The team at Advanced Water Solutions were very professional. Quick response to our inquiry and installation was just as fast. Our technician Dan Soto was on time, professional and very concerned with the quality of his work. We are very pleased with our purchase and the service. read more

I am very happy with my new water softener system, whole house filtration, and alkaline water tank! My hair and skin have never felt better and I don't buy water anymore. They were very professional and did great work. Highly recommend. read more

I highly recommend this company and their product, best value in town. Soft water not only feels luxurious, it leaves your dishes and glasses sparkling, but most importantly... it protects your plumbing and facuets from calcium build up. Jay the owner is very kind and passionate about good water. The installers, Alfonso and Paul really know their products and take the time to explain the system and how to manage it (if you want). Peggy at the front office provides great customer service, it is an all around company that is connected and backs their work! read more

I waited a few months before writing this review. Advanced water installed a water softener, reverse osmosis system, and fixed one of my water main pipes that was leaking. They did a great job and everything is still working as intended. Maybe about 3 months later, my water main started leaking again from the area that was fixed during my initial visit. I contacted Advanced Water and they got back out in the same day and fixed the problem. They didn't give me any problems or say anything outside of wanting to help solve my problem. If you're looking for something in the water world, I would definitely trust these people. They have my business now! read more

We had been researching water softeners and RO companies and Advanced Water Solutions came up in our search. Jay, the owner, came to our house and gave us a thorough explanation of all of our options. He took the time to explain the details, process, maintenance, and answer any questions. Peggy helped us schedule a date and gave us our estimate. She was great to work with as well and verified the estimate was correct. Paul Ramirez was the technician who set up our system. He was so respectful of our house, did clean work, and answered our questions upon competing the job. We have really enjoyed our new water systems and wondered why we didn't do it earlier! Highly recommend this company! Everyone from start to finish were great to work with. read more

We used to get soft water tank service from another company. It was always a crapshoot as to whether the tanks would actually be delivered and if they were delivered, would the tanks actually provide soft water. A few years ago we started renting a soft water system from Advanced Water Solutions and we haven't had to spend one minute thinking about our soft water. Tim just completed routine service on our system (recommended every two years). He explained every step, worked quickly and answered every question. Thanks Tim! See you in another couple of years! read more

Josh and Paul were great. We needed a full replacement of an existing system. Josh was helpful and responsive during the quoting process and Luis was well on time for installation and was done within the time expected. Highly recommend! read more

We love Advanced Water Solutions! They have been so helpful, keeping our water clean and fresh for years. Recently we had a major home improvement project, and they offered to store our system for us, bringing the whole thing back and reinstalling it with brand new hardware. They made sure that the whole process was simple and easy for us and particularly Tim Douds our technician. I can't recommend them strongly enough! read more

This company is reliable, professional, competent and professional. Paul came out and installed a new water softener system and under the kitchen sink reverse osmosis system. Both needed to be replaced. Paul was great explaining the new features from a service and water conservation standpoint. We had this company put our original softner in 13 years ago and it worked great all of these years. Cannot say enough good about Paul and the company. Thanks, again, Paul. read more

Chose Advanced Water Solutions on a recommendation from a friend. They came out and tested the water and confirmed we had ridiculous hard water, thanks Ventura! Technician Tim came out and installed the new water system, and took the old bad one away. Couldn't ask to have a more friendly yet professional installer. The time it t took to replace old with new was impressive. Cleaned up after himself and it's like they were never here. Cannot recommend enough. read more

Called them on Thursday, set up an appointment time that worked best for me on Monday and system was installed today! Rick, my installer, went above and beyond to set up the water softener and reverse osmosis systems to my liking. It was no easy task either...probably a nightmare install but he made it seamless on my end. Rick had to crawl under my house from one end to the other several time but never complained. Plus he spec'd out a drinking water spout that totally compliments my kitchen hardware. Rick deserves a bonus!!! And...the price, booya, super competitive! Would contract with this company again, highly recommend! read more

Tim did a great job replacing our brine tank today. Advanced water has done a fine job helping us maintain our water softener system since 2013. read more

We bought a new water softener from them. A little pricey but high quality double tanks. Paul Ramirez installed it for us and was very informative and explained everything to us that we didn't understand. He even let us know we had a major leak in one of our toilets that we would have never figured out on our own. He also was nice enough to explain to myself and my mother in law in English and Spanish and he never got irritated with having to do that. Very hardworking employee. I do wish the salesman was a little more explanatory about certain charges we didn't know about until the day of installation. And the office hadn't communicated with Paul that he needed to buy a water pressure regulator before coming to our house but he was gracious enough to go buy one from Lowe's and come back to install it. Overall good experience. read more

I called Advanced Water Inc because our RO system needed new filters. I was happy to reach a real person. Peggy set up the appointment and gave me a quote. The technician was Tim who was competent and personable. He showed up within the time window and worked efficiently to complete the replacement. I would certainly this company again. read more

