Got the Açaí bowl and few things to note: 1. No tree nuts in the granola - great for everyone with an allergen. 2. Fruit is very fresh 3. Service is friendly and fast The bowl itself was very good. My only complaint would be the size of the bowl. It's a bit small for the price ($12 for regular). But they do pack it with a bunch of (good) fruit and the place has a cool vibe.

Customer service 5/5: great staff and were able to answer all questions about the menu Ambiance 5/5: great art on the walls. Behind the bar they were playing the goodies. Fairly limited seating if you're looking to eat and catch up but since it's meant to imitate a bar it definitely has that feel. The Greaser 5/5: great flavor combinations The Goth 3/5: not much flavored tasted a little watered down and the salt was very overpowering Parking 4/5: it's South Redondo so street metered parking right out front or you can walk a little further and park in the neighborhood. Outside 2/5 very in assuming and the only sig is advertising their Açaí bowls not tea. We almost missed it/left

Everytime I go to Redondo Beach, I stop in to have a tea. I've been here a few times. In the past I ordered a turmeric tea latte hot. It was so delicious. I went about a week ago and I didn't see it on the menu, so I tried "heart shaped box" iced. It was good, had some drizzled chocolate on the top. But the turmeric tea is still my fave. This tea bar has a really cool esthetic, you can sit at a bar or at small tables in the front. It's priced pretty average, about what a latte costs at a coffee shop. There is no parking lot, street parking is available for a fee. It's walking distance from the ocean!

I come here often to get a little work done or read a book. During the summers, I'll take my drink and snack out to the beach which is just down the street from this place. The staff always gives me recommendations after asking questions regarding my drink preferences and, they never fail to ask me if I want to order anything to eat to go with my drink. If I'm hungry, I'll usually go with The Grunge which has berries and sunflower butter. For my drink, I usually order The Rocker. I love the combination of Earl Grey and Lavender, but I also have ordered The Rude Boy if I don't want caffeinee. I would recommend any of those. This tea bar is appropriately calming inside with its dark walls and low lights, but it's also rock and roll themed which gives the place lots of character. Prices are expensive considering what is tangible/edible, but well worth it when you have the ocean breeze coming through the doors while you're enjoying your drink and reading a good book. This is how I treat myself sometimes. I'll be back soon!

Such an awesome and unique tea shop! The owner painted and designed the interior with a punk theme. Such a fun place to go by yourself or with friends and family. Service: The barista is amazing, with great recommendations and helped by walking me through the menu. Location: On S. Catalina Ave. and Avenue I in the Riviera Village, a block from the beach. Parking: Plenty of mentored parking out front and near by. Unique: The entire experience is different from any other cafe I've been to. I highly recommend coming here. My Go-To: The Heart Shaped Box- Hot

Super cute spot with plenty of caffeinated drinks. I grabbed an herbal drink with lime foam. Delish! Service is always excellent. A bit challenging on parking but if you're down for a walk it's right by the beach. Check out their drinks!

What a cool place to visit! It looks like a bar but it serves great tea! I got the twist the throttle which was a good balance of thai tea and coconut flavor. We also ordered the grudge which was a tasty toast with strawberries and blueberries. Love the atmosphere and music that they play, would definitely return to try more teas!

Racer Tea still going strong. Speaking of strong, try the Coffee Puff... whipped instant coffee & oat milk. Love it so much!

Love Racer Tea Bar! Been coming here for a few years already and I always love the atmosphere. I don't drink alcohol so this what I call my "go to bar" in the South Bay. The staff here are super friendly, especially Kayla. She is very attentive in making sure the customers are well taken care of. If you ever go there definitely try their bagels, it's delicious!

This is an absolutely delight of a shop! This shop takes creativity and tea-centic to a new level. Samantha is a gem and so knowledgeable. I had never been and had a friend recommend this as a spot. The Chaga Khan latte is one of the best lattes I've ever had. I enjoyed it at half sweetness, which was perfect. It tasted like a warm hug without going into the dessert territory. I also appreciate that all lattes are made with oat milk.

We came here after hearing about it on instagram. Super cool and unique spot. They serve teas, coffees, fountain drinks, sundaes and milkshakes and seem to have a whole menu of non alcoholic cocktails as well. There's a bar you can sit at after ordering and some two tops and a few outdoor tables as well. The service was a bit slow but everything on the menu is fairly complex so that's understandable. The servers were nice but o think they could use one more set of hands to keep the line moving. We got a Thai iced tea and a chocolate chai. They were both really good.

Hello, this is an update from Aug 2025 about this cafe! I visited 2+ years ago and had a lovely experience, this time I tried the The Greaser tea and it was fantastic! I was craving something energizing for the ride home, so I tried the Dragonfruit açaí bowl and it was really refreshing and delicious. Fun fact for riders: there is a shelf on the wall with helmet hangers for motorcyclists! The tables inside are small so this helped out with saving space, super neat! Thank you for having us :)

They have seating on the patio and inside with both tables and booths or at the bar. The decor is fun with bright vibrant colors and picturesque walls. Food was decent, though basic and (see picture of Truffle Fries, they should have spent a few more seconds in the fryer to get at least a little golden and have some crispiness rather than blanched and lackluster). The Machaca Scramble was the most flavorful and best tasting dish we had at our table as the corned beef hash and eggs were standard (not bad but nothing to Yelp rave about). By far the best part was the Bottomless Mimosas which are offered everyday, not just on the weekends! Big bonus! Our server was attentive and had a happy disposition. I felt Serendipity has so much great potential, between the decor, service and bottomless mimosas I'd imagine they would have more birthdays or group celebrations going on, especially for such a large space. But the vibe was a bit off with the low playing Spanish music, I would imagine if they had more pop music or upbeat music to fit the vibe of the place they'd have more of a fun vibe. Not that there is anything wrong with Spanish music, it just wasn't jiving with the vibe of the place and was so low and not so up beat (romantic Spanish ballads were playing). The laminated menus also gave an old diner vibe instead of trendy "serendipity" vibe. I'll still come back to see if they can match the vibe to the decor and try a few other menu items, but I do hope they up the ambiance. And get that extra star status!

The light creamy tomato-based dressing with sliced mushrooms was pleasantly flavorful. Both shrimp and scallops were of good size, fresh and juicy. Fromage: Like Marine Crepe, the buckwheat out layer was soft. The mild brie cheese provided pleasant creaminess to the filling. I did not dine in the restaurants, so I can't speak to the in-person dining experience. Overall, I was impressed with the room service. Every meal arrived fresh, hot, and well-presented, and each staff member who delivered my food was friendly and courteous. Here are my thoughts on the items I ordered: Cali Burrito - Generous chunks of steak and shrimp made this a yummy with the portion size just right, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Clam Chowder - Good flavor and enjoyable overall. While I've had better clam chowder elsewhere, I would definitely order this again. Truffle Fries - I was craving ties so this hit the spot. Both the ketchup and black garlic sauce complemented them perfectly. Brussels Sprouts - Unfortunately, this dish missed the mark for me. There was too much sauce, which made it soggy and mushy, and the overall flavor was overly salty. Chocolate cake - this was a miss. It was dry. Cornmeal Pancakes - Absolutely delicious. The blueberry butter elevated the dish, and it was easily one of my favorite items during my stay. Overall, I was very pleased with my room service experience.
