Only 1 employee was working yet there was a line of 6 people ahead of me. 2 people who came in after me got tired of waiting and walked out. To which the lady replied, "No, there's one other girl but she's in the back" and at that point another lady came out (upon hearing herself mentioned) and then FINALLY there were 2 people helping because before there was literally just one lady both making the bagels and ringing up people on the register which was very slow. It took me about 15 minutes to get my bagel. When I finally did get it, it tasted how a bagel should taste although it was slightly overcooked (a little pet peeve of mine is when they overcook the everything bagels since then it gives the burnt aftertaste). Only the Everythings were overcooked though upon my inspection. I also got a plain bagel and it was good. This is the best bagel shop in the immediate vicinity however I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.

The electronic menu boards suffer from the same shortcoming that every establishment that uses them. You need to wait until the screen that you want to read pops up again. Would recommend for great bagels. At this point, haven't tried the sandwiches or anything else on the menu except for the rye bread loaf which didn't pack the same punch as the bagels.