I had no idea about water softening and filters until I started looking into all of this, and I tried Advanced Water Solutions based on all of the excellent reviews. When I called, the woman in the office was super friendly, scheduled me within a few days to have a consultation at my house (even though I called right before July 4th weekend), and Alex came right on schedule to check everything and tell me my options. Alex was polite, knowledgable and answered all my Qs. We scheduled the install for just a few days later, and Paul came out (and was even a few hours early!). Paul was also very professional and quick in the set up. Then Alex came again to check everything a few days later. Each time, they tested the water and made sure to answer all my Qs. The water was immediately improved and the system works great (softener and whole house filter combined). The whole team is really great, thank you so much! read more

I have had Advanced Water products in my home for almost 2 decades, the Reverse Osmosis drinking water system (with coral minerals) and the whole house water treatment system. They check my systems and replace filters once a year and the water stays fresh, softened, with no chlorine smell or taste. This year, the technician Tim Douds arrived well within the appointment window, made sure I understood the scope of the work he was there to do, immediately started working. Very professional, his work was confident and experienced. This is a well run company with well trained technicians. Thanks for another decade of worry-free water! read more

Tim came by and did a great job installing our water softener and R/O system. We are definitely glad we decided to go with Advanced Water Solutions. Being first-time homeowners, we didn't think of things like a water softener. Jay was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't waste any time talking about what other companies do/don't do, like one other company that we saw did while we were getting quotes. He confidently explained the water softening process and why his product is the one we should go with. Both Jay and Tim made the process very easy and, like I mentioned before, Tim did a great job getting everything set up and explaining how it all worked. Thank you so much! read more

Paul was an amazing service man who was helpful and informative. I highly recommend using Advanced Water Solutions.

Just had my twin tank water softener installed, Hernan Martinez the installer was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was on time, very courteous, and took the time to answer all my questions. I am also very pleased with Jay the owner he personally came out to my home when I initially inquired about the softeners. Jay has been very responsive and took my calls to answer all my questions during the process of making a decision on the right softener for my home. I don't normally write reviews, however I was so impressed with Paul who is the Director of Sales and with Tim the Technician who did our installation today that they deserve an outstanding review from me! We switched from our former service provider on our reverse osmosis drinking system, and moved from having just a soft water conditioner system to AWS Water Softener with Granular Activated Carbon. Both Paul and Tim were so generous with their time and extremely knowledgeable that I now finally understand how these systems work and the real need for them. The old system didn't removed Chlorine, other chemicals and pesticides that we don't want to drink or to bath in. Thanks Paul and Tim! I will recommend you and your company highly to all my friends and family! Well done! Best, Bret Nighman in Ojai read more

I was in the new market for a water softer to rent when I met Agustin Cruz, he came out to my house and figured out what I needed. I ended up paying $5 less then I did with Matilija Water. The tech that came out to set up my system was very nice and professional, being in the service industry myself I was very impressed. What I like is the service that goes with what I am paying for they have 24 hour emergency response and will come out anytime there's an issue no extra charge...my other company never offered to even look at my rental after three years. I strongly recommend this company great experience and great service. read more

Over two years ago I bought a house in Camarillo. The water tasted awful and was very hard on our skin. The owner of Advanced Water Solutions, Jay, came out and gave me a quote for equipment, installation, and monthly services. It was very fair, so I went ahead with it. The gentleman that installed the system was friendly, neat, and competent. I have enjoyed my systems (filtration and water softening) since then. I am putting my house on the market and needed both systems removed. Although the filtration system was out of contract, the water softening system is in contract for another 11 months. I called and spoke with Peggy in the office, and she said that she would get back to me with an early termination number. I was expecting over $1,110, and when she called me back, she told me it would only be $300. I was thrilled. Today Tim came to remove both systems. He was on time, extremely friendly and courteous, professional and immaculate in cleaning up after himself. I would HIGHLY recommend Advanced Water Solutions to anyone needing filtration or water softening systems! read more

Everybody affiliated with this business is super friendly and professional; the owner, the install guy, and the folks who answer the phone when you call. We waffled on whether we were going to rent or buy our water softener, and they were totally accommodating with our indecisiveness and never pressured us to go one way or the other, and never tried to aggressively up-sell us or anything like that. I feel like if the management here were to take over for Time Warner Cable, they could somehow make them not suck...I can give no higher praise. read more

I was pleased that Jay responded to my wasting of an afternoon waiting for the service that had been completed before the scheduled window. I'm also pleased that they have had some in house common sense training meeting on how to handle homeowners that may not be present (I do hope they decided to add a sticker that can be affixed to the unit indicating the date of service). One little fact in his response that should be of some concern. Although he stated that I was contacted the next day, he must have called the wrong number, since there was no subsequent contact from his company from him or anyone else. Case closed... read more

I'm so pleased with my new system and the customer service is top-notch. First, when you call Advanced Water Solutions a human actually answers the phone and talks to you. Then, an extremely knowledgeable person comes to your home and checks everything out. In my case, I got the owner. He was great. Three days later two pros come to my home, they are on time, professional, friendly, clean (meaning they are mindful about your home) and experts. They went to work immediately, worked assiduously all day in extreme heat, and never once looked like it bothered them. They even had to crawl under my house, and then did so with a smile! The results are beautiful. My water feels so wonderful. I'm so happy I chose to go with this company. read more
