. There are several tile stores on 9th St.. But not one with the customer service that Anaya Tile has! They are willing to assist you in anyway they can, even if you just need one more piece of tile for your project. When you go to Anaya Tile ask for Adam! He has superb customer service, friendly and helpful! Christine G. read more

I worked with Josh on approx. 100 sq. ft. of granite for an outdoor barbecue. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt comfortable, not pressured, and in the hands of a knowledgable person. As a business owner myself, I appreciated his follow-through on each step of the process. I would certainly visit Anaya Tile again. The finished product is getting a ton of compliments and most of all, my beautiful wife is happy I got this done! read more

I really do not wish to write this, but I believe in holding companies accountable. Everything I am stating is 100% true... I called Anaya Tile to check pricing on a specific tile my wife wanted. Anaya tile was 25 cents a sf cheaper then 3 other tile companies I called. Josh was the salesman. He told me (in writing) there was a 3-4 week back order. I placed the order on August 28th 2018 and paid $2,000 deposit(50%). I checked in mid-Sept, to be told by Josh that the tile importer could not give him an exact date but should be ready for pick up by Sept 28th. Sept 28th came and went, with no update from Josh. It was ME, who had to constantly follow up to get updates. I was then told 100% able to pick up by Friday Oct 5th, by Josh and by the tile importer, Western Tile. The 5th came and went, with NO updates from Josh. It was ME, again, calling for updates. When i called Anya tile and asked for management, Renee answered the phone and acted like he COULDNT care less about me or my tile. He didnt offer me any discounts, any delivery service, or ANYTHING for the delay. They then both started dodging my calls. I then called a few other tile places to see if they could get this tile and exact dates. TWO tile companies knew exactly about the status of the container and BOTH tile companies said Oct 22nd for pick up. Josh continued to act like the tile container was "held up at port for inspections". I finally got the OK to pick up the tile(7,000 lbs of tile) on Oct 22nd. I asked about 5 more times if they offered any type of delivery, which they kept saying NO. So, i rented a truck to pick up. AND GUESS WHAT? THE WAREHOUSE GUY DROPPED THE PALLET OF TILE OFF THE BACK OF THE TRUCK, AND THE TILE SHATTERED EVERYWHERE! So wasted the rental fee on the truck, and disappointment on the broken tile. Magically, Anaya Tile took responsibility and said they would deliver to my house Oct 25th. I received the replacement tile Oct 25th, but wonder why they could deliver then but not when i first requested. Needless to say, I will never use Anaya Tile again, I have no idea why ANYONE would use them to be frank. They have ZERO customer service skills and really couldnt care less about your business. read more

We found the porcelain( wood look) tile that we wanted on the internet but couldn't find any distributor that actually had it in stock. We stopped in at Anaya to see if by chance they did and there it was! We worked with Rene and Laura and they were both very helpful! The whole staff is very friendly. We have since been back more than a few times. Rene referred his installer (Luis Alaniz) to us, he and his crew did an outstanding job! This is now our "go to" place! read more

I called Anaya tile store at 9:00am to obtain material and they didn't have it in stock. Adam the employee voiced, that the material would be ready for pick up in two days because the delivery truck was scheduled for the following day. I explained to Adam that I needed the material that same day by noon. Adam offered to personally drive to Orange County to pick it up and have it ready for pick up at noon, like I requested. He delivered what he promised. He was prompt and on time. Excellent customer service! I have dealt with many tile stores and this is the first store that has made that type of accommodation to provide quality customer service. They've earned my business and I highly recommend them. read more

We are remodeling our house and we were shopping for porcelain tile wood planks. We looked at all the major retailers as well as several mom and pops. We were referred to Anaya by our contractor. They have a vast selection of tile and anything related to tile and they are very knowledgeable about their products. We wanted to purchase tile that was on sale but when they went to go write the order they realized that they didn't have enough sq/ft to sell us. We were working with the owner and he asked us if we still liked the more expensive tile he showed us earlier, we said yes and he promptly sold us the more expensive tile for the same price as the tile they had on sale. Needless to say we got a great deal on high quality made in the USA porcelain that looks amazing. We couldn't be happier. Great service, fantastic price. Thank you Rene! 5 stars all day. read more

After a really bad experience with my quartz countertops, I found Anaya Tile through Yelp. Loved working with Anaya Tile - an employee asked if I needed help before I had even walked through the front door. Laura was able to help this very confused homeowner choose just the right tile with all the materials we needed to install it. When I had to go back to buy just one more piece of wall glass tile - no problem. Terrific customer service, quality product, and a great price. We'll be back to purchase our bathroom tile and will recommend Anaya Tile to anyone who asks. Thank you!! read more

I used Anaya Tile to replace the carpet with a wood looking tile in my house as well as put in a back splash in my kitchen. Laura did a great job to help me get the right tile for both. I started out just replacing the downstairs and ended up doing the upstairs also because it looked so nice. They were great to deal with to get me the additional tile needed to finish the job. I recommend using them for your tile needs. read more

friendly family-owned business, the first and last spot we visited on upland's tile row. easy parking, i really like the displays. as soon as we walked in we were drawn to one of the displays which, happily, had tile for sale! josh was really helpful but everyone there was friendly and helped us keep our 2 year old entertained with markers and papers to color with. they even have bathrooms that are clean and a big screen TV with the football game playing! minimal/no negotiating (they automatically discounted us for the tile), small discount for all-cash, no delivery available but would definitely come back here again! read more

