But he went on PTO right after and we didn't get good customer service after that so got 5 other quotes and settled on another installer. Perry's quote was comparable to all the others. Months later when we were ready to pull the trigger on the flooring, I was still having remorse about not going through Perry's so I reached out and learned Marc was back so worked with him again and they ended up installing our flooring. We went with Eternity Sequoia Mineral Peak and couldn't be happier with the installation and final result. As part of our install they had to also level some cracks in the concrete slab foundation. The installers were super fast and efficient. We had a couple concerns after the installation - a couple of low spots where the floor was flexing - but the owner came out and inspected and assured us it was okay and wouldn't be a problem in the future.
