Dan did an excellent job installing a water softener and under-sink RO unit. Very professional attitude and quality work and products. I used to have a tank-exchange service but it was inconsistent as far as soft water from week to week. I like the idea of renting so I won't need to figure out what's wrong if there is an issue. Thank you AWS! read more

Your search for water treatment in Ventura County is over. Advanced Water Solutions is the company you want to give your business to. Last month, we had soft water and reverse osmosis installed at our house. The Sales Director, Paul, came by to check out our place and tested our water. After a few moments, he provided some options and wasn't pushy at all. We ended up going with everything he suggested. Installation was also great. Although, the install was harder than what was quoted, they completed the job and didn't charge extra. Soft water is feeling great and the water from the RO tap is even better. All at fair prices. We can't recommend Advanced Water Solutions any higher! read more

We had our new dual tank water system installed this week (in the rain!) and we were so pleased. Tim Douds installed our reverse osmosis system, two tanks, the softener and whole house filtration system, and the brine tank. He worked diligently out in the rain and completed the project in about 3-4 hours. He was so pleasant and answered all of our questions. The system works wonderfully and we are happy we made the switch from our previous company. I would definitely recommend Advanced Water Solutions. read more

I've waited several weeks since getting everything installed to write this review, just to make sure things continued to work, and I'm excited to report that we're incredibly happy with the water solutions we added to our home! We got soft water for our home as well as drinking water added to the sink and fridge. At first my husband was on the fence about adding the drinking water. He is kind of picky about water and had a routine down going to a water store to purchase large quantities of drinking water in those big jugs. But now he's completely sold and absolutely LOVES our new drinking water (reverse osmosis something something). The technician we worked with, Rick, was incredibly knowledgeable about all things water and water treatments. We had a consultation with him and our contractor where we asked a ton of questions and he made great suggestion. He quickly followed up with a quote and we scheduled an appointment asap. When he was installing everything, he took the time to answer any additional questions I had and to walk me through any maintenance steps and what to expect with the water, noises, schedule, and so on. We had had a problem with a past instant hot water installation from a different company that made it so our sink only had hot water for a while and he fixed that for us in seconds for no extra charge as part of his installation of the new drinking water. All that to say, using Advanced Water Solutions was a very positive experience and I'd recommend them to anyone. Easy to work with, great service, great water! We'll continue to work with them for all water related things moving forward. read more

Super service cool team job done on time and on budget. Love new water quality as does my home. Thanks Andy Paul and the whole crew!!

Wouldn't install a water softener for me. I purchased my own softener system, willing to pay $1500-2000 for installation, but my business apparently wasn't worth their time. Probably because the system they tried to sell me was $5500 with $300 being installation. Seems like the majority of their money is made up charging for products. I'm still giving 3 stars since the employee that came out tested my water and was very knowledgeable about water softening systems and they seem to do good work. read more

I moved to a new home and wanted a water softener and whole house filter system. I contacted three companies and settled on Jay from AWS, a local company. Advanced Water Solutions replaced our old, outdated water softener system. Jay showed up on time to give us an estimate and told us a lot about our water and what system we needed for our house. Paul the installer also showed up on time. Told us all he was going to do before he started the installation and when completed gave us a full orientation on the control valve and display panel. My Wife and I recently needed our current water softener system replaced. Advanced Water Solutions ticked every box.  Everyone that represented their company was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable.  Jay, the owner gave us an initial visit and consultation.  He was easy to talk to and explained the process of the Advanced water softening, filtration, reverse osmosis system. We decided to go forward with installing the system.  Dan Solo our Advanced Water Solutions Technician, assigned to our home 2 days later, was punctual, professional, and did an outstanding job installing the unit.  He made our water filter and softener look like it originally came with the house! In addition, he explained how each system worked, and how to maintain it. Dan took all the time needed to answer all our questions.  Needless to say we were very satisfied with every aspect of service received. The Advanced Water Solutions product met every need and we couldn't be happier with our overall buying decision. read more

Advanced Water Solutions - Water Purification Services Near Me - Oxnard, California

We had a double tank water softener system and reverse osmosis drinking water system installed in our home last week. The salesman was very personable and professional, and quoted us an excellent price and we saved a lot of money by purchasing the water softener. He advised us to rent the RO drinking system as it would be more cost effective over the long term. The installer was also excellent and completed the job well in a short few hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone searching for a whole house water system! Nathan Ash, Oxnard Teacher read more

Wonderful and reliable service from Tim Douds ! Great experience working with Advanced water solutions and their team !

I really appreciate AWS flexibility in being able to work with us. We had a limited budget as we didn't realize that moving to Ventura meant that having a water-softening system was practically mandatory. They did what they could to meet us where we were at and find something that worked for my family in the price range we were at. In the spirit of being open, honest and constructive, communication between their right and left hand got a little murky and it took a little bit of untangling, but in the end AWS did right by their word and have provided us a great product and great service. I'd recommend them to anyone who, like us, might be moving to the area and are in frantic search of a water solution. read more

We recently had an AWS system installed in our new home, and we are super- pleased with it. Tim was our installer and he was terrific. When I bought my condo, it came with a rental water softener from advanced water solution. I thought about buying one to replace it and stop the monthly rent, but changed my mind, as they provide maintenance and even replaced it when there was a problem. The service is great! Outstanding Service. Technician named Hernan came today to replace charcoal in filter and softener tank. Arrived on time, worked safely, with face mask, very knowledgeable and very efficient. Exceptionally friendly and easy to talk to. I live in Solvang and our water is very hard. After I had the realization that there will never be a time in my life where I am not trying to drink as much water as I can, I started researching my options.  I was looking for really good tasting water that was easy to access and didn't require me to constantly lug around heavy bottles.   I focused on Reverse Osmosis Water.  I called few companies and agreed to meet with Jay from Advanced Water Solutions.  He came over and tested my filtered water which showed the exact same parts per million that came out of the kitchen sink.  Something needed to change.  We talked about renting a Reverse Osmosis System with added minerals.  I rarely say yes to something on the spot but I was glad I did.  The installer did a fantastic job putting in the faucet and connecting the system to refrigerator for the ice maker.  The water is amazing.  We had to invest in extra large water bottles so the water will last with us all day long.  That's a good thing! All in all, the company is responsive but the product is incredible.  I am happy to recommend Advanced Water Solutions. read more

Poor service: -Rented water softener for more than a year -the salt in the reservoir wasn't desolving -system displayed "error" -they removed system -caused sewer back up in toilets and tub/shower -had to pay plumber to fix it... I had Advanced Water Solutions install my whole house water filtration as well as an under sink reverse osmosis system. I've had them for 6 years and moved into my new house and have them move it there. It's been incredible working with them. Jay consulted me on what I needed and custom built a system to fit those needs. He took his time and really made sure I was happy with the results Rick installed everything quickly and efficiently. Now Tim moved my system to my new house and made it work. Everyone who I've encountered have been friendly, super knowledgeable and honest. My water tastes and feels so much better.