First and foremost, I have been looking for places to purchase tile! When I found Anaya's place, I felt very welcomed. Laura the owner helped me with giving me all the information, tips I was looking for. She never once tried to sell me something, she just went that extra mile to guide me through this. When I did decide the tile I wanted, she gave me the best deal ever, I am beyond happy with the quality and price. I had my tile just installed and couldn't be any happier!!! I needed some great tile in a hurry and Laura at Anaya Tile came to the rescue! She went the extra mile to get the subway tile, floor tile and accent tile all delivered in one day so I could transport it to my job site in Ventura. Again, I needed to pick up the next day, and Laura was able to help me out. I picked it up today and will get it to my contractor tomorrow so our project can be completed. Had to write this review. It's not often you are so impressed with a company that you have to shout from the rooftop. First, Josh helped me find tile for my entire house. He treated me with genuine interest and a willingness to be more than helpful. What could have been a stressful task, became doable. No one could ask for a better experience than I had with Josh. Also, the entire group at Anaya was great. They treat you like a friend, not just a customer. They have a fantastic selection of tiles to choose from and prices to meet all budgets. I would strongly recommend Anaya Tile and especially Josh if you need flooring and tile. read more

I wasn't going to post my experience but as I read another review they should be held accountable. It's fair people are aware they subcontract a vendor who is literally across the street from them and does not even have a CONTRACTORS LICENSE!!i After a terrible experience at "Izzy's granite" I was going to take my business here, Josh was great ! Everything sounded perfect until she told me their installer would contact me to set a appointment. I had to call anaya a few times before their installer contacted me ! It took them almost 2 weeks to call and set a appointment they canceled my appointment twice! Didn't even care I had taken the day off ! At first josh was following up then he began to dodge my calls when he finally took my call he just gave me the number to contact "their" installer ! Then to my BIG SURPRISE I called and I couldn't believe it ! It was the same voice I had heard a few days before. I recognized that heavy accent and misspoken English right away , it turned out to be my nightmare all over again! Apparently "THEIR" INSTALLER IS ALSO IZZYS GRANITE !!!! He was trying to sound nice as he didn't know it was me which was very annoying and fake. I did not tell him josh referred me I asked if he was their installer , He did make clear he is NOT ANAYAS INSTALLER his his own business. After this as I knew I would deal with the same nightmare I ran and I was going to pay more money, which I don't mind paying as long as I get a good job, and customer service , but after readying a few reviews I realized they were not going to provide Any if that for me. I didn't even get back to nether business! read more

I love Anaya's Tile! I have known them for over 10 years and they provided me with great service and beautiful tile for my back patio protect in the beginning. Laura and Rene's are owners that have a no pressure-attitude towards the customers. I have never felt rushed or inadequate in bouncing off ideas from them. They have so much experience and are in touch with all the new trends as well that they are the reason my floors and bathrooms look so amazing to me. We just had a designer come to help us modernize the kitchen and he was more than pleased with the quality and beauty of the tiles we bought from Anaya's Tile. I always keep going back to them because they treat me like a friend and not so much a customer. I will be going back to them when I get ready to do the upstairs bathrooms, no doubt about that. They have so many options to choose, a stress and pressure-free environment won't disappoint you. Laura and Rene are really the best for your floor remodeling needs. read more

Anaya Tile - House and bathroom tile from Anaya's Tile - Flooring Near Me - Upland, California

During the design process of my master bathroom, I decided to check out Anaya when I was in search of a wood-like tile match to my dark bamboo wood floor. My intention was to have the wood-like tile in my shower appear as an extension of the wood floor in my bathroom. This concept alone was being met with much concern. After I explained what I wanted to Josh, I told him I had a sample of my wood floor and I would be right back with it. I walked back into the store carrying a large wood plank on my shoulder and Josh, thinking I was crazy, was more than happy to accommodate. Not only was he able to guide me to a near perfect match (I had searched many different stores before Anaya to no avail), but they also had all of the noche products I was looking for as well, so instead of going to the tile store down the street that I have used for my last 2 bathroom projects, I chose Anaya instead! The level of service I received from start to finish was exceptional. Josh was knowledgeable, offered his expert opinion and made sure that I received everything I needed, even when I wasn't sure what was needed. It is with pleasure, gratitude and confidence that I recommend Anaya Tile. read more

In my home, the kitchen is where memories are made. So when it came time to renovate, I searched for months to find the right vendor/installer for my counter tops. To Laura I send my appreciation for immediately understanding my wants, but providing for my needs. Her recommendations were spot on and are a testament to someone who knows her product and excels in customer service. The installers, Tony and Juan, were professional and meticulous in their work. The end product is incredible. If you are looking for quality materials, excellent customer service, and expert installation, look no further. read more

Let me start off by saying that Anaya Tile has earned a customer for life!!! I identified the the most amazing backsplash tile only to find out it was way out of budget. On a whim, I searched for tile warehouses to see if I could get it for a lower price. I saw the reviews for Anaya Tile and decided to give it a shot. Rene picked up the phone and had a quote back for me in less than an hour. To my surprise, his quote was $10 less a sq foot! I immediately came in and knew I was not only going to get the backsplash but also my flooring from them! Rene was great with allowing me to take different samples home and his wife Laura is so sweet and so kind. All the folk there are wonderful! I appreciate the honest and amazing customer service so much that I will be referring all my friends & family over. In fact, I just did with my mom :) read more
